Today was a great day my best friend and I got facials with Zena the warrior princess she was so nice and professional. Can't wait to go back and get another one.

My daughter got a haircut here recently and it's uneven. She is completely embarrassed and upset. We will never go back to this place. The haircut lasted less than 10 minutes and the lady sat down the whole time. Her name was Nancy. She had the guts to tell my daughter that she normally charges $70 for haircuts but told her she would only charge her $30 for this time. Do not go here.

This place is so nice! I received a couples massage and it was the best one we've ever received! Scarlett was the best! She's really good at what she does! I love the assortment of items for purchase and the assortment of services offered. I would reccomend heavily to anyone looking for these services!

If I could give no stars, I would. Legit the most disrespectful staff and "Manager" I've ever met. They got tons of bad reviews on Facebook so they started blocking people from their page since they couldn't delete the reviews. I've had an awful experience with them, as well as 2 of my friends that I know of. If you want to be treated nicely, stay away from this place.

Friendly employees, cozy atmosphere. I've had a massage and a mani/pedi there and will be a repeat customer. They offer various gift certificates for products and services. Their Saturday hours are a nice bonus for those who work during the week.

Love this place! I've been going here since I was a little girl along with my mom, aunts, and grandmothers. We love the staff, they are so warm and inviting. Best pedicure and manicure you can get in Owensboro. Would 100% recommend going here!

You completely destroyed my friend's hair and then charged her $150 and refused to make things right. As a stylist, if you aren't 100% confident you can do what a client is asking, THAT IS ON YOU to say that before destroying someone's hair. If you thought her hair wasn't in a condition that would allow you to do what she wanted, YOU should have communicated that.

Your dye job looked like something a drunk college student would do. Literally huge blotches of bleach. And the way you treated her afterwards is absolutely appalling. I will make sure no one I know comes back to you. All I have to do is show them the pictures of her hair.

I have been getting my nails done with Debbie Sosh ever since she's been at Allure Salon but a big big and going to Debbie in 2002 when she was at another location. Samantha Crisp does a wonderful job on styling and coloring my hair my hair also. Today Samantha was on vacation and Rita Woolen did my hair and did a wonderful job also. you can't go wrong with anyone at Allure Salon and Spa.

My wife has been getting her nails done here for a year and loves it. They are practically the only place in town where she can get gel nail fills done and done well.

I just had my nails done by Vicky and she did an excellent job, with very much attention to detail. My nails were in great need of rehab and she employed a number of different techniques to solve various different problems. She is also a lovely person to chat with - which is important when you are sitting there holding hands for nearly 2 hours! :

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. Bought my wife a gift certificate and the hard copy was lost. I called the "manager" she was completely and thoroughly rude and unhelpful. She said there was nothing they could do even though she had records written down of the purchase but refused to offer any solution other than "I'm sure you will find it."

Worst manicure ever. I could have done a better job if I had painted my nails myself. I got a gel manicure and she got the polish all over my cuticles. Of course a week later and the polish is lifting off because she did such a horrible job applying the gel polish.

I was given a body wrap with a ripped suit and a heated blanket that didn't work. I never broke a sweat, but instead was wet and cold after the wrappings lost their heat. I was left for an hour and was never checked on during that time. When I expressed my unhappiness, I was told since (according to her tightly gathered measuring tape) I lost a quarter inch here and there, then the service was provided in full. It was a miserable hour and waste of money. Very unprofessional!
