I've never had a facial before so I was not sure what to expect. Hinoue was wonderful. She was very professional and made the experience a comfortable one. She gave me some good skin care recommendations and helped me choose the right treatment when I arrived for my appointment. The facial went well. I felt refreshed and confident with my skin. I am grateful for Hinoue's service and I already scheduled another appointment with her for next month. I would recommend Cosmetic Creations and especially Hinoue to anyone looking for a good facial treatment.

This was my first time getting a facial, an acne facial to be specific since I have been struggling with acne for a year now I decided to stick with the products my doctor was recommending; however, I was desperate. I decided on my visit here to get a facial because I want clear skin. Katie helped me and she was fantastic! Explained every step and reassured me my skin will get better! Totally recommend coming here if you're a first timer! Super friendly! :

Loved loved loved Katie's facial! I had the serenity facial with the add on for extractions and I came out looking like a million bucks! My face is glowing, moisturized, and having the extractions really helped get the deep acne that's below skins without irritating/scaring my skin. Go to Katie! You won't regret it! Hands of an angel!

This place is super amazing! I always ask Ayako when I need to have facial treatment, eyelash extensions and lash lift.so many things!
