Every time I'm there I have a fantastic time and my hair looks great. Cheyenne really does a great job both at her work but also with making you feel comfortable and welcomed!

Absolutely love this place the staff is very welcoming and talkative.my daughter only got her hair cut and but she loves it and they treated her like a queen there already have an appointment set up for a trim with them we found our households home with them

Ann is wonderful. She listens and cuts how you want not as she pleases. Great coffee too! Everyone there is so nice and pleasant. I find their prices very economical compared to Cincinnati.

My color cut and style were wonderful. The facial was very disappointing.definitely won't do that again.

Just went in to talk to people about fixing my hair. My previous hair girl totally ruined my hair. The staff was there was very nice and set me up with a consultation with a new girl in just weeks! I'm very excited to see how they do!

The absolute worst "massage" of my life. It wasn't even a massage- the first 40 minutes was the lady talking about connecting my breathing to my rib cage, how my body is a GPS, and was just lightly moving her hands over the blanket on different parts of my body. The last 20 minutes were her rubbing oil on my feet, hips, rib and torso area. There was so massage about it- no pressure, not working out knots, just extremely light "rubbing".

It was so bizarre and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I shouldn't count down the minutes until this "experience" was over. I can't even call it a massage. It was a weird experience that I paid $90 for. Never again, and if you thought about coming here for a massage, I would stay away.

I Love Debbie I have seen her twice now for microdermabrasion and the rezenerare facial. She is helping me tackle some acne scarring I am very self conscious about. She is so sweet and always makes me feel comfortable. I can definitely tell my face is smoothing out. Thank u!

I bought my fiance a gift card for mothers day. She said that her massage was great, however it was downhill from there. I paid for the top tier manicure, she was given the lowest tier for the top tier price. She wanted her hair dyed a specific color. What she recieved wasn't even close. They had her come in a week later for a consultation to see if it could be fixed.

She was told it can be fixed for an additional $190. The most expensive hair color on their website is only $130. So I already paid $75, they screwed it up, and want $190 to fix it. No thank you, a competent salon can have my money to fix it.

I went to get all over hair color, massage and manicure. My massage was amazing.it was perfect. After that though, it was not. The stylist I got questioned my decision to get purple hair, said she couldn't do that with the time I was "allotted" but she swore she could get the color nearly the same. It was NOT purple, it was red with black underneath.

I was livid. I asked to hVe it fixed and was assured they would take care.of it. Three weeks later when they could finally get me in the lady told me it would cost almost three times what the original service was! I ended up going to Sally Beauty supply and doing it myself for $30. Also, the manicure I got was very nice but when I looked at the receipt I saw I was charged for the top tier, but only recieved a normal mani. It was a $15 difference. I will not return and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone i.know.
