Massageville has such a relaxing beach theme. Carolyn is skilled in what she does and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. My body felt great afterwards with the tension and stress gone. I will continue to visit!

Carolyn did my massage and afterwards I felt absolutely amazing! She concentrated on the areas where I had a lot of tension and I swear she knew exactly where to go without my even telling her. She is a gifted massage therapist and I will be back again and again.

I found a groupon and decided to give it a try. I was a little apprehensive at first, because no time was taken to customize my massage (I wasn't asked about how much pressure I like - which is a big deal to me, because I like deep pressure - or if there were areas I wanted to be targeted), but the massage was good. The ambiance is very nice, too.

There are no bells and whistles (no drinks offered, no foot soaks, etc), but for the price it was a great massage and worth giving up the extras that higher end salons include. I will go back!

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a birthday surprise (Couples Massage) and received a call a week before the appointment that it was going to have to be rescheduled due to some "training session" they were having to attend. Basically, I was scheduled on a date that was supposed to be blocked off. When I explained that an alternate date wasn't going to work, the employee seemed to be bothered by that request and was very abrupt thereafter.

I confirmed twice through email AND CALLED to confirm I scheduled this date and received a reply back that everything was ready to go. Their online scheduling doesn't even allow you to schedule the couples massage, only one individual person at a time, which is why I called and emailed to confirm. I cancelled my appointment after rescheduling with another business after receiving the call.

They did send me an apologetic email, but I refuse to schedule something with a business I can't rely on. I'm sure their massage services are great for the prices they offer, but the initial appointment/scheduling process needs amending for this business to survive.

Well today was the day!!!! My first ever massage!! I was totally nervous for some reason, but Beth made the experience great and relaxing!!! I booked my next massage session before I left!!! If someone is on the fence about their first massage, I can tell you, you will be in good hands!! (pun intended) Thanks again Beth!!
