Reflexology is performed to improve internal organ function. The simple theory of reflexology is based on enhancing energy flow through all parts of the body by using a specific form of pressurized touch on the feet. The intention is to activate the flow of energy through more than 7,000 nerve endings on the sole of the foot, through various pressing, pulsing, holding and kneading actions.
We use Reiki as a natural healing technique. Your practitioner channels energy through their hands and in a particular pattern. It is entirely gentle and stimulates the body's own innate ability to heal the root of the problem, promoting holistic balancing of the body, mind and spirit. Clients remain fully clothed laying comfortably on a massage table.

I have more aches and pains from playing golf than I care to mention, along with a bad back and pain down into my legs. Yes I know stop playing golf, or a better solution go to Judith. Between working out the weekly pains of golf, she also has my back feeling better. First time in a while I can go for a long walk with no back and leg pain. Happy golfer.

Started offe holidays right with Kelly's reflexology session, 60 minutes of relaxation which included an amazing foot soak, customized aroma therapy, weighted blanket, and of course her awesome reflexology treatment.
