Love the facials here. Got an hour long extracting facial. Skin was glowing afterwards. Very overdue.

Good experience. The best massage I've had in a while. The only reason in giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because my hair got a little messed up and I'm picky about that but I'll probably just wrap it next time or tell them to skip it. The couple's massage was very enjoyable and I would definitely go back. Price is reasonable.

I got a 90 minute couples massage with my boyfriend. It was a wonderful experience! I can't wait to go back! Reserving the massage was super easy, check-in was smooth. Each room was named after an element. We were in the fire room. Our technicians were professional. They let us know who would be working on which table and we got to pick which technician we wanted.

They asked us if we had any areas of concerned and worked on those for a longer period of time. The 90 minutes was a bit long for my preference, but a 60 minute would be perfect. It was a lovely relaxing experience. I can't wait to go back for another treatment!

A friend of mine gifted me a massage to Open Sky many years ago and I loved the ambiance and that it's not like all the chain places that aren't nearly as relaxing. We have returned for couples massages and always leave feeling great. Also every person I've met here has been awesome.

This is a great spa. I have been getting massages at this spa 1x/month for the past 3 years and the quality has been high and fairly consistent. It took a few visits to find a massage therapist I like, but it has been worth it. I drive 45+ minutes to go to this spa because the service is better than my local place. Massages - generally excellent. Booking - most efficient through email.

You can do it directly with reception, but sometimes there is quite a line and it's more time efficient to email or call usually Front desk - usually good. This is where they lose some points. Occasionally the reception desk will be poorly staffed. For example, once there was a receptionist who made comments out loud about how people were tipping (yikes).

But that has been the exception to the rule, it's usually pretty good. Customer service - generally excellent. If there's an issue, they try to make it right and genuinely seem to care. Definitely check it out!

Wow! What a great experience. We had the couple massage and they listened to what we both needed. We left feeling great. Definitely a go to place.

My friends and I came here recently for a lil ladies massage day. We all loved out massages, and I, particularly, was very happy to finally receive a true deep tissue massage with enough pressure. I will definitely be back to see Nicholas!

I was given the gift of a spa day by my children, and this is the place they chose for me to go. I couldn't have picked better! Everyone was super sweet! I had a full body massage, Swedish, I think, a foot scrub and a hydrafacial. Every part of it was exactly what I needed. I'm terrible with names, but the young woman who did my message and scrub was amazing!

She frequently made sure I was okay, and the pressure was what was needed. She gave me excellent feedback about problem areas. Again, I can't recall the woman's name who did my facial, but she was excellent. We really hit it off, and I was glowing by the end! It was interesting (and kind of gross) to see what se was able to remove from my face. My skin has never been SO soft! I can't wait to go back to give myself some much needed me time!

The staff was very nice and I love the ambience inside the spa. I felt very comfortable while getting a prenatal massage that I fell asleep a couple times lol

Such a Serene, relaxing environment. We had a 1:30 couples massage which was phenomenol. I had Briyania and she has good, deep pressure to help with tense muscles.

My husband and I got a couple's massage with Tori and Novien. They did a wonderful job! My first time getting ashiatsu and my husband got a deep tissue massage. Both Tori and Novien are excellent therapists and had us both so relaxed afterwards that neither one of us (my hubby or I) wanted to get up first to dress and leave. Thank you to both of you for being an unforgettable piece of our anniversary trip. We're already planning double dates and gift cards for people! And of course we'll be returning! Thank you.

I booked a deep tissue with Novein. He was friendly and easy-going. My experience was extremely relaxing. I immediately booked two more appointments. There wasn't any talking during my massage (which I prefer) and the quality of massage was amazing. Out of the handful of massages I've had and handful of places I've gone, I highly recommend going here and booking with Novein.

My husband and I came in today for a couple's massage and facial package. We both feel like new humans! The entire experience was beyond relaxing and the staff was incredibly nice. We will definitely be back!

Wow. I could not speak higher of this place! My wife and I went for a couple's massage and we will be coming back regularly. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The ambiance and music were soothing. And then there were the Massage Therapists. Ask for Nicholas and Bryania because they were unbelievable! Incredibly kind, comforting, and VERY good at what they do. Fantastic experience!

Thy basically just rub you down with lotion i would not call it a massage. And the music was not relaxing even the slightest. I wanted to pamper myself for my birthday and my boyfriend for his first massage i am very disappointed in the experience.

Open Sky is seriously the best! I have had multiple services over the past couple years including pre natal massages and a micro current facial. Each time I visit it's an amazing experience. The setting is so tranquil and serene without being pretentious and overwhelming. Every staff member I've encountered has been so friendly and warm, it truly is an oasis! Treat yourself!

