This place is horrible! They do not have professional staff manners. I tried to make an appointment, and they would only talk to me via text and said they could not accommodate my gift card. Then they blocked my number when I asked them to call. This is a joke!

My friend recommended I try this spa. I've had a lot of massages through the years, and Justine's is one of the most relaxing I've had. She is very responsive to feedback and is a very compassionate person as well as very skilled at massage.
