Sandy is passionate about her family, hair, and decorating. She's the wife to Greg Erickson and Mother to Chase (22) and Brie (19), and a fur mom to her dog, Louie. Sandy has been in the hair industry for 30 years and has been on our team for 21 years! Outside of the salon she can be found at the lake, hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Scott Snyder is an actual angel and/or magician! Holy sh*t no one else can heal my ridiculously achey muscles the same way, I refer everyone I know to Scott- clients and friends. He is a muscle magician and you NEED to book! Also love this place for these hair stylists: Tricia Braaten, Meresa Schroeder, Carmen Maloney, and Annie Bergjord. The med spa is also great here!

I rent a private suite at Hair Success for my tattooing. Everyone I have met is welcoming and friendly. My clients love the calm, clean environment; as well as having The Grotto as an option for an after-tattoo meal! Hair Success really does offer you an all-in-one experience - from getting glammed up, to tattooed, to relaxing in the spa. I really enjoy it!

We were rushed through our spa day it wasn't very relaxing. **Update** I revised my review to 4 stars instead of 3 because of Jill. Upon seeing my review she reached out to me and discussed the issue I had during my spa visit, I never expected that. She went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. All my previous experiences here have been top notch here. Thank you Jill for taking care if everything!

I love this salon but i recently paid over 250 dollars to get platinum blond hair when my natural hair is light blond so i left super dissapointed because this is what i got. I even asked for a blond expert. They had worked there for 7 yrs so when u are a single mom and save months for this and leave with slightly blonder tips its enough to make u cry i got that done april 18th today is april27 less than 10 days.
So im super bummed i feel like i wasted my money. Although my first time i went i got hathaway and i got a balyage and the blond she got then was way better but when ur so upset going back to ask for help fixing it can be scary because what if they give u a story about this or that and u leave 2 Twice defeated. so i will have to deal and save up for next years hair appt.

UPDATE: I did not doze off and the areas I said were not worked on by McKayla were definitely not. The parts of my body that were worked on had oil on them, and my arms, hands, and feet did not. The receptionist said she would provide feedback to the masseuse, she did not say she would let a manager know. That being said, due to this review I did receive a call from the manager named Shannon today and was offerred a gift certificate for a 25 minute massage, which I think is very generous on her part.
I was not and am not looking for any discounts or free services, I just wanted to be heard and not dismissed by snooty receptionists. 20 plus years of being a loyal customer deserves at least some courtesy. I also don't think it's very nice to call me a liar - I've had dozens of massages at Hair Success over the years, and never had a complaint previously. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tonight I had an 80- minute "full body" hot stone massage, and the masseuse did not massage my feet, arms, or hands, even after I explained I spent the last week on daily, miles long hikes in Sedona and the Grand Canyon - we had agreed on full body massage with extra concentration on my neck and shoulders from strain of heavy backpack.
When the massage ended I went to the front desk and made them aware of my experience. All 3 girls at the front desk just stared at me like I was an alien, one finally replied she would provide my feedback to the masseuse. Yep, that's it. I've been a customer for over 20 years, and that's it, so I paid and gave the masseuse a 10% tip. This is the 2nd time in a row the masseuse took shortcuts, the other time with a different masseuse. I won't ever be going back.

I received services from Jennifer Hill tonight. She was amazing! She was sure to go over pricing with me before we started to make sure where I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. She executed the exact color I was wanting! I left the appointment being more than happy with my results! 10/10 Services: Haircut, Highlights

My nails were done incorrectly need I mention it was only a fill also the lady tried to convince me the reason my nails look like that was because of the acrylic but there is air bubbles left from my previous visit. I've had my nails done and filled before and this has never happened the lady beth said she would fix them but you can see the line where the nail Was filled I was super dissatisfied. And to boot I had to pay full price.
