If you fail to notify use in 24 hours, or do not show up on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) that was reserved for you. If you have a gift certificate, it will be deducted from the amount on your gift certificate. We appreciate your understanding.

I wrote down my appointment incorrectly and explained to them how I drove an hour. They advised me my appointment was in two weeks, and I was certain I was correct. I was totally wrong, yet the manager was extremely loving in her reaction to me. She even squeezed me in, when she could have easily turned me away. Excellent customer service. As for my microdermabrasion, it was excellent.
I saw Carol, who was so sweet. The first time I came here, I saw Stephanie and she was also super sweet. I would go as far as to assume that everyone here is kind and excellent at what they do. I will continue to come here, even though I don't feel deserving. Just great people with big hearts who are understanding and empathetic.
