Lauren is so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I was wanting to achieve! I've previously had filler done in my lips that I was not satisfied with from another place and overall didn't have a great experience for a first timer. so she was working on top of someone else's work (which I'm sure isn't the easiest thing to do) but she made my lips look so good!

This will definitely be my new place for filler & Botox! The girls at the front were so sweet and welcoming as well! The whole vibe of the place will put you in a good mood! If your thinking about getting filler or Botox, book an appointment with them now!

I am a new client to Bella Medical Spa. My experience was beyond my expectations. Lauren is absolutely the sweetest person. She took the time to explain everything and make me feel super comfortable. She is so professional, extremely knowledgeable, yet funny! She made all my fears, doubts and worries dissipate as soon as I walked in her room. I cannot be more HAPPY with my results.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience. I received Kybella injections from Holly and I was so nervous. Everyone there was so nice and sweet, they all made me feel comfortable and less afraid. The entire experience was pleasant and I can't wait for my next appointment!

I seriously love this place, I was skeptical before I came because clarksville is a small town and traveled to Nashville for all my botox and fillers but Now I will only come here. It does take a while to get seen, you can't get seen same day or next day but I don't mind waiting a week or 2 for great work! I would go anywhere else I trust them with my face;

Got microneedling performed by Gabby for the first time and the process was smooth, efficient, and quick. My skin reacted well and she made me feel comfortable the entire procedure as it was my first experience. She was thorough regarding post-procedure care and gave good recommendations moving forward. Soooo let me just say if I could give them 20 stars I would! This was my first time having any type of facial done and let me tell you! They did amazing! It was so worth the money! My sister and I went and had the deluxe facial and microdermabrasion and we both left feeling 5-10 years younger! We both have agreed to start making It a routine to start going here to have facials done every 6-8 weeks as recommended.

The customer service here is like no other in Clarksville. It made me feel like I was back home in Huntsville. They made us feel welcome and comfortable even though we both had never had any type of special pampering done. It was such a fun and relaxing time the staff and everybody were so nice! Yelp was right! Last minute afterthought, I called minutes before closing on a Friday night. They were able to squeeze me in the next day! Lauren was so great! Beautiful on the inside and out. She wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She even did great with my boyfriend under her heels the whole time, trying to see what she was doing. I revived a lip flip here via Botox a few days ago and I love it! It gave the appearance of a fuller mouth without the permanence of filler. I would definitely recommend.

Theresa was very helpful suggesting different treatments to address the areas I was concerned with. She took her time and really listened. The receptionist was also very friendly and check-in was easy.

I came to Bella Med Spa yesterday (6-1-21) to enquire about emsculpt neo and emtone treatments. I really appreciated the compassion, straight-forwardness, and the recommendation recieved. The consult was free, and I spoke with Teresa. She's so down to earth and really nice! I am a mommy who's gone through three pregnancies and in deeeeesperate need of some sculpting lol.

In order to get her opinion in assessing my skin I obviously had to let her see my belly (BEYOND humiliating BTW to let people see your postpartum figure, so so so humiliating) but she was so funny and reassuring as well! She told me my stretch marks weren't even that bad and how she's seen worse and I'm over here thinking. golly! I didn't know it could get worse!

For real. Anyway, she was so honest and referred me to another doctor in Nashville because I have diastisis recti (abdominal muscle separation) and emtone wouldn't be able to rid of the excess of skin. Although I couldn't get the service done, I was thankful that she was so straightforward and she told me flat out, "I'm not gonna take your money" because she cared about me getting the results I desired.

For those who are a candidate for those services I would certainly recommend, and also if any of you post-partum momma's are curious if you have diastisis recti (you probably do, 1 in 2 momma's does) she can confirm it, which is great because I tried telling one of my previous docs that I thought I had it and they said I didn't. Lol. Overall Bella is a really nice facility with caring staff and I would still recommend!

