Had a terrific facial. So relaxing. Effects of the facial lasted along time. Have been going here for years.

Awesomeness, Ahhmaazzing from start to finish. I enjoyed my 47th bday at this spa and MY GOD! The ambience, decor and servies were IMPECCABLE! The infrared sauna, scrub and vichy shower were intoxicating!

Today was a good day my experience at Vita wellness Spa was amazing and beautiful Irena customer service was amazing as well she was very attentive very knowledgeable and took her time. I appreciate when people take their time and to educate you on something new that you are interested in. I got a colon cleanse which everyone needs to get to clean the system this was a great experience and I will definitely be back everyone should check them out

I've been going here for many years and it's always a pleasure! The staff and the owners are very nice! Great atmosphere, I always feel relaxed, and my facial is always customize to my concerns. I recently started the colon hydrotherapy! If you have not tried it, you must!

Had a wonderful body wrapn and scrub. I was very comfortable and the results were phenomenal! I'll definitely be returning.

A friend & I went for an Amazon Rainforest Package we had a Facial, Massage, Far Infrared Sauna, Amazon Berry body wrap, Vichy shower and Passion Salt scrub. Which was about 4 hours overall. This place is organic & it aura is the most relaxing. Our ladies for the day were wonderful. Sheila & Brittany. They were nice & down to earth. Every service was great. Definitely plan to return again. & soon!

I came in Thursday night 8:40 this place is already closed this is ridiculous, I used to go my regular massage at Pulaski highway where I even get discount been there for several years. They wasted my time will never go again I could have given 0 it no option.

This is my first time doing hydro colonic. I watched a few YouTube videos to understand the process and educate myself, and then wanted to do an open one. There are 2 modules. So this facility does the open type. Irina picked up my call and calm me down and educated me at first also she is a co-owner and helped me through my busy schedule and with any questions always. Shanon was my therapist helped me out, walked me through, and to make me feel comfortable she educated me what to expect and what things were coming out for first 10 minutes of cloudy water and then she gave me some privacy to release and came back up to see and guide me and left for privacy so that I can release again. Forst night I didn't feel anything except a light headache, only eat non carb diet. 2nd night I could not sleep as my body releasing so much energy, I didn't know where it was coming from.

I booked 2 other appointments since in my first therapy my body didn't release much I think compare to other youtubers. I got discounted rate, phew. Also for my gut health I took probiotics and a 14 day total detox (liver/heart/lungs etc) since this is the first time doing colone and the things came out were yucky, so I don't know other then colone what else I may have in my toxic body.

After detox am planning to do para cleanse to get rid of bugs and start my new year in a new way. Both Irina and Shanon were great. Didn't get the chance to meet the owner yet but may have spoken once over the phone for some question, but very helpful. Family business, family service

Vita Revive is a wonderful place to focus of self care and wellness. The owners and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and the services are beyond a normal spa. The colon hydrotherapy sessions are incredibly beneficial and I had the most amazing facial with Sheila. Looking forward to returning!

Vita Revive made my birthday (10/22) a great day (& experience)! I opted for the African journey pkg (3.5 hrs.), and it was more than I could expect. I was provided with Brittany for the whole experience, and she was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of products. My favorite was the body scrub followed by Vichy shower (the Apricot scrub smelled SO good).

My skin, after the full experience, felt like when I was a newborn (lol). The service started excellent from the beginning when greeted by the owner. She immediately remembered it was my birthday, and assured me that they had every intention of allowing me to feel like the Queen I am (she didn't use that verbiage, but her excited and sweet disposition alluded to - smile). I'd never had a facial before (I have sensitive skin, so I've always been hesitant of products used).

But I am now fan, and my skin seemed so clear. I didn't wear make-up the whole next day and felt like I was still radiant. I could go on & on.and on but I think the readers get my drift. Accordingly, if you're looking for a personable staff, clean and nice establishment (it was so much larger inside than external appearance & encompasses 2 floors) and great spa services that don't gip you of the full time, then wait no further than to visit Vita Revive. You just might see me in the lobby during my next visit!

Shannon is absolutely the best and very knowledgeable. She truly cares about detoxing, healing the body and helping others along that path to a better healthier lifestyle. You cant go wrong with her or the spa and their services.

The customer service was great. The body detox wrap was soothing. I went to this location 2 days in a row. However I was really surprised by the level of cleanliness. First impressions speak volume. The steps to the office and to the rooms are filthy. I'd also suggest using better quality towels. The towels that were used were like the towels you have at home for several years that eventually become your cleaning towels.

Again the service provided was great but the actual store and materials could use updates/cleaning to match the quality of service. The parking is also extremely tight just fyi.

My first colon hydrotherapy experience. It was great! Irina is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Aside from all that she made me feel very comfortable. The spa atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend to all my family/friends.

Amazing experience. I had a rain forest package, and it worth every penny. I went there with my friend. Both of us had a facial, a body wrap, infrared sauna, full-body scrub, and massage with essential oils. My skin is super smooth and radiant. Shannon did my facial was very professional. Irina is the owner, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The place is spotless; all the products they used on my were organic.

I spent 3.5 hours there, and I am feeling reborn. I recommend going there with a friend or significant other, especially if you are getting a package. This is a great monthly treatment for the mind and body.

Y'all, I've found my new favorite spa after 10 years of shopping around! I enjoyed my experience at Vita Revive so much that I actually logged back into Yelp to give it a stellar review, after not logging in for years! I went in for a wax and had a wonderful experience. The pricing is on point, lower than what many spas charge without skimping on cleanliness, atmosphere, or quality.

