Had a superb experience! This was a gift spa day for me and I could not have been happier with the experience. Mandy took care of me and it really felt more like hanging out with a friend. Started off with a sole massage and it was so nice! I whole heartedly recommend. After that was a massage but I requested particular attention to my back. My lower back is a hot mess and she really helped me out with that! She worked a lot of knots out of my shoulders, too and man it was such a relief. If you have the time, ask for Mandy--she was awesome!

Amberly was amazing. She actually addressed my concerns and my pain feels so much better. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I set my husband up for a massage for some relaxation. He had massages before but when he went to Spa D Sante he had a horrible experience. My husband called immediately when his massage was done and told me something was wrong. He was in a lot of pain. So much so he could not get out of his car. He walked into our house hunched over barely able to walk.

We are going on a week and still no improvement. Alex did his massage. I'm not sure if people here are experienced but he is feeling terrible and now we are having to seek medical treatment. My husband was perfectly fine and has had other treatments before at other spas. I don't believe that Alex was experienced. Beware when coming here it may have longer effects.

His pain is not conducive to being sore from a massage. He has clearly been injured. If you need a massage do your research. The prior masseuse he was scheduled with quit and that how he got scheduled with Alex. Not happy. Spa d sante has gone down over the years. Might as well get a massage at the mall.

My Therapist left a long time ago and ever sense I haven't been able to find someone who understands what I need, for my permanent injuries, until today. So, I gave up looking. I didn't want to be beat up. Martha was excellent. She listened and adjusted her intensity to fit my needs. WOW, I feel great!

Received an email they were doing a Health Care Appreciation Month. I booked an appointment with them 2 weeks in advance. I understand things or life happens, I'm a nurse but the way the situation was handled was done poorly. I am on my way to the appointment scheduled at 1000 and they give me a call at 0941 to let me know my masseuse was not going to be available at 10.

Instead of waiting or getting another time, the next available wasn't until 3 in the afternoon. I was not able to make that time so had to cancel. No voucher or anything was offered. I would have at least appreciated a call earlier then 9 minutes before I was supposed to show up.

I went to spa d'sante for the first time this week. I chose Albert after reading so many positive Google reviews about his services. Albert's therapeutic massage was probably the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to him. I highly recommend this spa (very clean/quiet/peaceful).

I have been coming to get a massage by Albert. He's very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He takes the time to listen to your needs and focus on that area. He also gives suggestions for ways to work those areas on your own. I always leave feeling like a new person. Highly recommend Albert, he's amazing!

I've been coming here for years, but perhaps its time for me to go somewhere else. Lately, when I attempt to make an appointment I'm looped from the spa to their school and back again and never reach anyone. Quite maddening! I did let the receptionist know a month ago, but no change. Once I'm at the site for an appointment all is good. Hope they get this fixed

I've been coming to Spa d' Sante for quite some time now. I get a regular massage to work on the tension a carry around from day-to-day. More recently I've been getting an hour and a half massage from Albert, and definitely leave feeling more relaxed. Albert communicates well and focuses on the areas that you need most. Will definitely continue to use Spa d' Sante and Albert for their service.

I booked an hour long session with Albert for the first time. I walked in with pain and much tension in my shoulders and neck. I left relaxed and relief. Albert communicates effectively, takes time to hear yours needs, and educates you on what your body and guides you on the path needed to healing and relaxation. So excited, for my next session, I would high recommend Albert.

Thieves. Necklace broke and one of them stole the charm off the necklace. they returned broken Necklace but said they can't find very large charm. extremely large gold charm. complete thievery.

This was my first time getting a "formal" massage, and I was not disappointed. I am a musician and came in because I was having pain in my neck, shoulders and hands. From the very get-go, Albert was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at home. Through a bio-assessment, Albert was able to pinpoint the exact areas of my pain, and knew exactly what to work on.

From the moment he put his hands on my tense back, I knew this man knew his craft. He immediately saw the problem area in my shoulders, and from the instant he began massaging, I felt the circulation in my problem areas and felt my knots began to ease up. My hands hadn't felt this relaxed in probably, ever. Albert explained everything he did, explaining how certain muscles work.

He educated me showing there is more contributing to the pain than I thought! He's very knowledgeable about the anatomy of muscles and the roadmap of the human body and all it's nerves, tissues, etc. Contribute the dark comfy ambience of the salon, and Albert's caring hands, and it was definitely a relaxing experience. It was calming, I was afraid of falling asleep and drooling.

