Great service! I enjoy the time I spend at Skin Serenity. All of the staff make you feel comfortable, and they do a great job! Facials are amazing by Jamie.

I had a facial and lip/brow wax with Cindy. It was a very relaxing experience! The spa is warm and inviting. The treatment room was cozy. I left very relaxed and feeling great.

I love Jamie I'd recommend her to anyone. The IPL was great! The only time I was not satisfied was when I had the VI PLUS peel it do nothing to my skin no peeling at all. I left a message 3 or 4 days later for the Aesthetician but no return call.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Value Wonderful, relaxing facial by Cindy! She was gentle, attentive and my skin looked great after. I would definitely recommend her and Spa Serenity. I am planning to come back for an IPL treatment.

I never write reviews but I honestly felt robbed. I had taken my mom to this location for arm pain and she had never miss an appointment. Due to a misunderstanding my mother missed one of her appointments. I then saw a few days letter that her card was charged the full amount of the treatment my mom was scheduled to get. When I called they explained that she missed her appointment.

I understand them charging a fee for it, no questions there. As a health care provider I know the inconvenience of no shows (totally) but charging the full amount? I think that this is plain stealing. They charged for oils that were never used, sheets that were never changed, PPE'S that were never wasted. I could easily understand a fee (which honestly being the first time and charging without notice seems a bit too much) but charging for a full treatment? Outrageous. The lady that used to see my mother was really nice but the system this "spa" has is a money making system and NOTHING to do with care.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere us wonderful and all the staff I have come in contact with is so friendly and inviting! I get laser treatments and lash extensions with Kelley, who is the best! Could not recommend Skin Serenity more!

Had the best experience with Skin Serenity. I first booked a lash lift with Allison and I absolutely love it! My lashes look amazing! The day after my lash lift I booked a couples massage with my boyfriend and that was also amazing! Will definitely be back and trying out different services.

I recently visited Skin Serenity to receive services and I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. From the warm welcome I received from the owner when I arrived to the amazing facial I received from Allison, it could not have been any better. The facility is beautiful and the environment so serene and peaceful. I highly recommend Skin Serenity to anyone looking for a truly high end spa experience. I will definitely be going back and making Skin Serenity a regular part of my skincare routine.

I came here yesterday for the first time. I was one of those annoying people who call last minute and want to get in. They were extremely accommodating and we're able to get me in for a massage and facial. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist. The place was nice and clean. I received a wonderful relaxing massage from Jane.

She was great. Perfect pressure for what my body needs. Then I had a facial with Jaime. She was absolutely wonderful. I've been having issues with my skin for a while and was hoping I would be educated on at home care and maintenance. She did just that! Very knowledgeable and recommended the right products for me. I was extremely happy with my visit. Working as a hairstylist in this beauty industry I am very particular and the exceeded my standards. Pre booked my next appointments!
