Please cancel your appointment if You or Someone you have been around has been ill with flu like symptoms or fever. We have taken many extra measures to make sure the spa is continually disinfected and sanitized. We have installed air purifiers with UV-C lights in all treatments rooms. All staff have disinfectant protocols for each treatment room and lobby to be performed after each guest. These are just a few of the safety features in place at this time. All Heavenly Hands Therapist are Licensed and trained in Swedish, Sports & Deep Tissue Massage.

I scheduled an appointment with Heavenly Hands 3 weeks in advance for an appointment on February 10th to get one of the February specials massages. The day before the massage, I received a call from Heavenly Hands letting me know that the massage therapist I booked would not be in that day, and they asked if they could reschedule me for an appointment in March.
I asked if I would still be able to get the same massage I booked for February since it was a special. They told me that I would not, but they would have specials in March. I told them I wanted the special for February, and they told me the only way to make that happen was to put me on a waitlist. I said that was okay to put me on the waitlist, but to go ahead also and schedule me for March.
On February 21st, I receive a call telling me that an appointment has opened up on February 22nd, and that I would be able to get the massage special. I go ahead and book the massage, but I tell them I would like a discount since I had already gotten a massage that month from another massage business because I was inconvenienced last time, and I am on a budget.
They tell me they can knock 10 dollars off, and I tell them to go ahead and book me. On the day of the second appointment, I receive a call from them telling me that the massage therapist is out again, so I would have to be rebooked. I told them I am taking my business elsewhere.
