If I could give this place zero stars I would. The Brandon office needs to be shut down for negligence. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold and then hung-up on. The second time the woman on the phone did not seem like she wanted to assist me. She also tried to charge me a $200 dollar co-pay for a physical exam when I had given my insurance information.

While I was there for my appointment, everything was rushed and the customer service was poor. They expected me to know where I was supposed to go even though I was a new patient. The Dr. that I saw was not professional in how she spoke. She did not properly tell me what she was going to do before she did it. She tried to prescribe me two different medications and a physical therapist without doing a lab test.

She looked into my ears and nostrils with the device, but it did not have any protective covering. She informed me that I have allergies, but then rudely said I needed to get nasal saline. The funny thing is, I was fine until I stepped into that office so that means that their office is not cleaned properly for me to have a reaction. She did not thoroughly complete my physical exam.

She also ran her fingernails across my legs and asked if I felt anything. She then told me to go into the restroom to pee because they needed a urine sample and I was not given any materials. After trying to figure out where the restroom was, I walked in to cups and markers with 2 small stalls and there was 3 of us in there. There was not any appropriate labeling to ensure the waste did not get mixed with someone else's.

My results were not explained or even given to me. I was told to call and not leave a voicemail because they would not listen to it because people leave voicemails that they do not want to hear. I then was told that they will call to give me my results over the phone wither they were good or bad. I then stood at the counter to checkout and the woman just ignored me and then asked if I needed anything.

The other female employees were staring at me in a rude way and when one person tried speaking to me another person would interject to give me more information. After I left, not even 10 minutes later the office called me twice. I am guessing they were going to give me my results, however, I decided not to answer. I will not being going here again and I plan on seeing if I can get a physical exam elsewhere.

Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else. *Also while getting my blood drawn, the assistant tied a rubber band around my arm very tight and left it for 3-5 minutes and afterwards she wrapped my arm very tightly. I am now experiencing a lot of throbbing pulses going through my arm after this happened hours ago. My hand also feels cold. If I am still experiencing this pain or if I have damage I will be coming back with a lawyer.

I have been with Dr. J. Sandhu for years. Stable, gone from low 190's to 168-low 170's. From diagnostician, to nutritionist, and more, he wears a lot of different hats brilliantly. Kudos Dr. J!

I'm currently suffering from Cushing's syndrome. Have progressively felt worse, knowing that something has been wrong for over 2 years now. I went in after my diagnosis and the amount of time taken to listen and to explain what's next for me, seemed no concern to either of us. When I left I had a better understanding of what is going on and what I need to do!

Dr. Ravneet Sandhu and Brandon Riverview medical association and Staff are the absolute best doctors and staff that you find in my opinion. I have been with Brandon Riverview medical association for the past 10 years now. Dr. Ravneet Sandhu Is in my opinion one of the most skilled and honorable doctors that I have ever met. She pays close attention to the things that are going on with me as far as my medical needs and in my personal life to make sure that all of my needs are being met.

I suffer from PTSD and along with that I am also bipolar. Recently I had a bilateral knee replacements. That have not gone very well. It's been just over a year now and I'm still having a great deal of pain and suffering and problems walking, swelling and other issues with both of my legs. Dr. Ravneet is always there for me to lend an ear and be there for me whenever I need.

I really appreciate everything she and her staff does for me. she's always there for me, and she is such a wonderful person, woman and doctor. Focused on the needs of her patients. In the ways that she can help Is the maintain a better life through medicine and healthy living. She always goes above and beyond. Thank you Dr. Revneet and your entire staff at Brandon Riverview medical association for everything you do.

The staff was so nice and efficient. Dr. Sandhu always spends quality time and doesn't mind explaining things. I will stay with her office as long as I can.

Dr. Jagdeep Sandhu is an an excellent physician. He is very professional, competent, intelligent and courteous. He takes the time to answer my questions without staring at his watch, as so many doctors do. He is the best, and I couldn't be more pleased to be a patient of his.

The doctor was very detailed. We discussed various vaccines. We touched upon the topic of my continued falls. The doctor recommended exercise and continue to watch my eating habits. We also discussed the use of CBD Oil to relieve joint and muscle pain. He advised to get an eye exam as soon as possible. The staff was very experienced and courteous.

Dr (Mrs) Sandhu is one of the best doctors I have ever experienced. She is brilliant, professional & most importantly listens to me, my questions & my concerns. She takes her work very seriously & gives well informed answers to any question I might have. She is very comfortable to work with. I am glad to have found her!

Dr. Sandhu is a caring, patient physician who listens carefully and never rushes his visits. My mother and I both feel comfortable and valued by both Dr. and all office staff.

Have been seeing doctor Sandu for around 20 years now. Office is very professional very caring and extremely clean. Doctor sandu is very understanding listens to any issues that you may want to Discuss with him does not try to rush you out.

I have been seeing Dr sandhue about six years and I am very happy with him I see him every four months he stays on top of my medical care. Everyone I talk to either knows someone who goes to him or they do I hope I will be with him many more years he is a very kind and compassionate Dr.

Dr was very thorough and knowledgeable. However the front office staff were very confused and would not arrange for a very much needed referral to specialist. They refused to talk to my Humana representative. Thinking of filing grievance to recieve referral!.
