A flock of eagles was pecking seed on a farmer's land. Since the farmer threw them food every day, they stayed on the farm day after day, month after month. A wise old eagle flew by and saw his friends.

Good gym. Good prices. 170 for the year. they allow cash only as well. no id required. a lot of weights. a lot of variety in machines.

The machines are usually well-maintained and modern. The premises are very clean and the decor is also modern. The big windows allow a spectacular view of the 7 train which is ~30 feet away and that looks really nice, even if you're a longtime New Yorker. The staff are really friendly and are willing to help you at all times. The only thing it's missing is the free trainer services, like drawing up a workout schedule for you.

Last gym I had a membership in for the same price had one and a room for boxing bags. This place has a nice room for stretching, but no boxing bags which is sad, because they could put one if they wanted.

The gym can be really crowded at busy hours. But, this gym has all the necessary equipment for a proper workout.

This gym is really small and oddly shaped. It's always dirty and crowded.

Packed, hot, smelly, missing or damaged pegs for the weight training machines. There's a sign up list to use the treadmills and elliptical machines that they don't tell you about. My cousin and I finally found two treadmills next to eachother and got on it to do a 10 min jog. With in 4 min a man comes up to my cousin and said that the treadmill was his and for my cousin to get off.

There was three other treadmills open at this time so we didn't understand why this man was about to fight him for this one machine. The man went on a different machine after talking to the staff in the front desk. Soon after a woman came up to the lady on the treadmill next to me and asked her to get off her machine. I was so confused and so was the lady who was getting kicked off.

I over head the woman tell the lady who was on the treadmill that she signed for the machine so its hers. On my way out I asked the front desk if we needed to sign up to use the machines, the staff pointed at a few clip boards and said that's where you sign up. For being a member of three months, I had never heard of this and said to the staff that I really wish someone had told me about this when I was first signing up.

I didn't mean it in any disrespect I just felt it would be nice to know and avoid getting into arguments with random people. The man replied with "its on the back of your contract, if you read it you would of saw". His was not friendly about it. If it wasn't because i already paid for the year, I would of ask to cancel my membership then and there!

I tried to cancel my membership and the manager ducked me for two and a half months. Really! No joke. I called everyday and was repeatedly lied to. I feel scammed. If you can get over breathing in the chemical scent of ammonia It's not bad, assuming that you have time to sign up an hour in advance for their equipment. Some of the workers are nice, but certainly not the majority. DO NOT GO HERE!
