The Cloud 9 Model Program enables our apprentices to gain valuable experience behind the chair, while being closely monitored and mentored by a senior stylist within the salon. On occasion, we also require models for master education classes held at the salon. All models are accepted on an as needed basis.

Booked an appointment in advance and gave them an idea of the cut I was looking for. I show up for my appt and as I show Courtney a basic mens haircut she tells me that not only is she not confident in her ability to cut mens hair, that no one in the salon could accomplish this and that I try a barbershop. Apparently men can only get BOWL CUTS here.
I was under the impression that hair stylists had to get licensed so that they could cut anyones hair but they only cater to Women here. Absolute waste of time and not an ounce of sympathy.

My experience here was good the aesthetician and the masseuse did a great job. However I would have loved to see the spa area more screens like the ones I have been to normally to be a bit enclosed from The salon place. But the service was good I enjoyed it. Zara and Clint were awesome. I do recommend the place to anyone u will be happy with their services

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Michelle did a nice job on my nails. My only recommendation is that Cloud 9 needs a manicurist that can fix a broken nail with acrylic and not just glue. Michelle did the best she could, but I had a nail broken way behind the bed and it takes acrylic to hold it until it grows out enough not to hurt when it comes off.

I'm new to the area and was looking for someone to do my hair after going to the same stylist for 10 years. I found Cloud 9 and made an appointment with Lanae. She took extra time to get to know me and asked great questions about my hair. She was able to do my hair color and highlights exactly how I wanted. She even took additional time to curl my hair and gave me tips for how to fix it myself at home. I'm so happy to have found her and I cannot recommend her enough!
