I ordered a hot towel cabinet which arrived damaged. I emailed support and asked to return it and receive a refund. I was told that they did not want to ship the damaged item back to them. After numerous emails and pictures of the damaged item sent they told me to ship the damaged item back to them and they sent me another one. That one arrived damage as well.
After more emails and pictures I was told to ship it back and have not heard from them since. I've sent 3 emails about my refund for this item that was $175.00. I do not recommend doing business with this company and I will not be ordering from them again.

About 18 months ago, I purchased 4 Comfort Soul Elite electric Medical beds from these guys. The purchasing process was easy and everything shipped in time. I also purchased some therapist chairs along with them. 2 weeks ago one of the 4 beds stopped working. I contacted Massage Tools trying to findout how to go about fixing it. My fear was that its warranty was for only 12 months and I had to pay an arm and a leg to have it fixed. Whitin a short few hours Christian from Massage Tool sent me an email that was the most professional I have seen in years.
I was expecting a run around but his email included a good news that my warranty was for 2 years and still valid, he supplied my original order number that I did not have (he must have researched it from my email address), he also provided the phone number for Comfort Soul people. I am extremely impressed by his and their commitment to serve their clients even if the last sale was 18 months ago. Well done and thank you. I HIGHLY recommend Massage Tools.

Don't order here. I ordered an electronic massage table, paid for inside delivery and my order was left outside. Multiple calls later, the actually delivery company tells me they don't make inside deliveries. Can't get anyone from management at on the phone. Customer service takes a message and tells me I'll receive an email regarding this matter in 1 to 2 business days.
I had to pay someone to get my large and heavy order inside my business. Everyone passes blame, no one offered to get the driver back, or any driver back, no call from I spent the evening fixing this problem and arguing via email with Christian Peacox in customer service.

Worst customer service ever. It literally took 48 days from the time I ordered and fully paid them to receiving my exam table. I heard excuses the whole way through. They said they took 2 weeks off for Xmas holidays before even making my exam table. Then they said weather delayed the shipping. Wow, I had no idea storms lasted a total of 2+ weeks? Never told me the shipping company they use wait until the shipment truck is full before making their deliveries. Horrible company and would never refer my peers to this company.