After the massage, Albert gave plenty of self-care advice. He did warn that I would be a little sore in the a.m., and to drink plenty of water. That night I slept so well. The next morning, it was as Albert said, and I was a little sore, but felt myself moving easier. The following day, the pain was gone, and I feel like a completely new person. Albert is great masseuse and I will be returning again very soon! I'd definitely recommend him for anyone needing some much needed TLC on their sore muscles.

Always get good customer service here. Riley did a great job with my massage, I really love how he incorporates stretching into the massage. I've only gotten 3 massages like that at various places, the stretching is always my favorite. Customer service at the front desk we great as well.

I went here for a couples massage. I had the pleasure of working with Justin. He was super professional and knew how to really give deep tissue massage. I fell asleep, and was beyond relaxed by the time my session was complete. My partner was serviced by Riley. According to him, Riley was a fantastic masseuse. Great hands, a great experience. Well done. I'd also like to add that service was amazing from the from door! The receptionist had an amazing smile and made us feel welcomed and cared for the entire time!

I normally visit the Thousand Oaks location but they didn't have an opening when I tried to book last minute. it was definitely a blessing in disguise! Lynne was wonderful! I have sciatic nerve issues and she was extremely knowledgeable about different ways of getting the results I needed. She also gave me tips on preventing issues in the future. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

This place is beyond amazing! The therapists here truly care for the well-being of their clients. From the whirlpool to the infrared sauna and hydro therapy to the aromatherapy - everything here is truly state-of-the-art! With the new ownership, the culture here is definitely changing to reflect the client's best interest. If you haven't already yet, book your appointment now. You'll be impressed with the elevation of service and knowledge these people are implementing here!

I highly recommend this place for those with jobs that take a physical toll on them. A lot of times we keep going through our everyday lives dealing with the pain cause that's just how things are. Well these guys changed my mind. Got the kinks worked out of my upper back and ready to work on my mid back. I will definitely give their sports message a go.

I have never been disappointed with Spa D'Sante until recently. I purchased a Groupon package but unfortunately was told I cannot use it due to it not being a year since the last time I had an massage with them. I attempted to get my money back from Groupon but unfortunately was not able to. I receive emails about specials regularly and today I saw. an email about the same exact special for the same exact price as the Groupon package I purchased so I called to see if it would be possible to apply the Groupon amount to this package. Emily was very friendly and said she would get with her director and call me back with a response.

She called back within the hour to tell me that her director said I would not be able to use the Groupon amount towards the special due to it being a third party. I am sad to say I will never be going back to Spa D'Sante and will be exchanging the Groupon to use towards another spa special instead.

I watch my grandchildren, a two-year-old and a one-year-old through the week; I needed this more than anyone would ever know. I can't thank my son enough for giving me this as a gift! I had the escape and rejuvenate package starting with a Vecchi mud bath and then a full body massage and a mud facial. My technician was Hannah & this by far was the best experience ever. Hannah is divine.

She is a true professional and such a delight. I swear to goodness that heat and wellness emanate from her hands. I will be back to see her. It has made such a difference in my mental health and physical well-being. Thank you so much again Hannah! Also thanks so much Madison, and most definitely Shay for fixing what could have been a problem.

I bought a $100 Groupon massage package for my sister. She overslept and called about 15 minutes after her appt. and was told that it has already been redeemed. How can this place still be in business after stealing, YES, stealing from your customers like this? Ok, $30 late fee. But taking it ALL? It's a bunch of BS! I called and emailed them, and the only way they will reschedule you again is if you have a doctors note! BEWARE

Had a couples massage scheduled, was not informed that the appt included a wait list for 1 of the 2 parties. Arrived for the massage and was told it'd have to be a solo massage for 1 person because only 1 therapist was available. Unacceptable. They did allow termination of appointment without penalty. Will not be back after this.

Just had the best massage of my life with Kasy. My body was so knitted up that I was having anxiety. I usually have a hard time explaining what I need because my pain radiates to weird places. I told her what I thought was wrong and she just followed to tense spots. She gave me such relief of the pain. I am so, so grateful!

The place is clean and serene. Francisco was professional and gave a good massage. My friend had Suppa (sp?) and said she was great and knew what she was doing. I would go again and maybe get a spa package to see what those are about.

