Leslie Richardson Has been a practicing Massage Therapist for the last 9 years. She trained in Lubbock at Ocean's School of Massage in 2000 for 300 hours to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas. She then went on to train for 1300 hours to earn her Associates Degree in Applied Science for Massage Therapy at Rainstar University in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2004. She has training in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports, Japanese Anma, Cranial Sacral, Swedish, Spa Therapies, and Trigger Point Massage. She is also a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Leslie completed her 160+ hours of training at Anne King's Hypnosis Center in June 2009 she specializes in helping people make positive changes to their life. She uses her 9 years of experience in the field of relaxation to help clients fully relax and ease the difficulty of making changes in order to improve health, happiness, spirituality, and personal relationships. She is Certified through the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association.

Leslie completed her training in Professional Life Coaching through the Fowler Wainwright International Institute of Professional Coaching and has a Psychology Degree from Texas State University. With her background in relaxation techniques through massage and hypnosis and her training in life coaching and psychology she can help clients set attainable goals to achieve their fullest potential and live the life they have always dreamed of.
