For nearly a decade Saniye was a consultant to a world-renowned plastic surgeon, while she provided pre and post operative skin care to patients with facial surgery. She then worked with a dermatologist and her specialty was medical facials for dermatological problems. After 10 years of working with these medical specialists, Saniye began to realize that the holistic approach can eliminate the need for surgery and have a life-long positive benefit.Her research into alternative methods lead Saniye to work and study with the founders of the world-famous and respected Jurlique brand-Dr.

Our mission is to nourish your body, mind and soul and to teach you how to create such healing at home. The healing philosophy of Sanivan includes a focus on cleansing through organic, nutritionally balanced meals, juice fasting and nurturing treatments such as the signature Sanivan Holistic Facial & Massage, among other therapies.
Sanivan is located in the Catskill region of New York, only 2 hours from New York City, in a residential area of a small town called Hurleyville, NY. The area offers mountains, forests, rivers and lakes, all very conducive for spiritual renewal. I had an inspirational weekend retreat at Sanivan for my 3 day juice fast. The superb juices and revitalizing treatments (I would drive 2 hours just for the Raindrop and massage treatment) were just what I needed to detox, rejuvenate and restart my healthy eating habits. Aside from the exercise equipment available, there are beautiful trails just 5 minutes walk from Sanivan.

I visited Sanivan in 2017. It was one of the most transformative times of my life. Saniye and Ivan were the perfect hosts to accommodate my needs. The grounds and house are lovely. There skill and knowledge of the healing arts is extensive. Saniye gave me hourly personal care and attention and Ivans massages are heavenly. Saniye makes lovely organic juices.
They facilitated a much needed time of healing in my life that was really out of this world and beyond anything that I was hoping for. I would recommend anyone to stay with them as long as is possible.

My daughter & I spent the day with Saniye in her country retreat. My daughter had a facial & massage, which was heavenly. I had my first shiatsu treatment, which was like yoga, only someone does it for you--awesome! Saniye made us a fantastic lunch with the freshest, most delicious ingredients. She is a wonderful cook & a skilled masseuse/aesthetician. We left feeling rejuvenated & can't wait to come back.

Phenomenal place to relax with yoga and meditation, get a great massage all over your body, heal yourself with the raindrop technique, reflexology, and aromatherapy with therapeutic grade essential oils, facial and various skin care treatments, have a great shiatsu given by professionals, swim in a salt pool between your sessions, and in addition to all of that. having awesome raw and vegan food, fresh juices and desserts, custom home made by the lovely owners.
It is a great get away weekend from NY Metro area, lovely romantic gift, wonderful place for cleansing and relaxation, ideal place to stay few days on a better diet/juice fast/detox plan and forget from everyday troubles and stress. Although the spa is actually located inside a private large house, it does offer few luxury bedrooms with private bath to stay, great privacy, sunny and spacious back yard, and easy access from NY/NJ.
Day visitors can also enjoy a lot from this unique spa, having a day full with great treatments for your body and soul. You can't find many places like that, which give you the feeling of "home-spa" rather than the routine commercial places, so enjoy its unique advantages and go clear your mind. Highly recommended.
