Urban Oasis has a very hospitable, warm atmosphere. My wife and I visited the Original location a few times over "20 years" ago. However, when we rediscovered the Urban Oasis after so long.(it was just like the first time). Our experience was second to none, we truly appreciated the Massage Therapist that cared for us. (Sarah H.) "Excellent".The rain shower, Great! The overall visit was phenomenal.

Had a great massage today! The facility is nice and I appreciate that they are still 100% masked. My therapist checked in often about the pressure and my comfort and spent time working on specific sore spots I had identified. All around it was a really comfortable and relaxing experience and I definitely plan to go back.

I've been coming to Urban Oasis since 2006 and have always had a wonderful experience. My latest experience with Rowan was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had! From the moment you walk in, calm surrounds you. I especially appreciate how peaceful and quiet the entire experience is. Just what you need to recharge!

Always providing the best for experience. I've gone here for years and the massage therapist are the best. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. I do wish there was online booking but it doesn't stop me from coming back. The space is always clean which is key for me and the therapist know what they are doing. Definitely better than any massage envy in the city.

I had an amazing prenatal massage at 27 weeks pregnant! It was the best one I've had and this is baby #3 for me. Therapist Melissa was really sweet. She told me what places she could and couldn't massage before getting started. The hole where your baby bump goes is supportive and it was amazing! That's the first time I've been able to lay forward in a long time.
The only con is that it is hard to find the place. When you get here and if you drive, just go to the first floor, exit the doors, and turn to your left and walk to the revolving doors on the corner. They are down the stairs. Aside from that I would definitely come back!

Amazing massage with Olly yesterday. She has an incredible way of getting into the spots that really need it without hurting you or leaving you too sore She was also kind enough to tell me some stretching exercises I can do at home. I am truly grateful for her! As an aside, I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. This one was just exceptional!

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. Lisa was great and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location and her. My best friend went with me and she had a different person and also said they were great. Overall we had a wonderful experience here and I felt great the day after. Very relaxing and much needed massages for these tired mamas. We did have to wear our masks the entire time and this was just fine and made me feel safe and at ease.

Urban Oasis has gone above and beyond to make their customers feel safe during the pandemic, and I'm sure their safety measures give their employees some extra comfort as well. Even the signs in the restrooms to close the toilet lid before flushing and to open the door with a towel were wonderfully common sense! Aside from safety measures, I've had a great massage every time I've been to Urban Oasis, even when I schedule last minute and I get a random therapist. I can't wait for the steam showers/rain showers to return, as this is an indulgent part of the experience, but I'm still returning even without them!

I had my first massage here after the holidays by Jennifer. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what areas I wanted to work on and explained some things for me since I haven't had many massages prior. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and it is extremely clean and inviting. Can't wait to see Jennifer again soon!
