Catherine was phenomenal, I felt so much better after seeing her. She addressed my issue of being sedentary all day. My back felt like a rock when I arrived and I was so appreciative of her time. I'm returning to her asap.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Catherine. I got my surgery on July 22,2021 out of town. When I got back home on July 26,2021 she was able to see me right away for my lymphatic massage. She recommended I come everyday for one week and 3 times a week after that. I am 4 weeks post op and I feel wonderful. I can't complain she applied just amount of pressure with low hurting me.my recovery is ahead of schedule Thanks to her.

Catherine is a great masseuse. I tell her where I'm tight/sore and she knows what to do to work it out. She has the skills for the even the toughest of spots.

Excellent value for the time and money. After I ran the half marathon, I had signed up for a massage to loosen up and relax after the race. I had had a very good experience with an Urban Kneads therapist last year (Lisa) so I returned. I was surprised when Catherine, a current therapist, mentioned that she would be incorporating Ashiatsu massage (using feet), and a bit nervous to have some one standing on my back --even after she pointed out the horizontal bars overhead that would allow her to carefully regulate the pressure.

I needn't have worried: she knows her business and it was easily one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. Afterward, she even patiently explained the general technique and training in response to my questions.

Truly enjoyed my massage with Cindy. She took her time working the knots out of my muscles. Firm pressure but not painful. One of the best in Houston.

Highly recommend Urban Kneads for all of your needs. I visited recently for ear candling as my doctor wasn't able to see in my ears when in for an appointment due to wax build up. I was very impressed with the professionalism and absolutely loved the investment in a heated bed.

After looking all over for a massage therapist who would listen and address my aches and pains I found this place. They have a number of locations (Alabama, San Felipe and Huldy in the general River Oaks area) and they have many techniques: lymphatic, cranio sacral, and Swedish as well as hot stone and deep tissue. They will tailor your massage to your specific requests and needs.

All the therapists are well trained with many years of experience. There's also a skin care specialist affiliated with the group to round out their offerings. This group is professional and talented with great hours and a variety of therapies and therapists. If you want to experience excellence in massage, I highly recommend them. You will feel restored and relaxed afterwards, just what everyone needs during the holidays!

Hopefully I am reviewing the correct location. I loved this place. The massage was amazing and I felt very relaxed afterwards. My girlfriend an I went for valentines day and were greeted with champagne and chocolate. The only down side I have is the actual location. Its in an office suite and I got a little turned around once I got inside. However, once we were inside the room where we were going to be massaged, you couldn't even tell. It was quite, cool and the lighting was perfect. The price was good for what we got. I would for sure go again!
