Ramona Cavasin, Therapeutic Massage & Body Work I am a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and have been in this field since 1997. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Burlington College in Vermont.

I offer many massage therapies. My style is eclectic, mixing Deep Tissue and Swedish massage with trigger-point and other beneficial modalities and body therapies which I design for each customer depending on their needs and preferences.

I use a scar tissue release system that approaches the multi faceted matrix of fascia three dimensionally. This special technique helps to release and realign the adhered tissues (fascial restrictions) .

It works by lengthening the superficial to deep layers of fascia, breaking down adhesions and increasing lymphatic and venous circulation to the tissue.

30 minutes with Ramona is life changing! I have a lot of back issues and she makes sure to ask at each visit if there is something specific that I need. She really customizes each massage. Visiting with her regularly has helped eleviate pain, stiff muscles, and provide comfort in day to day activities. Her studio is very relaxing and well worth a visit!

I used to visit Ramona regularly when I worked in Portsmouth. She was a great help to me a few years ago. I was happy to see she was still practicing in Portsmouth and did not hesitate to see her. My spine is fused together and I have had 3 back surgeries, which are no longer an option for me. Ramona, refreshed her memory of my condition as we talked and I let her know what I was hoping for.

She listens to what you are saying and if you are clear of what your issues are or what you are hoping to get out of a massage you will be happy you choose her. Thanks Ramona, I will be back again.