I LOVE Spa d'Sante and very specifically the Bulverde location. Gina is amazing and I try really hard to work my schedule out so I can always book with her. I am apart of their membership program and the one I am signed up for includes a 1 hour massage, 15 min whirlpool bath, heat packs and aromatherapy. All of that for $60/month which I think is a really great deal! They offer a lot of services that I think other "membership spas" do not offer, for example: salt scrubs.

Love their specials. Groupon and from their emails. Always. feel great after each massage. loyal customer for years. often can book last minute massage. several close enough locations. My spa for sure.

I got an amazing massage from Omar at the Thousand Oaks location here in San Antonio, I was extra tight, lots of knots, and he worked on, loosened up, and got rid of all my knots, stress, tension built up in my shoulders, upper back, and neck! I also love the music, and it's calming and relaxing!

I walked out stunned at how awful my massage was. Within 20 minutes I went to a different massage location to try to receive a decent massage. I emailed them about my experience and no reply. Just be careful who you get and double check your appointment because mine didn't go through and I received a message from whoever was available. I could've received a better massage from a massage chair for 50 minutes.

WOW! Just had the best afternoon at Spa d' Sante on Bulverde Rd. This place is off the chain! I can see why they are consistently voted the best in SA. Tanya took me to heaven during my visit today. Check them out you'll never regret it. Ask for Tanya--that Lady has magic in her hands and she sees to your every need as a general course of business. No false courtesy or put on. I I told them to put her down as my permanent one 2C!

I went to the one off Huebner road and the staff was very friendly and professional. I did the whirlpool which was my favorite, the back mask and hot stone massage. My massage therapist Nicole was very nice and the place was very clean. I had a great experience here but I know based off of reviews to steer clear of the Broadway location.

We had a very good first experience at Spa D' Sante. Yolanda and Nicolas were great and provided an excellent couples massage. Melissa at the front counter was very personable, helpful and answered many of our questions. We felt very welcomed. Now the lady with the accent on the appointment line was bothered with my questions and in a hurry to get me off the phone since i had an old pamphlet. Huebner location earned 5 stars because that lady did not work there.

If they had more stars I would give it 10. Just finished an hour and a half with Samantha and I don't believe I have ever been this relaxed in my life. I go to this location regularly and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I've never had a less than wonderful experience no matter who it is. but I get on Samantha's schedule whenever I can and today was exceptional. If I have one complaint it's that now I don't want to move because I don't want to undo her work lol. I highly recommend this location!

I just had the escape package with salt scrub, massage & facial by Kodi. He was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend him!

I have not had a chance to try services. So I decided to cancel. However, when I bought the membership I was not told I needed a 30 day notice to cancel. They told me they would charge me still another month. Not a good way to do business when your told this info after the fact.

After a long week my husband surprised me by scheduling a massage session for me with Rain (the masseuse). She asked me where my problem areas were and went to work right away. The amount of pressure she applied was great (usually I have to ask for more pressure but I didn't even have to ask this time) and I could feel her getting out all of my knots from my shoulders. She was amazing!

Absolutely a great experience! I have chronic neck pain with cervical spine issues in my neck. I woke up this morning in pain and with a headache. I was able to book online for an appointment they had available within 30 minutes--on a Saturday! I arrived and was brought back to start my appointment on time. David H. was wonderful. Pressure and technique was exactly what I needed.

He focused on my neck issues and I left with almost no pain at all and my headache was gone. I was able to get through a very busy day and I'm confident that had I not gone to see David, I wouldn't have been able to make it through with the pain. I love Spa D'Sante's atmosphere, pricing, convenience, and on-time appointments.

Looking for an all purpose, general, rub the stress knots out of your shoulders kind of place? This place is adequate for achieving that mission. A chain massage business that seems to be good at standardizing their business model quite well. Having been to the location on Broadway and Bulverde Rd., you'll find similar set ups, prices, and quality of services.

You would think that an hour massage at $58 would suck. but thanks to Mr. Huff at the Bulverde location.it didn't'! It's refreshing to get a quality service at a good price. (God I sound old!) Don't come looking for a deep spa experience with cucumber infused water, plates of chocolate, and vintage wine. Instead, look forward to an hour or so of relaxation with well trained professionals.

I recently had a facial with the new facialist, Donna, at this location. It was awesome! She took the time to understand what I needed and customized the facial for my skin type. Her cleansing was so relaxing and the hand/arm massage during my steaming was so relaxing. She cleaned the blackheads I had and then gave me a wonderful facial massage. My skin looked amazing when I was finished. I have already scheduled my next appointment for next month.