I had massage here years ago, and it was strange. Firstly, the therapist used rubber gloves--prepandemic (11/29/17). And since this was one of my first massages, I didn't know that's not a thing. I also learned from a co-worker--who I saw in the waiting area on the way out--that she didn't use rubber gloves with her. So, you do the math. Also, I told her that the reason for my visit was my neck and shoulders.

She spent only 5 mins on that area. Another thing I remember about the massage is that she massaged my back with me lying face up. It's never happened again with any other massage. It was uncomfortable and in affective. Overall a waste of money. The receptionist was delightful though, and she made me tea during my wait--which accounts for the two stars.

Scheduled a couples facial, massage, and pedicure. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the experience. I talked a ton with my April who did my pedicure. She is so lovely and I love my pedicure. She even suggested my nail color and it's perfect. The massage was amazing. I wanted deep tissue and the lady that did my massage found every knot. I'm still sore today, in a good way.

She finished with a scalp massage which left me relaxed and happy. My facial was also great. My skin literally glowed after. The whole thing was a birthday present for my guy. A spa day was a new experience for him and he was a little nervous. Everyone was so professional it put him at ease. He really enjoyed his present. Can't wait to come back.

I've been here several times and this place never disappoints. I've never had the same masseuse at any of my visits and every visit has been 5 stars. Open Days always smells so good, the staff is pleasant, the building is very, very clean and nicely decorated. Thanks Open Day Spa for making every visit a great one.

I've gotten several deep tissue massages from his location since 2019. Finding a good massage place is HARD and instantly fell in love with this place and their service! Pre-covid, they offered herbal tea before your appointment. Now, they have scented candles and treats you can purchase. Pricey but worth it! I typically receive my massages by nicholas.

He is absolutely outstanding! He paid attention to my problem areas and really focused on relaxing me while relieving tension/stress. Things to consider: - This place is located near a Main Street. Therefore I Recommend booking an appointment during non-busy travel times (to minimize noise distractions during your massage). - No online booking at this time. For appts, call or email. - Some team members are personable and enjoy to get to know you. let them know if you don't want to talk during your massage.

Had one of the best massages ever here! Novein did an excellent job. All the staff were professional and helpful. This is the 2nd time I have been here and I will definitely be back again!

Last minute spa day - Molly was a gem for getting me in for 3 services in one shot for the win! Madison did an amazing job on my swedish massage and facial. Have a recovering ankle injury that she was very attentive to avoiding while still optimizing the rest of the massage. She was amazing. The facial was soothing and relaxing. Appreciate not having to change rooms and being on the massage table for another hour which added to my relaxation.

Appropriate covid protocol and appreciate the efforts to keep the relaxation of a spa experience with out the familiars like robes and slippers. good call cuz. covid Pedicure was good. Havent had a manual pedi in forever - appreciated not having an electric buffer further degrade nail enamel but when i got home and checked my heels for smoothness they were still a bit rough for the time I spent in the chair.

On the flip first time using "dazzle" nail polish which is quick dry and allegedly wears like gel without the damage. Will see how that holds up. Overall very kind thoughtful, professional and friendly staff that clearly enjoy their work. Would absolutely return. I though the price was incredibly reasonable. Star deducted for slightly dated restroom & no hooks for clothes in the massage room.

That may be a covid thing bc perhaps there is a locker room somewhere else that I didnt see but it was a bit annoying to pile my clothes on a bench and get dressed using same bench (seated dress bc of foot injury). im being petty, buuut I am leaving a review so offering all the deets.

I have been here before, but today I took my fiance for a couples massage. I have taken him to get massages before and he complained everytime that it wasn't good. This time he actually really enjoyed it and can't stop talking about how good Jen was and really hit spots that needed it. I had Ashley and she was awesome too. I definitely recommend this place and the two ladies. I have never had a bad massage all the times I've been here.

The lady was barely touching me during the spa, and her hands are shaking. She was a very old lady, and I even worried if SHE was ok, hope she wouldn't fall down or what. Doubt if she is qualified to massage others.

I always try to say something positive even if I'm leaving a poor review, so I'll start by saying the staff were very friendly. However. Next time I want a massage at this quality I will probably ask my boyfriend to do it. I had pretty high expectations for this place given they had almost five stars. I should have seen the first red flag when they didn't have the relaxation room that all other spas have.

