Spa Serenity

I got my annual spring pedicure to prepare for sandal season. What a nice surprise! The water was warm and my feet loved the message. The polish colors were perfect for me also! It's been about 2 weeks and my toenails still look great. I will be back!

I couldn't be more impressed with Spa Serenity. They have amazing staff who are SOOO knowledgeable! I can't wait to go back!

I had an amazing afternoon at Spa Serenity. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and the environment were. It was well worth the drive to Baraboo. I will be back!

We had made a group appointment. 4 days before the appointment one person tested positive for COVID and others were exposed. When we notified them we could no longer make our appointment because of this, we were told we could avoid the cancellation fee by still keeping and attending the appointments. We chose to cancel but I am disappointed that this place disregarded the health and safety of their employees and guests by giving us the option to keep the appointment.

We figured businesses would take the bare minimum precautions so the fact you can attend COVID positive/potentially positive even after making them aware does not make me want to give this place another try. We also experienced terrible customer service trying to book the appointments. It was very difficult to book a group of 5 and appointments were scheduled hours apart. Now knowing there are no safety precautions, we would not have felt safe spending hours in their lounge area with other guests.

Great service, loved our couples massage! Looking forward to the next one! If I could suggest one thing, it would be the ability to schedule online.

My friend and I got pedicures today. The experience was perfect. Both technicians were nice and personable. The pedicure process it self was relaxing; the massage with the hot stones was possibly the best I've had. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Spa Serenity. I know I'll be going back.

Went to Hannah for a facial today and wow I didn't know I'd love a facial so much! Such a great way to relax on my day off. Such a relaxing atmosphere unlike anywhere in Baraboo

I went here with 2 friends: they got massages and both said they were very nice. I got my nails done- the experience while there was wonderful and the technician was friendly. My only complaint is that they don't really use any techniques to protect your polish from coming off: mine started chipping off literally within 2 hours, which was very disappointing, especially because it wasn't cheap. I've gotten my nails done plenty of other places and never had polish come off this fast.

They're booked so far out good luck getting through the door. Even their "body" services are 2 or more weeks out. Makes sense they've been around so long, getting in is stressful!

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly nail techs and other staff members, and a wide range of services offered. I got this manicure Thursday and love this color combo. Periwinkle is my new favorite color! Update: it's Monday (got my nails done Thursday night) and there is some chipping, but only on the tips of my nails. Seems pretty typical for a manicure, but you'd think Shellac would last longer :/

Highly recommend this place! I have used both their waxing and spa services, and have been super pleased with the outcome. They create a relaxing & calming environment and have super friendly staff members.

Had a great and relaxing experience at Spa Serenity. Worked with a group coordinator to get a group in for a bachelorette party in, great communication, service, and felt so relaxed afterward! Great price too

Absolutely amazing therapeutic massage today. I will return with having fibro and a lot more underlying conditions in my back it didn't flare me at all so I thank you I will be hooked for life

I went to Spa Serenity with a group of five for a bachelorette party/spa day, and it went swimmingly. The staff was courteous, kind, and did a phenomenal job working with the group. They were diligent in communicating pricing and appointment times, and sent reminder emails ahead of time to confirm. The space was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this facility.

I had Katie do my facial and she did an outstanding job! She has the hands of an angel! My face felt divine afterwards! The spa is clean and beautiful! Highly recommend!

Staff were really welcoming and they did an amazing job! We completed the luxurious afternoon package with facial, message and finished with a mani & pedi. Staff were very polite and amazing, shout out to Renae for the excellent message! The atmosphere was also relaxing and the building was a quaint and unexpected. I would highly recommend this place for spa services. *They do not do Gel nail polish and they can try to take off the gel, but don't have all the stuff to do so. So if you already have gel on try getting it off before going.
