Bellisimo European Day Spa

My goodness, the team here performed a miracle on my face for sure. At my age of 63, with no prior face fixes, there was A LOT to do! Along w Botox and fillers, I wanted the creases on my cheeks to be ironed out.but had no idea how this could be accomplished. Until I read in their brochure about a new procedure called the THREAD LIFT. This procedure literally smooths out my etched in cheek creases.

There's much more I could say, but just call for a consultation. I went back to finish the job, (so to speak), by having my rather squishy jowls smoothed out as well! I will be making future appointments there for *tune-ups* as needed. I do want to add, the 2- person team who did the threading procedures were very competent, professional, comforting and all around very nice people, which can make all the difference! (Hello Doc. and Christina!) Edit to ADD: It has been approximately 8 months since the thread lift.

I unfortunately do not have a good report. The left side of my face is showing lines again and both my *jowls* are drooping again. (Although they were not ever seriously drooping, just squishy!) The Botox/fillers have disappeared, which is normal. I was told the 2 *lift* procedures I had (on both sides of my face to lift, then across bottom of my chin from side to side, also to lift jowels) is expected to last 2 years, possibly longer.

Well the procedures have not lasted that long, although there is still a slight *lift* on one side of my face. For the thousands spent on the 2 lifts, (plus some Botox/lip filler), I suggest going for the real thing and have a surgical *lift* done. I want to add that the *owner/manager (NOT THE NURSES/DOCTORS) were rather abrupt once the procedures are done.although I can't say others were treated the same way. To sum up: If you're a younger person (50 ish) this may be a good idea, but for THIS BOOMER, real surgery would have longer lasting results.

I really appreciate the staff at Bellisimo. I had concerns about my skin and looking to slow the appearance of fine lines and improve skin tone. They were very welcoming, answered all my questions, and helped me regain my confidence. I can't wait to go back for another treatment.

I have been going to Bellisimo Med Spa for over 20 years. I love everything about this med spa! It's a one stop shop with the most knowledgeable, friendly, and caring people. You are doing yourself a HUGE injustice going anywhere else!

I would highly recommend Bellisimo! I recently had a hydra bright facial, it left my skin glowing! I would recommend the treatment to someone looking for a quick fix. Your skin looks youthful and feels refreshed. Every treatment and experience I've had at Bellisimo had been top notch! The spa is beautiful and classy, just like the staff. I can't say enough good things about this spa!

This spa is a gem in Worcester. I've been going to Bellisimo for different procedures and treatments over the years and couldn't be happier with my results and the level of service I receive. From the moment you walk in the door, staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and inviting. You are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. They really know their stuff and are up on all the latest age defying technologies and skin care products.

Recently I had Radio frequency treatments on my face and neck. In just 3 treatments, my skin is awesome! I can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. Lines around my eyes have melted away and the skin is tight and refreshed looking. My neck area has tightened up as well. If you are considering going under the knife, I would recommend trying this procedure first. Sharon the technician is truly a miracle worker. Also have had procedures done by Luanne an aesthetician at the spa. She is absolutely wonderful too. Thanks to the team at Bellisimo, I look and feel years younger.

Awful customer service. My massage was great but when I went to pay with a $100 GIFT CARD for a $75 massage I HAD to spend the whole $100. Instead of giving me a credit of $25 I was basically forced to spend that extra $25 as a tip to use up the whole gift card. Lady at the front desk was a miserable human being and made me feel stressed out after my relaxing massage.

I absolutely loved bellisimos! My fiance and I enjoyed a wonderful couples massage. I enjoyed a sweet glass of champagne before and after our massage. We were both greeted by 2 very professional and kind massage therapists. Lori I believe was the name of the massage Therapist I had and I left feeling like I got every dollars worth. The atmosphere is beautiful as well.

My fiance said the only thing he was disappointed on was when we compared our massages He said his face wasn't massaged at all, and his legs were very quickly done. But next time because they made us feel so comfortable we'll just say that. Every one has a different style but bellisimos was great for us and they've definitely gained 2 new customers:

As I got older I started to get these horrible bags under my eyes which made my dark circles worst but one visit to Bellissimo Spa made me feel like 18 again. I feel great without makeup for the first time in a long while. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing wrong with the massage people but the establishment it self isn't set up right for relaxing. The lobby and large building is not right. When getting a massage you can hear everything going on outside the room, the phone, conversations, heavy walking up and down hallway. Even the clock in room is a loud tick. The music in background is the last thing you hear. I'm just saying that I never truly get to unplug or relax at this place cause of the set up.

If you are one person getting a massage why can't you be in one of the back rooms that is away from lobby/ receptionist deck. I hope I don't get anymore gift certificates here.

