Cameron Wellness Center is a top notch facility. As a member, I love that there is not only an awesome weight/cardio area for exercising, but the indoor track, basketball court, and lap pool are what make this place really stand out from other fitness centers. The pool area also has a communal hot tub, and sauna. The ladies locker room has a steam room, with showers.

As someone who enjoys group exercise classes it is great to have an option to sign up for free classes as well (cycling, yoga, etc.) Spa Harmony is fantastic, and my 80 minute facial was the best that I had ever had. To top it off, CWC is taking so many extra steps during COVID. The fitness center is spotless, and the employees are constantly cleaning and have their masks on.

I have been a member on and off at this fitness center for around 6 years or so and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The prices are higher than surrounding fitness centers, but you get so much more for your money by joining here.

I'm a new member and love the lap pool, saunas, and gym. However, I signed up for a 80 minute facial at Spa Harmony and it was not 80 minutes. I was shorted 8 minutes. Yes, I looked at my clock at the beginning and when she finished because I've had this happen before at Massage Envy and just wanted to take notice. If I'm paying for a timed service, I want my time! Also, when checking in the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay up front before the massage and also asked if I wanted to give the tip.

I did pay, but said I would give the tip after. So the facial was $110 and the girl was standing there looking at me as of waiting for a tip so I tipped her $6. And I wanted to say right then about the time, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Because I'm that kind of person. This type of business practice just irkes me. So I'll stick to the pool and the gym section and go somewhere else for my facials.

I love going to this center. I recently moved to the area and joined this center in March. I wanted to exercise using a pool and this works great for me. The exercise area is very clean and I like the layout. I have never experienced a negative attitude at the front desk, but hopefully the bad reviews were acknowledged. Attitude can make or break a business especially with social media. The spa is a great plus. I bought a massage package and the experience is wonderful. Overall I am very satisfied with my decision to join.

Yes This gym is expensive. I pay $80 plus $50 for 15 visit punch card so my kids can go to daycare here. Cranky front desk? I haven't encountered that, and I've really only encountered one cranky lady who works in the childcare and probably should NOT. I believe she's the head of the childcare and perhaps she was having a bad day? but i walked in just in time to hear a screaming infant and she angrily muttered "that baby is so annoying i wish it would shut up" she walked right by the baby. broke my heart.

I noticed the cleaning lady came in and instantly picked the baby up to try and calm the babybthay wasn't even hers. i think it's time for charge lady to consider getting out of childcare? But i will say that the other older ladies in there are really great. Cleanliness? Hmmm. Well i will say that's my biggest issue. There. Are. massive. Dust. Bunnies. Everywhere!

Along the ledges, the red fire alarms on wall, along bottoms of equipment. It's rough for someone like me with bad dust allergy. But the locker rooms are seemingly ok. Equipment? Some of the equipment needs oiled its true because it sticks a lot especially the arm exercise machines. And yes some seats are hard to adjust. But i don't find the machines to be old just neglected? Elderly? Yea it's a rehab.

So you'll have that but honestly that's what i love about it here because there's a good kid of all ages. Kids stuff? They offer a day camp and events for kids which is nice. They have adult night out and exercise classes for kids plus karate, swim classes etc. The only issue i have is that although they state it's a bully free environment for the kids, sadly we have found that to be untrue.

At day camp there have been incidents of kids throwing rocks, hitting, fighting, yelling, being disrespectful to the instructors with little to nothing being done about it. Sad because it's a great program but they need to enforce a two times you're out program or they will continue to have parents pull their kid out like we did. Swimming lessons are amazing for my kid.

We love love love AMY. she's the most patient person I've ever seen. Some of the other instructors i might shy away from. I trust any implicitly with my kid though because she doesn't force the kids to do anything they aren't comfortable with which is important. I love they have a dry sauna and pool. Great additions. Funny that you can't use your phone though stating hippa law doesn't permit it but this isn't a medical facility lol so.

The gym, aquatics area, and women's locker room are clean and well maintained. The therapy pool is wonderful for post-workout stretching. The fitness staff is knowledgable. A special "shout out" to my swimming instructor, with whom I regularly train and who I have observed expertly teaching many children to swim. It's a great place to swim and to take your children to learn to swim.

I had an amazing massage by Sarah today. She might be new to Spa Harmony, but she's not new to massage. She found knots in my back and neck that I didn't know I had. Felling much better now. I'll be back!

I read the other reviews and thought it might make sense to cover the facility and services instead of some obscure isolated incident. The facility is huge and well kept. There are machines of every type and they bring new ones in regularly. The gym has about 2 dozen treadmills, a dozen elliptical machines and bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, a wall climbing machine and about a dozen other specialized cardio machines of various types.