I have a coconut and latex allergy, both of which were easily accommodated (this can be tough in many spas because coconut oil is used it a lot of cosmetics and often, latex gloves are cheaper than nitrile alternatives). The wax used was an awesome argan oil based wax and it was truly the least painful wax I've ever had. I worked with Brittany (unsure of the spelling), who was so kind, courteous, fast, professional, and knowledgeable.

She gave me a mini tour, answered all of my questions, and was able to help me feel very comfortable. The spa itself was clean, set up in a way that induces a peaceful & calming vibe, and was super easy to find. I will be getting a membership here in the near future and recommending Brittany specifically to others!

It was nice. Everyone was super friendly and made my first wrap experience pretty pleasant. The detox wrap itself was intense but I feel a lot better I will definitely be back to try some of their other treatments.

Hidden gem indeed. I came for a colonic and i was hesitant at first because i purchased through Groupon. Also It can be quite uncomfortable. But the woman who helped me (can't remember her name) made me feel very relaxed. It was an overall soothing experience. The dim lights make it easy to relax.

I went yesterday for the first time, for my first ever facial. Sheila did my facial. It was amazing and I'm obsessed. The environment and Sheila was very relaxing, clean, professional and Sheila seemed to genuinely care about my skin care wants and needs! Def. recommended!

I received colon hydrotherapy + infrared sauna + vibration and I had a good experience. In fact, I'm going to return. First -- this place smells amazing. I was sooo nervous as I didn't know what to expect but Irena gave me a quick tutorial and I was ready to go. **Colon Hydrotherapy Neat and clean room, and very cozy. Very peculiar and awkward process since it's not something you're familiar with. However, after a few minutes you know what to expect. You're also given a tummy massager to promote the process and IT WORKS. **Infrared Sauna You go here after the session to relax and it is amazing.

Popped in on a whim to check out the Facilities and was pleasantly surprised they were closing but shannon took her time to show me everything and got me booked for a Brazilian and my chest she was absolutely perfect the utmost respect and professionalism and yet still had me laughing guys or girls look no further for your waxing needs see shannon

At first i was soooo skeptical about Colon Hydrotherapy. I was nervous and it showed. Russell and Irine we soo patient and knowledgeable. But SHANNON is AMAZING! Aside from losing 10lbs. I am encouraged to live healthier but not judged in my "less confident moments" i found myself excited for my next appointment.

I've been here a few times over the years, but my boyfriend bought me the spa package this year for Valentine's Day (definitely have to thank him). I went today for 4 hours of relaxation, and I must say it was great. The sauna was great, the facial was amazing and the shower was heavenly. Water from this sprinkler-like system is over top of you and just showers you in warm water. Would definitely go back to pamper myself again if I have the time.

Great service, I booked through yelp last minute and Vita was more than accommodating. The facilities were clean and my Esthetician was very knowledgeable about products and what workers led Best for my skin. The experience was very spa like and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Not to mention the prices were perfect!

I heard about their INFRARED SAUNA and decided to give it a chance. The staff here are extremely professional. The place is nestled in an office park upstairs and away from the highway. It's very dark inside which is perfect for trying to relax and they also honored the coupon I had from Yelp which was great. The Infrared sauna was perfect and I enjoyed being able to look at television within the private room. My only gripe was the noise could be hectic sometimes from staff members. Loud conversations while trying to relax can be counterproductive.

I have my first open system colon hydrotherapy. IT WAS AMAZING. Huge thabks to Shannon who was so pleasant and informative. The staff is great. Felt right at home. Thanks again and I can't wait to go back. They offer supplements there and I appreciate them not being over priced.

Amazing organic spa. They offer all types of services from massage to foot detox. They use all organic products. I absolutely love the reflexology treatment and the full body shower and scrub. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Nice parking plenty of parking. They also take same day appointments or walk ins. You will leave smelling and feeling like and organic baby.

I simply love this place! The therapists are so beautiful in spirit and each are highly educated and extremely skilled in their craft. The ambiance is tranquil and serene. I have made Vita Revive a part of my weekly self care routine.

My husband got me a gift card to Vita Revive for my birthday. I chose to spend a portion of it on a massage. I called sometime last week to schedule an appointment. The man who answered the phone was a bit quirky but ultimately was able to secure an appointment for me. I was supposed to be seen at 3:45pm, but I was not seen until 4:30pm. Normally, this would have annoyed me and come off as unprofessional, but I was offered lemon water, and a complimentary infrared sauna treatment while I waited.

My massage therapist for my hour session was Lucy. She was wonderful, there was the perfect happy medium of her checking occasionally to make sure that I was enjoying the massage, and her not talking too much to allow me to really relax. She asked me what spots I was concerned about and really focused on that portion of my body. The hot stones were divine!

I plan to return to vita revive to use the rest of my gift card, and I'll be sure to update this review at that time Update 6/9/17: I returned to Vita Revive in March to use the rest of my gift card. I requested that Lucy do my massage and she was just as consistent and attentive as she was the first time that I went. I left the salon feeling very relaxed.

Owner was rude trying to justify the outrageous $50 for 40 minute infrared sauna session. I told him I was used to paying $15 for the same treatment. He said I probably was using one at a gym where they don't clean, warm it up or offer robes and towels. Wrong big mouth, stop and listen. Call the wellness center in camphill pa for yourself. Another place in frederick gave me a $15 rate too.