0 stars if that was an option! This was the worst massage experience I have EVER had! First of all, the rooms all have sheer white curtains so the dim relaxing rooms that I'm used to were already out of the question. I asked the middle aged brown haired distressed looking woman (who was doing my massage), if there were any rooms a little darker so that I could relax. and her response was "well most people appreciate the natural light.

I guess that's just what makes us different." I overlooked her attitude, until she started doing the massage with some dry lotion that they use, which was not a nice feeling at all. After about 10mins of that, I asked if she had any thicker cream, so she switched it. Then getting to the lower back, she starts holding 1inch sections of my skin and pinching them for about 10 seconds a piece.

At first, I let her do her thing thinking maybe it would benefit me somehow, although after having years of massages I never had anyone do that. So politely I asked if we could just move to the upper back. She said "I was getting there" with more attitude. And then tried to tell me I just have "too many trigger points". I said well honestly it just feels like you're pinching me.

She then went on to say "well I've been doing this for 10 years". I said okay well its just not what I'm used to. Needless to say the rest of the massage was not good at all, and to top it all off, my friend that accompanied me overheard the woman telling her coworker "obviously she's never had a deep tissue massage before. she was a fucking lunatic." My friend confronted her, as I was in the changing room.

When I came to the front I asked her to call her manager, and she said "I'm not going to do that." She thought comping my massage was sufficient, but being a salon professional for 10 years I have never seen or experienced that type of treatment/ behavior! I spoke to the manager on my own days later and all she said was that she was "speechless" and would "investigate". My only intention of this is to inform any potential customer before having the same horrible experience that I did! Do not waste your time there!

Very unprofessional establishment. I was made incredibly uncomfortable from the start. I'm 18 years old, and decided to get a bikini wax before a vacation, and the woman who provided the service prompted me with, "Are you the one getting the bikini wax?" in the lobby. I'm quite young, very conservative, and haven't really gotten the service done very often, so I was visibly a little antsy.

After going into the back room to receive the service, she was very pushy and stern when it came to where she wanted me on the table, how she wanted my body positioned, etc. She began to prep me for a brazilian wax (rather than a bikini wax), which I was very unprepared for mentally. Obviously very uncomfortable, I told her that I was only getting a bikini wax, and she rudely said that I was wrong, and it was written down in the book that I was supposed to be getting a brazilian.

I told her that this was not the case, and she agreed to continue the service the way I wanted. I was a bit squirmish and in visibly in a lot of discomfort, but she completely disregarded this, and I seemed more like a burden than a paying customer. She finished the service in 5 minutes, and she did an extremely poor job. The receptionist asked how it went, I told her I was incredibly uncomfortable and would not be returning, and she replied with "Oh, too bad." Huge waste of money, and I still feel like I was violated.

Can I leave 0 stars. I don't really have a lot to review other than the fact that I have called 8 times to try to make an appointment. Only reason I was switching from where I usually go is because I have a gift certificate. Guess I won't be using it seeing no one ever picks up (regardless of my calling at multiple times during different times of the day) nor will anyone return any of the messages I left. I'll happily take my money elsewhere and the gift certificate can go to waste. Crap customer service. I bet Tu Moda will call me back!

Bella is great. I've been going to her for 5 years and she does great facials. I had a bad problem with adult cystic acne and she's the only one was able to help me and get it under control. If you are looking for someone who will sugar coat the truth or just do light facial massage and masks, this is not the place for you. If you want results, then you do need to see her. Yes, her products are pricey, but i always follow her recommendations and her products work.

She tells you the truth and how things really are and if your skin care routine is not great, she will be honest about it. The facials can be a bit painful becuase they use these tiny needles to prick the acne if needed but that's for extraction purposes.

Awesome Pedicures and Bella does the best waxing in the city!

I called and made a reservation to bring my mom here for a manicure and pedicure (and for me to get one with her) before her surprise birthday party. They got the time wrong and called and told me I was late but I assured them I was not and they were fine with it. Unfortunately, my mom had given her self a pedicure the night before and therefore only wanted a manicure.

I went ahead with my pedicure and she got a manicure and they were very understanding about it. I told them I would bring her back in a few weeks for one. The space was clean and the cosmetologist was very thorough and very friendly. The environment was peaceful and quiet, which made it very relaxing. The prices are not inexpensive but it's worth it for an indulgence. I will be back.

In honor of her 90th birthday, I scheduled a mani/pedi for my mother-in-law and her (92 yr. old) sister. Eve and Mary treated these ladies so kindly and went out of their way to ensure they had a good time which they surely did. They were also very careful in asking if there were any medical issues they ought to be aware of before proceeding.

Moving to Worcester from LA, I had a waxing studio I was comfortable with and I wanted to find one here. I only found one place that uses hard wax. So I came here for a wax and my person was very nice. However, this place is ridiculously overpriced. I paid $45 for an underarm wax, which i usually pay $15 for at a great place in LA. Don't come here unless you have a lot of money to throw away.