There is a large free weights area. There are two complete sets of weight machines, about 40 in all. There is also a rig area and a pushing sled for specialized workouts, fixed and portable Mats for stretching or workouts, there are medicine and thumper balls, bands and kettle bells available any time. Upstairs in the main area there is a 1/12 mile track and another workout area with more weights and machines That covers most of the main gym.

Off of the main gym, there is a spin room with about 25 bikes, and a studio type room for cardio workouts. They also have a zen-like yoga room, and a Pilates room with both open floor space and machines. Then there is the wet area. There is a full sized pool for lap swimming, a warm pool for water cardio and instruction and a large jacuzzi. Floats and fins are available.

There is a large steam room in each shower area. Towels are provided for pool and showers and smaller towels are available in the gym. Wipe dispensers are everywhere so you can wipe down equipment after you use it. The facility is always clean. 90% of all spin, cardio, yoga and Pilates classes are free to members. They have regular contests and competitions to challenge members to stay healthy and active.

Regarding the staff, I know many of the trainers and the ones I know are excellent. There are nutritionists on staff and available by appointment. There are.floor assistants that can tell you how equipment works, and the front desk staff is attentive and pleasant. That's about it for the gym, but there is also a spa and an orthopedic facility on-site as well as soon retail clothing and food available by the front desk.

The old adage you get what you pay for is correct. You pay a little more here, but what you get is a full-service facility that is fully equipped and fully staffed to help make sure you get and stay fit. Those cheap 24-hour store fronts are fine if your commitment is a New Years resolution and a month of treadmill before quitting. This place is a much more than just a gym. Try it out and see if it fits! Highly recommended.

I was scheduled for a 50 minute bamboo massage today. When I went I mentioned I wanted a 80 minute but it wasn't available when I scheduled. Heather said give me a minute. Guess what I had a 80 minute massage . You rock

I had my first facial a while back with Brandy and it was amazing! I have extremely sensitive skin and was worried about having a reaction to the products. My skin felt like it was suppose to. Soft and. flawless! I also love the Farm Fresh product line. It's everything I look for in a product at a great price. If you have checked out Spa Harmony, you're really missing out!

Firstly, there is some incredibly sweet staff members. On another note the older women at the front desk are extremely disrespectful, and ignorant towards there members. I bought a protein shake and one of the older women said to me "where did you get this $50 bill." and I said work? And she said "well we'll have to scan it for Freud because it doesn't look real and if it's fake I'm calling the police and you're going to have to wait" I said I don't have time to wait and she made me write my number and name down so that she could tell me if it was real or not.

And it ended up being a real $50 bill. She also completely wasted my time. Another day I called and said that I had a free gym pass but my mother threw it out, and I asked if it would be possible give me another free gym pass. She told me that she could never give me a free pass and said it in the most disgusting tone. And I asked if I could speak to a manager and she hung up the phone.

After my mother and I have been going to this gym for over 10 years we should deserve more respect, also! The gym equipment is older and it's difficult to push the seats into your height without struggling. And if you go during the daytime it feels like you're in a nursing home because there is so many older people. Anyways. 3 stars out of 10. will be changing gyms soon.

All parents who want to send their child for swimming lessons BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. Made my life hell for months literally. My child gets hives on and of from an autoimmune problem since his birth. We fight his condition every day. We signed him up for private swimming lessons in the wellness center and on his second lesson he had a hive on his stomach. Swimming instructor never questioned me or our babysitter, that was also present, what was on his stomach.

We were available to talk to her through the whole lesson. We never left. She chose not to ask anything. One week later I'm finding out that CYS came to talk to my children at school. Claiming that my son had a "bruise" on his stomach. The wellness center swimming instructor wrote a disgraceful report to child protection services. I have one special needs son with an army of involved special service professionals in my house every week for the past nine years.

They all were infuriated about this and in total disbelief of what was happening. How can a swimming instructor have an ability to report but doesn't have an ability to discriminate between hive and a bruise. So everyone, please send your child elsewhere. Here you will get so-so swimming lessons and will be reported to CYS for every freckle or a birth mark, or anything else that instructor's imagination will allow.

There are people that absolutely need to be reported, but not that many of them to take their time and money to sign up their children for private swimming lessons. Never again. Look somewhere else This situation caused months of frustration for a family and everyone around us. When instructor could just ask me.

My husband and I have been members of this gym for 7 years. We are consistently disappointed by the way the desk and office staff treats the members, but continue to go there because we love the gym itself. It's a shame bc we really enjoy treating our friends to a day at the gym with us, but have had to stop bringing people there bc staff is rude.

It starts the experience on a very bad note--just embarrassing. And we pay $15/day per person for each guest- on top of paying $118/month for our own membership! The fitness staff is great, dietitians and housekeeping staff are great. It's just the rest of the staff that acts like we should be thankful that they grace us with their presence! Sad.
