Ortho-Bionomy is an elegant, highly effective and comprehensive system of natural healing that has its roots in Osteopathy and Martial Arts. This deep, gentle work relieves pain and restores natural alignment, function and balance with more ease, immediacy and lasting effectiveness than you might have thought possible, even when other bodywork modalities have ceased to be effective.
Hypnotherapy makes use of a natural process that takes place every 90-120 minutes in which our mind frees itself from stress by cycling into a trance state. This de-stressing is part of the body's innate self-healing, self-regulating nature. It's that moment when you lose your train of thought in the middle of a sentence, or you are driving somewhere and, for a split second, you forget where you are going.
Sessions after the initial appointment or consultation are typically 60 or 75 or 90 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions may be scheduled, as needed; fees will be pro-rated. With your well-being and affordability in mind, The Sun Center offers a sliding scale for those who need it. It is based on need, frequency of sessions, and ability to pay.
