Wanda has been my beautician for years! She has one of kindest hearts and takes great care when it comes to doing your hair! She will be honest with you when you try to choose a style that won't look good on you as well lol! The price may seem high to most but it's worth it for that value she gives you. My favorite is the scalp massage lol!

Have been getting my brows and other waxing done here for many years. Very professional and flexible with reasonable prices and a stamp card!

Urban Bliss is a very relaxing and comfortable place to patronize. I only come here for good haircuts, however the rest of the services look top notch to me.

Wanda has been doing my hair sense the 6th grade, and I'm almost 20 now. My whole family goes and sees her! She has fixed my hair from teenage blunders and horrible box dye experiments from my youth. She always know how to make my hair look super cute, and I get tons of compliments. Walking out of this Salon I always know I look amazing. Won't trust my hair to anyone else!

Luckily the owner has a few friends to come on here and give some good reviews, albeit rude in and of themselves. I, unfortunately, was met with the same rude woman others had experienced. I guess not much has changed in 5 years. The overpriced services and poor customer relations will not benefit this place in the long run, so I'll take my money elsewhere for great services at half the price.

You would be wise to do the same. You can see what you'll be getting with the response from the business owner below. Common sense: If you don't want to check your business email, maybe don't offer it as an option for people to contact you. There was more than an hour between when I emailed and when the appointment was supposed to be, though I had not ever confirmed it.

I had follow up questions before saying I would be there, so that should have been enough to indicate the appointment was not confirmed. Despite emailing multiple times, this was the outcome and it's unfortunate. The way this was handled was very unprofessional and lacked any compassion for others.

Not sure why all these other people were unhappy at this salon. I've been going there for several years and the prices reflect the years of experience that Wanda has. I've NEVER known her NOT to work with her clients in whatever they wanted or to be rude in ANY way regarding someone's preference to their hair. However, if your hair simply CANT do what you want or isn't in good enough shape for what you are asking for, she will tell you that.

If that's considered rude, then so be it. Sometimes in working with the public people assume they can have, WHATEVER picture they bring in, done to their hair, and that's not always the case. If you have a complaint, and you tell her, she will work with you to get your hair how you want it and she bends over backwards for her clients because she WANTS you to be satisfied and happy with your hair! She cares!

Went in for my eyebrows and lip last minute. I was able to get an appointment same day. On top of that she looked at a spot on my neck that I have been having trouble with and gave me the name of a dermatologist in town that I could go see. Wanda (I hope that's right, I am bad at names) was very personable and did my waxing in no time at all and I only found 1 stay hair. The prices are VERY reasonable and the location is very nice on the inside. I will be back.
