Pleasant staff and able to accommodate our schedule last minute. Couldn't do side by side massages sure to the pandemic but that's understandable. The lancaster location leaves a bit to be desired, but I expect the cabin visits would be better. Excellent massage and will try again if we're ever in the area in the future.

We booked Blue Valley Massage for our bachelorette weekend. We were looking forward to getting the massage/facial combo for 4 girls. Due to Covid, they had to switch from the massage/facial to four ONE HOUR massages, which I thought was great! We confirmed our appointment for Saturday at 10am. 10:05, 10:15, nobody is there yet. So I call, she had car trouble and will be there by 10:30, great! 10:45, she pulls in.

She stinks like cigarettes, what she was wearing I thought was very unprofessional. Just not what I was expecting, based on their website, which looks very professional. She informs me as she is setting up that since we don't have WIFI she is unable to run any cards, which no one informed me of. She did three of the massages, but they were not ONE HOUR, they were 40 minutes.

When it was my turn, she asked all of us if we had any medical conditions, I informed her that I was 3 months pregnant. She said well I can't do your massage, we can't touch anyone until they're 4 months pregnant. I feel like someone should have asked about medical conditions when I booked these appointments. I was extremely disappointed. She apologized. She practically ran out of our cabin. She left all her lotions and her half open red bull on the table. Just very disappointing on many levels.

This was the first time that we had ever done in cabin massages. We have both had massages before in spas but never in a cabin stay. I'm glad that I booked this company and used their services. As it was an experience that won't be forgotten. It was way better than the high end spas that we have been to. From the start scheduling was super easy with the owner Hollie.

And once the massage therapist Melisa arrived she was very professional and very informative in answering any questions that we had. She made us feel very comfortable right from the start. And throughout the massages checked to make sure that the pressure and everything was adequate for us and to our liking. Everything was wonderful and a great experience even down to the lotion that was used which had a great relaxing scent where many are to strong for my liking.

I wish I could have every massage therapist I go to use this lotion. We will be using this company again in the near future and I'm definitely looking forward to it and counting down the time. I would recommend this company and their services to anyone that is staying in the Hocking Hills.

I had 2 massages last week. deep tissue one day and relaxation the next. best deep tissue I've ever had. the relaxation massage was just that.soooo relaxing, hands of an angel. I was staying at the Hocking hills inn and Coffe Emporium so the room was too small for them to come to me, it was a short drive up to Lancaster.well worth the trip.highly recommended

Wife and I rented a cabin in Hocking Hills. I contacted Blue Valley Massage and schedule massages for my wife and I at the cabin we rented. Rachel showed up got her table ready did the wife first then me. I would like to Thank Rachel. She gave my wife and I had a magnificent massage. I would recommend her to anyone that would want a great massage. We'll look forward to seeing Rachel the next time we come down. Thank You Rachel

Love this place! It is very cozy, and the staff makes you feel right at home. My husband and I had side-by-side massages by Summer and Robin, and we loved every relaxing second of it! They make you feel very comfortable and communicate with you throughout your session to make sure you are getting the right amount of pressure where you want it. We will absolutely be returning for more massages!

We had couple massages planned for Friday evening in our cabin. They arrived at 6:38 for all set up and everything was fine until it was the most awkward massage I've ever had. It was like he was just pushing on me and not actually massaging my muscles. When they were done and we were getting dressed we realized the time was only 7:37! Not even close to the 1 hour massage we paid for. Would not recommend them for Friday night as it seemed they were in a hurry to get out of there and go home.

We went to stay at the cabins at Hocking hills. It was our wedding anniversary. We got the couples message, which were wonderful. The whole experience was great and they were very accommodating with the schedule because we missed the first appointment due to weather. It was definitely one of our most memorable anniversaries!

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway in Hocking Hills with our fur baby for some outdoor adventures, but unfortunately the weather on our second day did not cooperate. So what to do in a cabin on a rainy chilly day? Contacted Blue Valley Massage and were able to get a last minute massage in our CABIN! Kim was AWESOME and the massage ended up being a fireside luxury we did not expect!

Great service and professional! Tried to bribe her to come to our house in Powell for a weekly massage, but unfortunately she is a pretty busy lady! LOL! Five Stars for sure!

Awesome! We (a group of lady friends) have been going to the Bit of Country cabins since 2005 and most years twice a year. Each time we schedule our massage, they come to our cabin and we get pampered. What an experience. This year I brought my mother down and she really enjoyed her first massage. Thank you as always!
