There are not a lot of businesses that truly understand the military/government fleet vehicle purchasing. Austin Body Works does. My own fleet management office was horrible, so I called up Austin body works they made the appointment and did the fleet vehicle authorization for repairs within an hour. It took the military months and they still didn't get it done. Lawd! Anyway. Perfectly handled the repair. No issues. Friendly and hilarious staff. You could talk to them for hours. I will be back with my personal vehicle. These guys rock!

The owner of this business is awesome. He is so helpful and very responsive. We had minor damage during the snowstorm and his estimate was for the repair! NOT all the padded items that another collision place here in town wanted to charge me! I was so glad a friend of ours recommended Ryan!

I cannot say enough great things about Austin Body Works and Ryan. This is hands down the best service I have ever received for any car, and much as I hope I don't have cause to go there again (no more wrecks!), I would do so in a heartbeat if the need arises. First, the car itself -- work looks great and I am highly satisfied with the result.

But beyond that, the customer service was exceptional. At every phase, Ryan was so thoughtful and helpful and went above and beyond. This included fitting me in for an immediate review of the repairs, scheduling the appointment as I needed, literally giving me a ride to the airport, and the list goes on. Highly, highly recommend.

My rear fender was dented and although I waited over a month for an appt. it was worth it! Stan and Ryan were wonderful to work with, friendly, open, reliable and quite funny to work with he said he'd make all my bad mementoes go away! They dealt with my insurance company and all I had to do was pay the deductible. After I submitted the claims, I slightly dented the front.

It was going to cost another $800 for a small dent, but Ryan was able to call me in when his guys came in to punch out the dent and smooth it over. In the end that cost me $200 out of pocket, w/o another insurance claim ( it wasn't worth putting in another claim) I was thrilled to see the car looking brand new again and yes he did make all my bad memories go away. I am a fan now and would highly recommend them to anyone whose needs auto body work!

Ryan and Stan were extremely helpful throughout the process of getting an estimate, making an appointment, and dropping off/picking up my car. They were responsive over phone calls and very accommodating when I wanted to bring in my own part. Even with delays due to the winter storm, I was happy with the quick turnaround.

I would give this body shop 10 stars if I could. I scratched my car coming into my garage, and they were able to make it look like it never happened within minutes. And it's a white car and dark garage. I'm so impressed! They were kind and professional. I will definitely be back for all of my body work!

Professional, responsive communication and my car was even washed and vacuumed out/dusted. I won't go anywhere else.

Drivers side mirror came off after a storm-- they ordered the parts and put them on the next day. I only had to wait about 5 minutes! They are super funny people and seemed honest.

I'm here to echo what previous people have said. I never actually had work done on my car here but was so impressed (and grateful) for the phone call that I made to them! My car was in need of some serious TLC after a long distance move across state lines. The windshield had a huge crack down the front, and the headliner fabric (the upholstery on the roof of the car) was literally being held up by safety pins.

I made a call to Austin Body Works, and the man whom I spoke to on the phone was polite, funny, and professional. Although they weren't able to help me with my car, he gave me the names and contact info for a glass guy and a headliner guy. Both of them were very responsive, affordable, and had my car back to me within a day. Now, less than a week after moving to a new city, my car is looking the best it has in a long time! If this is how they treat a random phone call, I can only imagine how wonderfully they treat their customers.

Stan is the Man! These guys are amazing - friendly, fast and flawless quality! I walked in after scratching my car. The scratch wasn't huge and luckily there was no body damage, but I wanted to get it taken care of by professionals rather than trying to fix it myself (I can barely paint my nails). I used to work about a block away from this shop, so I figured I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did!

In only a few minutes, my car was restored to its pristine, like new status. The scratch was completely undetectable - and I looked - AND I'm a Virgo so I would have noticed. Excellent work, and if I am ever in need of any kind of body repair or touchups Austin Body Works will be first on my list. I would recommend them to all my best friends.

ABW has been my body shop forever! Stan and Ryan are second generation body shop guys and so friendly and helpful. They deal with insurance and handle everything with no hassles. They do top notch work and never use crummy after market parts. Although I hate to have to call them (because it means I just had a fender bender!), I also love to call them because I know they will get the job done and we will have some fun in the process!

ABW is the best and friendliest body shop I've ever gone to! They make the process extremely easy with the BEST customer service. I got my car fixed months ago after someone hit my bumper and there was a 2 week wait, however, they drilled my bumper for me so it would stay until it got fixed. They worked fast and easy with my insurance and would definitely recommend!

I just bought a pretty pearl white Mercedes and had someone bump it in the parking garage, leaving a couple scrapes. I called up ABW and they told me to drive over to get it looked at. 15 minutes later, Ryan was looking at my car, went inside, grabbed some wipes and light compound and buffed the scrapes away at no charge - he wouldn't even let me tip him. I KNOW this is where I'll bring all my vehicles to get fender benders fixed. Great place!

This is the only body shop to make me (almost) wish I needed bodywork again. We've actually brought our car in twice after two scuff-ups. In 2019 we were rear-ended in our MINI while turning into Bufalina's parking lot. The rear bumper was punctured and needed to be replaced. Austin Body Works managed to get us an OEM bumper when our insurance wanted a reconditioned one fitted.

The work was done perfectly and the owners are super nice and very funny. In 2020 our MINI was rear-ended (again) while parked in front of our house. Insurance wanted it fixed, Austin Body Works got them to pay for a new bumper again. Both times the guys over there have offered to take a look at previous repairs (see my other reviews) and have just been very kind.

While my wife has been harassed by other body shop owners, we've both been welcomed with respect and genuine hospitality. I honestly wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Last December I was rear-ended. The guys at ABW did a phenomenal job fixing it, and it was ready quickly and when they said it would be! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and eager to help. Fast forward 6 months, I rolled up to Granny's Tacos (across the street from ABW) with a bar stuck in my tire and it was completely flat. I walked in and talked to Stan because unfortunately I have never learned how to put a spare on.

In exchange for them changing my tire, all he asked for was a tall cup of "coffee bean juice" from across the street. I have never felt more comfortable and confident working with an auto body shop before. These guys are truly incredible. 10/10 recommend!

I had a superb experience with Austin Body Works. My car was swiped in a parking lot a couple months back, and left a few nasty dents with streaks on my passenger back panel. Not only did they do a great job (and there's no evidence left that it was ever hit), but Stan made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend them!

My front bumper was demolished on a road trip when a giant tire tread flew at us on the highway. My insurance company sent me 8 companies I could use and I read the reviews for all of them and was horrified by the options until I landed on this page. Austin Body Works reviews sealed the deal and I am so glad we chose them! Stan and Ryan are a dream team.

They are polite, engaging, honest and thorough. They're humble as well - giving all the credit for the great service to their body shop employees. Our car was in and out in the time frame they estimated and when we picked it up, it was washed (interior and exterior). Stan has a great sense of humor and Ryan is extremely personable and friendly and on top of it all, my car looks brand new. It's a gift to receive service like this when you're going through an expensive and frustrating experience like this. Always great to support a local, family run business. We can't thank them enough.

Definitely call these guys if you are the victim of car theft! They referred me to a guy who came out to my home and fixed my shattered window quickly and for the best price on the market. He even cleaned out the glass which was everywhere!
