Dr. Joseph Terranova was born in Brooklyn New York. He moved to Hasbrouck Heights New Jersey at the age of 11 where he stayed until moving to Marietta Georgia to pursue his Chiropractic degree. Dr. Terranova is the co-owner/founder for the Injury Health Center. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior College in New York. Dr. Terranova earned his doctorate degree from Life University in Marietta Georgia in 1999. Early on in his life Dr. Terranova had the burning desire to help people but did not believe in traditional medicine. Several of Dr. Terranova's relatives are chiropractors and they had a big influence on his decision to become one. He had witnessed the healing power of Chiropractic and knew immediately that he wanted to become one. Dr. Terranova has extensive knowledge in neurology and nutrition. He is well versed in many chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Activator, Thompson, and S.O.T. Today, after many years in practice, Dr. Terranova continues to read, take seminars and pursue post graduate clinical excellence, by keeping up with any information that might be helpful to his patients. Dr. Terranova has been married to his wife Jennifer for ten years. They have a 7 year old daughter named Lauren. During his spare time Dr. Terranova likes to enjoys boating, working out, softball and playing his guitar as often as he can.
