Jessica is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. Every time I visit her I'm always certain that she always give me the color and style that I will absolutely love when she is finished. She also takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind, warm and never rude. I feel very comfortable sending others to her as I know how professional she is. In fact she also colors and styles my own teenagers hair. We absolutely love her and her work.

I struggled to find a stylist since coming to Texas and was blessed to have had Jessica recommended to me! She understood exactly what I wanted and brought my hair back to life! She did amazing with my color. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends!

This salon is so clean and refreshing to walk into. Jessica is my stylist there and I absolutely love her! She's super personable and easy to get along with. I always trust her judgment with my hair and she's never swayed me wrong. I always walk out feeling confident and immediately wanting to take pictures lol (I'm not a selfie person)

Jessica has done mine and my daughter's hair several times and it always turns out amazing! She's never disappointed us. Always professional and gives us exactly what we want! Thanks for taking care of us Jessica!

If you are looking to get your hair done Jessica is your girl. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and she is always trying to grow and perfect her craft. I absolutely love going to her.

I would just say, buyer beware. I was bought a package for 4.5 hours of services. I had been before and loved it. This time it was completely opposite. I checked in at 1245 for a 1 start time sat in a room tell past 1 then was taken to get dressed and get started for a sugar scrub then on to a hot stone and for both which should have been two hours I was done in 1 I was then supposed to get an hour facial plus an additional service nope they combined and rushed them.

Then I was supposed to get lunch that now they don't provide so I got some stale crackers and the drink I was supposed to get never showed up. I was just sitting there rushed and annoyed. I tried to reach out to them and express my frustration and they just chocked it up to how things are now and sorry it was different and more rushed but they didn't see an issue with it.

I would recommend spending your time somewhere who values it and makes sure they do what you purchase and honor it. Not a customer fault you changed your package you stilll need to honor what you sold. Very unprofessional.

I feel very disappointed on a company that decides to charge customer a fee for confirmation of appointments. As I understand confirming to an appointment means to reply "Yes"to a text or email and if you don't reply is still an answer NO! I will not make it in. Either way, you lost a customer and many more that I was going to refer to you. Therefore, good luck on you business bad policies that essentially will not let you succeed. Feel bad for some of the employees because they were great!

My sister & I booked an All Day Spa package over the phone, having never been here before. We were told that they were changing food vendors so could not accommodate lunch but was offered an alternate "snack" which we never got because they said we didn't call and order the day before. We weren't informed that we needed to do that. We were also never informed that the package rate depended on the skill level of the masseuse or aesthetician and we were very surprised when checking out.

We were offered something to drink one time at our arrival and unnecessarily told that we could not have wine until after the massage. The services were good but the whole experience lacked professionalism and quality that you would expect.

Today I had an appointment for reflexology that my daughter booked me for Christmas. What a fabulous experience! I enjoyed it so much that I booked a massage prior to leaving. I hope to enjoy a spa day with my daughters as soon as our work schedules align!

The zen like ambience in the waiting room let me wind down until I was met by Tina my technician. Tina introduced me to Botox clearly explaining each step of the process.