I arrived very early for my appointment in hopes of winding down and getting relaxed for my massage. When I checked in, they suggested I wait in my car or go get something to eat while I'm waiting (who wants to eat before a massage?). I live close enough to where I went home and came back. For context, I have major knots in my back which is why I booked a deep tissue massage to begin with. Well, when I was brought back to the room (that happened to look like a dentist's office with a Persian rug), the first words that the masseuse said were, "I will never do a deep tissue massage.". she suggested I lay face up, and I told her I was actually there for my back (that didn't change her suggestion). I'm glad I paid to have my arms massaged to help with my back pain.

She didn't even touch my legs, I was tucked away in some bed sheets. Other things that bothered me were the music she played in the room.not relaxing and actually upbeat. She talked to me while she was massaging, specifically asking about work (the last thing I want to think about when trying to relax). I also wore my clothes for this massage. This whole situation was just plain awkward. I don't recommend it if you're looking for the true relaxing spa experience. I wont be returning.

For visit. Great experience. I called and was able to make a same day appointment and was a little concerned that I might get someone who didn't have many return clients or was just not that great. I was wrong! I had a fantastic deeply relaxing massage. I felt comfortable with their Covid practices and will be going back! Also.sometimes I feel that I get shorted a bit on the massage if it starts a little late (at other places). That was not the case! Very thorough and made a difference.

There's almost nothing better than a massage from Andrew. I honestly think if everyone could experience a massage with him the world would be a more tranquil and caring place. He squeezes stress and tension out of my body like I am a tube of toothpaste. His hands must have magic powers. You might think I'm being hyperbolic. I'm not. He's just that good. Treat yourself. Treat a friend. Do it. You won't be disappointed.

I had an extra busy work week and was feeling the need for a minute of self care. I get massages from time to time but almost never when on the road. I followed the great reviews and late night hours to make a late evening appointment at Open Sky Day Spa for a sixty minute massage. Upon finding the spa, I have to admit that I was thrown off by the exterior and lack of landscaping/curb appeal on the front side of the building. Luckily, once inside, the space has a more comforting vibe and sense of cleanliness.

The woman working the front desk and my therapist were both friendly and professional. The overall experience was positive and I'm grateful for the later hour offerings. My only suggestion would be to make the front entrance as warm and inviting as the interior of the building to better set the tone for the experience and what's being offered.

Madison gave me the most relaxing massage of my life and April always does an amazing job with shellac manicures and pedicures - tried out their new dazzle dry this time and it looks flawless! Also their in house Sky Lab products are the BEST - this whipped Shea is my new favorite thing. I always have a good experience here and can't wait to make another appointment!

How has this place been around for 10yrs and I am just NOW discovering it?! Nestled right on Goodale down the road from Lifetime Fitness, the small exterior is definitely deceiving as there are several spa rooms throughout the building.it was almost like a clown car as person after person came into the lobby after their massages and facials, etc. My bestie is getting married Saturday and though you arent suppose to do an actual facial so close to a wedding we decided to book a microcurrent facial session (something I had never heard of but wish I had when I got married!) It's a facial that rejuvenates and stimulates the skins natural collagen production (is how I understand it, I'm no expert though) and so it is as if you received a mini facelift without surgery and the results were noticable right after!

I would NEVER post non makeup pics because I always feel like I look old and tired but for the good of the Yelp community I am posting a side by side before and after. I had sent my hubby a non makeup pic earlier today (he knows I never leave the house without at least foundation and mascara) and then after my bestie's reaction when I came out of the spa room I decided to send him a post-microcurrent pic and he noticed the differences too. They do several types of facials and massage in addition to manicure and pedicures. I will definitely be booking other services soon! Also. Lisa is AMAZING!

Sara was amazing. She gave me the most amazing pedicure and manicure I have ever had. She paid so much attention to any little detail and made me feel so relaxed! Currently at the beach and after getting some waves my nails looks amazing still. Book with my girl Sara!

Have had such an excellent experience with this place the last couple weeks. My profession is very hard on my body and Michael has been a miracle cure! He has done an amazing job focusing on my problem areas and creates a very personalized massage experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Just had a fabulous morning at Open Sky Day Spa! It was a positive experience from the moment I walked in. I’m an RN and work really takes a toll on my back. Andrew did an absolutely fantastic job!! It felt like years of tension were being worked out. That was followed by a facial with Sarah. I have never had a facial before and it was one of the most relaxing experiences ever. My skin looks and feels phenomenal. Would recommend highly! Will definitely be back. Thanks so much, Andrew and Sarah!

I got a professional massage and facial for the first time today and I am so glad this was the place I went to. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calming and the prices were good. Bryan is amazing and really relieved all the tension that has been building up in my back. I will definitely be back.
