Back In Balance Therapeutic Massage

Sheri is very familiar with treating all of my issues related to my scoliosis. She is very respectful and limits the chit chat so that i can get a full 60 min of uninterrupted relaxation. A++.

I have been going to Back in Balance Therapeutic Massage for over 20 years. The staff is always kind, professional and knowledgeable.

A few years ago I fell and broke my ankle. It turned out to be an evulsion fracture. I went to PT and ortho and found my ankle was never quite right despite efforts to regain strength. I was in constant pain and the fear of falling again was real. I knew I need to take a different approach, so I decided to try therapeutic massage. Jen Hathaway (also the owner) treated me with care and compassion and assured me she could help.

Her "magic hands" are filled with skill and strength. She knew just what to do. As a result, my pain is lessened and my strength is returning. I'm back to working out again and feel more confident in my strength and walking. This therapy has been life changing for me and I'm grateful for Jen and her talents. An added bonus to this establishment is the "greeter", a golden retriever named Murphy!

I can't say enough good things about Back in Balance. I first went to them a few months ago for help after I threw my back out and even just one massage brought back a lot of my lost range of motion. I was back to normal after a follow up appointment and have been going back every couple of weeks since for preventative maintenance. I've seen three different massage therapists and they are all extremely talented and professional. They're all great about making sure to target the right areas at the right pressure. So glad I found this place!

Went here for a gift certificate. Waited patiently in the parking lot while I called on the phone. The owner pulled in and was beeping at me. She got out and started yelling at me saying I needed to pull forward that technically you are suppose to back in to the parking lot. Meanwhile two other cars are there and not backed in. She continued to spew off at me while I'm sitting there in shock of how rude she is treating someone who is there to purchase a gift card. Anyways I left and will not ever purchase a gift certificate or ever recommend this place to anyone.

What a way to start a nice day off. The door has a big sign that says respect and this woman had none. I didn't get her name but she has very short blonde hair and said she was the owner.

As a massage therapist with a chronic condition that is past being surgical I can't say enough good things about Jen's work on my shoulder. My shoulder could be a career altering condition. Today was my first session with Jen and I actually feel like I can live with it and continue my path. I left feeling like a million bucks and had so much more range of motion. Thank You Jen Hathaway. Went for my first visit here today and was treated by Sherri. She was fantastic! Appointment was on time, communication and correspondence was easy. I had strained my back and was anxious to get in for an appointment. She asked questions before she started and was so kind. Her work felt so therapeutic and she was so knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jen is amazing! She is very thorough and knowledgeable! The office is clean, inviting and comfortable! This is an awesome place for massage and was excited to know that they offer Normatec which makes my tired nurse legs feel great!
