Anyone looking for a great side by side pedicures, Missy and Lynn are the best. The place is amazing and people make you feel like you are home. It was relaxing and as well I love the job they did to my partner and me. Thanks again for taking care of us today, we had an awesome time and I'll have to say I will fly from Florida just to come here and get the best pedicure ever.

We also specialize in precision and texturized cutting, conditioning treatments and natural-looking perm designs.

Options Salon & Spa has offered the TAN with KARE spray tanning system since 2009. Our Certified Tanning Specialists can create that perfect sun-kissed look using this botanical spray tan. Your tan will be customized as light or as dark as you want, and gives your skin a natural looking tan that is not orange or streaky.

Jenna is my hairdresser. I cannot say enough about her mad skills as a beautician. I have followed her fro from another salon to Options. They are really very friendly and attentive. Making appointments, calling with reminders etc. They also offer manicures, hair care products etc. I always feel a little more beautiful when I leave there

I was looking for a new stylist in my area and had some breakage going on.and im so happy I found this place. Super adorable and clean and Jenna did such an amazing job. She took off enough to make it healthier while also understanding I needed to wear it up for work. She was so friendly and nice and also understood curly hair-whuch is a big plus haha.
They give you a cute new client envelope with some goods in it too which is adorable. Cant wait to go back and try other services and continue getting my hair done there. Thanks so much!

I love this place. Specially this woman, NAZ, she took care of me and made me feel I was family. Her professionalism mixed with a bubbly personality totally made the difference, I have been to a lot of different salons, this was the best experience ever. Price of their services was very fair too. I give this salon and specially NAZ a five star.

I finally found the hair stylist I was looking for! I got a haircut from Angela. not only is she great at what she's doing, she is also super friendly. She took her time and talked me through the cut making sure I was happy with the style. I don't live close but it was totally worth the drive! Can't wait for my next hair appointment with her.

Nice local place. Relatively clean. Had Celinda who was VERY nice. The only thing was.while washing my hair, she slammed my head around like she was cracking a coconut. I actually had a bruise on the back of my head. She did a good job; I will probably go back. But, I will either wear headgear or ask her nicely that I would prefer not to have a concussion when I'm done.

I went here in hopes of someone fixing a mistake on my hair from my previous stylist who for some reason cant cut the right side of my head properly. Holly cut my hair and she chopped it so much it is not even fixable. Also she does not listen to what her client wants even if they bring a picture. So now I have to wait months for it to grow out as it is a pixie that is all wrong.

This place is a hidden gem. I went here for the first time yesterday, and plan to go back soon! My husband surprised me for my birthday with a spa day, and this place is so clean, kind, professional and relaxing. I could keep going on. I had a facial, massage, mani/pedi. I would go back for all of it. It is kind of hidden in the Giant Eagle plaza, but well worth the find. It is set up very nicely, and you can tell they take pride in their business. I might try a hair cut here soon.

Great interior! Personable and professional staff and simple and inviting decor. Came in for a gel manicure with Cara and left satisfied. I wish they had more color selection but she did a great job and manicure lasted well past the 2 weeks. Took a little longer than I hoped but she was very attentive. Only $35 for removal and reapplication. Will return.

I love Options Salon & Spa! The stylists and staff are so friendly and personable. The salon is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center next to Giant Eagle. It was a little hard to find at first. The salon manages to be modern and trendy without giving off that snobby vibe other salons do. I have been going to my stylist Lauren for almost 10 years. She is amazing! Not only do I get awesome color and style but also great conversation. I look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend this salon. It is worth finding!

This is located in an unassuming little shopping plaza in Fairview Park. But it is now the place that I grocery shop, go tanning, buy delicious sandwiches, get chinese takeout, have cocktails and go bowling (ok, I did that once). It is now also the place where I get my hair and nails did. After taking a rather risky referral from a dude, I left very happy with my haircut from Kara.
It was the first time in recent memory that I left a salon in Cleveland and didn't wonder how long it would take for my bangs to grow out. I'm going back in a couple of days to get a little mani/pedi. The prices are good and they offer a ton of services.
