Dale Newman and Kim Weeks-Newman Started The Massage Clinic, Inc. in January 1999. Shortly after opening we began focusing on injury treatment and recovery from accidents. In 2001 we added a second location at 3003 W Casino RD Everett, WA 98203 working exclusively with workplace injuries. Our third location at 8th and Park Renton, WA 98057 was opened in 2003 also working exclusively on labor and industries claims. In 2004 we started working on an onsite massage program to reduce workers pain before they opened a workers compensation claim. We found that when we were able to treat employees early after the onset of an injury they often did not need to open an L&I claim. According to OSHA massage therapy is considered first aid and is not recordable as a workplace injury.

If this is your first massage you may be curious about what to expect before, during, and after a typical massage. Before your massage it is probably best to not eat a large meal. Some people like to take a warm shower or bath to assist them with feeling comfortable and relaxed. This will provide your therapist with some valuable information pertaining to your current and past health.

Sierra has done a great job helping me regain mobility in my hip, back, and quads. Her massages are effective, but what I appreciate most are the exercises/stretches she has shared with me to combat pain and discomfort away from her office. I've been three times and have experienced noticeable improvements after each visit. I've almost fully recovered from a serious lifting injury and much of the credit is owed to Sierra.

Carrie did a solid deep tissue massage. I felt beat up afterward which is pretty normal. It takes me a couple of days of hydrating to feel the full effects of the work that was done. Just from past experience though I think it will be on par with what I have had before. The downside to this place is the location. They are right on Evergreen Way and you can hear the road noise in the massage room. That leads to making it hard to completely relax. Some white noise may block the road noise. The military discount was great too.

I've seen Scott for a massage numerous times. Wow, he is good at what he does! Word of warning - Scott isn't the one to see for a soft, super-light massage. He gets into those muscles and loosens things up. He's always checking in to see if you're okay, and he gets those tight, sore muscles moving to where they need to go. I highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage - he is very knowledgeable of the structure of the body and muscles!

Spent $70 for bruises, a stiff neck, and hurt sides. The therapist I had was nice but used so much pressure during the entire hour massage that I couldn't wait for it to end. But then again he explained to me when I was leaving that they deal mainly with LNI and insurance claims, not spa seeking massage people. The lady at the front is really nice and they seem to have very open availability. I don't see myself going there again as I was pretty disappointed that I trusted previous reviews for a good chunk of my money.

I found my way to the massage clinic after 3 different massage therapist had worked with me to heal my back and neck injury caused by a car accident. I can confidently say that the massage clinic has helped me more than all 3 therapist combined. I am always welcomed by Scott and Debbie with a warm smile and I feel that they have been the most professional and caring clinic I have visited.
When recovering from an accident all I have cared about is getting better long term and Scott has helped me drastically with my pain. I usually come into their office in a level 7/8 pain and leave with only a pain score of 5. I could not recommended them enough! My care has been OUTSTANDING!

I am having a heart surgery on Monday and was looking to get a massage to calm my nerves. I saw some positive reviews on Yelp and decided to try it out. The office space was nice and the person at the front was friendly. I had my massage with Michelle and WOW she was so friendly and did such a great job. I have also been having headaches almost daily for the past 45 days or so and had a Mild one when I walked in.
Let me say, now 4 hours later I am still headache free! I feel great and cannot wait to go back after my surgery! They are very professional and are doing something right. I have searched high and low for a place like this. The only minor thing I noticed was the traffic noise but it would definitely not deter me from going back.

I'm writing this as a company president who has utilized the Massage Clinic for professional athletes. For the past four years, I was president of a professional lacrosse team. We partnered with the Massage Clinic to provide preventative care and therapeutic relief for our athletes. Their issues range from muscle strain to a build-up of tension due to play and frequent travel.
We had two goals; get otherwise good athletes into top shape to perform even better and/or get injured athletes back on their feet sooner. The professionals at TMC took extraordinary care of our team. We viewed TMC as a partner in our success. Give them a chance!

Got a great deal on a massage here from the heraldnet daily deals. Only 20$ for a hour massage, it was well worth it, not sure what their regular prices are, but I believe they take insurance. I had Kerri who did an excellent job, she provided lots of pressure and helped me work out some kinks. My boyfriend came at the same time and had a seperate massage person who he enjoyed as well. You can schedule a massage online which is nice, there is also plenty of parking and its pretty easy to find.

This place is clean, it smells great, it's quiet and the staff is all very nice. They are resonably priced and you will get so much more than you paid for here.
I have paid much more at one of the chains, received a so so massage and then been pressured to leave a grautity. I cannot reccomend this place enough!!! They aren't a spa but you will feel like a million dollars when you leave.
