On your first visit, we may ask for a credit card or home mailing address to guarantee future visits. Please observe our 24-48 hour policy to cancel or reschedule appointments to help insure the integrity of the practice and avoid a charge for the full amount of your session.CHECK IN / PAYMENT: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out or update medical information.

I think it's so funny that so many people pretend to care about small businesses but then get upset the moment they encounter a hiccup that is commonplace when dealing with small businesses. It took me a few days to connect with Jennifer for my initial appointment but after that, 0 problems making follow-up appointments. I was in an auto accident and traditional PT wasn't working for me.
These folks alleviated my headaches, restored my range of motion and absolutely helped give me my life back. The treatment you receive here is worth a scheduling issue here or there but as someone who has had nearly 20 appointments over the last 3 months, I haven't had one issue since my first appointment. Thank you to everyone here!

Horrible horrible owner operator the massage therapists here are awesome however scheduling is a joke and when you call in to make complaint owner screams at you and drops you. So unfortunate for all the great workers to be thrown around each direction because Jennifer cant get scheduling down and I drove 50 plus miles for the massage therapist to not even know I was coming, and its happened multiple times. Shame on you!
