Atlantis Day Spa

In a word."perfection!" Wonderful staff and a beautiful facility. My only disappointment is that I had to leave.

I have been meaning to write this for months! This is by far the best spa experience anywhere in Delta. The space is so gentle and peaceful and it always smells so fresh. The steam before your treatment is such a thoughtful addition, it is the best. Anja has the hands of an angel for real, her massage and facial are just so soothing. Softest hands I've ever seen and she's such a kind lady. Everyone here is great and I love their product, all of their recommendations has been so helpful. Can't say enough good things, definitely recommend it.

Every time I have been here I am impressed by the service. Friendly and welcoming staff inside a beautiful spa. The services I have received have all been excellent. Their covid measures are taken very carefully, which makes for a safe environment during pandemic times. The design of the facility is gorgeous. I am a long time member and am always satisfied with the service at this spa. In particular, Ania, the massage therapist, is excellent. She can always find my "sore spots" and work on them until they pretty much disappear! In addition, the ambience of the spa is sensational and the steam room is a unique experience not duplicated anywhere else in our area. Thank you Ania and the Atlantis team!

I've had multiple massages at Atlantis over the years and they where decent but today I went for a chemical peel to help with acne scarring and it was awesome. Started with a steam which was amazing then headed to the treatment room for the peel. The facial bed and whole spa is so nice and welcoming. I was nervous going into the peel but Jenn did a great job.

The whole experience was actually very relaxing and was just like a lovely luxurious spa facial. I've been using GM Collin products from Atlantis for a bit now and they have made a big difference for my skin. Jenn knows skin and has been very helpful in helping control my unpredictable acne prone teen skin.

I received the absolute best massage from Navjot today! She's extremely friendly and knows exactly what she is doing! I can't wait for my next one! :

Amazing location and interior design. So much is cramped up in such a small space and it doesn't feel tight and claustrophobic. Good bunch of people.

Coming to Atlantis Spa and getting lost in its amazing ambiance was exactly what I was looking for. * Wide array of services! Clean! Superb Decor!

Update - was an error on the massage therapists side and they offered me the difference in price between the two massage times or an extra 30mins to a future massage which I took the latter. The experience was lovely again, although the massage was so hard (pressure wise) that I had bruises all over my back and actually had to ice my back. I should have spoken up more to say the pressure was too much as it hurt at times but I have a hard time speaking up for myself. Besides that it was a lovely experience.

Update on my last review back in 2014, I went back to Atlantis at their new location. I probably will not be back. They no longer have a quiet room for you to go in before your treatment, so you have to sit back up near the front desk where you can hear everyone talking and coming in and out of the door. Not very relaxing at all! The steam room is rather big, but since it's so big it doesn't warm up quickly. The service itself was good. I got the 60min massage and a facial

I called to book a session for me and my daughter and the person who answered the phone told me they would have to call me back as they were busy at the moment. She took my number, but I never got a call back. I guess they're not worried about losing or creating business. Terrible customer service!

Atlantis is my favourite spa and from the moment I walk in, I am treated like a very special friend. I trust Colt 100% to take extra good care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not only that, he deeply cares and is the only person to ever explain things to me in a way that made sense, and got me to actually take good care of my skin. In a short amount of time, following his recommendations and skin care regime, my skin looks amazing. I can't say enough about Colt, and the staff at Atlantis!

I booked an Atlantis signature massage for my mother and myself and from start to finish the care and quality of services was impeccable. I have received treatments from various spas in Vancouver (Chi, Spa Utopia, Absolute Spa) and Atlantis is definitely among the high-end quality spas that you would expect from Vancouver. I will gladly return to this location for my relaxation and revival needs!

It was my first visit and I wish they had explained me better about a package a got as a bday gift. Facial was amazing. Massage was ok. Spent $ more than expected.

Nice place and good selection of services, but two negative experiences cost this place two stars each in my book. First was a massage, which was good but the technician told me to put my necklace in the pocket of my robe and I forgot it when I left. I called soon after and they refused to even look for it in the laundry. It was a chain I'd had for years, given to me by my grandparents and it had huge sentimental value; I felt so bereft that I cried on the phone when they refused to even look, and their hardened hearts were still not moved.

I eventually returned for a pedicure with a gift certificate, and the technician refused to remove a lot if the calluses on my feet, stating that if she removed more it would bleed. B*llsh**. I've had tons of pedicures in my life and that was simply not true. I did not even tip - only spa service I've ever not tipped, in 4 countries. Check out Aquae Sulis up the road instead - the difference is like night and day!