Wouldn't recommend anyone but Bella as far as laser hair removal. She does a fantastic job and the prices are great. I just recently seen someone other than her, Gabby I believe and she was not the best. Literally was done in 2 minutes and I felt that she didn't get all the places that needed to be got and the results showed that she didn't! Other than that great place! Ask for Bella!

Bella Med Spa is wonderful! I've had 2 underarm laser treatments and 1 Brazilian laser treatment, and all services were professional and comfortable. I will definitely continue my treatments.

Love it here. Always skeptical about medical spas there are so many and so many mixed reviews. But this place is worth the money and time! I have gotten PRP skin pen. amazing! I did the deal where you pay for the skin care that covers you for a couple months, with an added skin pen (with option of prp) so I got a lot for a good price! Theresa was the one who did both my facials both times, she is so knowledgeable and great!

I love Bella Medical Spa! I've been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable! They take the time to remember your name once you have visited a few times and are always welcoming. They are thorough and make sure the job is to perfection. Honestly, I was a bit iffy about going back since the other lady had taken a short cut on my massage and hydra facial. However, this time Theresa got assigned for my massage and she is AMAZING! She made me feel comfortable and ask about my problem areas. She went way more in depth with the massage and got a ton of my stress and knots out of my whole body. Will be asking for her for services from now on. And did I mention.she actually took her time and gave me my FULL hour massage.

Went here to try to repair some self-inflicted damage that I had done to my face from some DIY products I had found on Amazon. Without posting pictures, I had some chemical burns that I needed to get rid of. I went there with the mindset that I was going to get a mild peel and some microdermabrasion. I figured that would fix it, even shaved my beard in preparation for it - completely baby face. Daphney was my aesthetician and after a consultation she stated that the mild (mild since I didn't want to be peeling like that working with the public) peel I wanted and the microdermabrasion would have little to no effect due to how "deep" the burns were.

I was honestly a little devastated - I had shaved for nothing. LOL. She came back with this cream that said it would it would peel and I could focus it only on spots that I needed to. Even though her recommendation was saving me money, which is a plus - I honestly thought she was hyping up this cream, it wouldn't do anything, and just going the easy way out.

I didn't see much about this cream online other than it is popular in overseas countries. She told me to start putting it on every third day overnight - so of course, I put it on every night. At first I didn't see any results, but then it started to peel and only on the spots that put. At first I thought it was just interacting with the burn - but then I put the lotion on random spots just to see and those spots started to have a peeling effect.

I had results within two weeks - people forgot that I even had those burns when I saw them again - it was extremely obvious when people say me. I only used a fraction of the product, like 1/10 before I got to where I needed to be. Even though I didn't get what I wanted from Daphney, I got what I needed and she saved me money in the long run. Only thing that would be interesting if they added services for their bearded male clients. I've seen some spas offer discounted spa services for bearded men since they are only getting half the face done. But definitely would go back in the future

Today I went in to Bella Med Spa for the first time for a laser hair removal treatment. The staff is amazing! My silly self got my appointment dates mixed up, but the girls there were so sweet and accommodating and fit me right in. The woman who did my laser treatment was very thorough, and explained everything in detail, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was fast, and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next treatment and to explore other services offered at Bella Med Spa :

Obsessed is an understatement. The staff at Bella is beyond professional and even after moving states away two years ago I always make an appointment to do my injections with Lauren when I return! I get more compliments on my lips than you could imagine and have had people inquire about flying to see her just because of how amazing they look! These girls are the best of the best and Bella will always be my beauty retreat!

I can not begin yo say enough amazing things aboit the staff and Lauren. I am no spring chicken.i am a nurse, and I night ine at that. I travel back and forth from here to California.so i am hard on my body. Lauren told me what i should start with.and let me tell you.it was a first for both of us. I went for a PRP Microneedling procedure here for the first time. I had previous PRP facials done in Nashville with Nurse Practioners at Dr. JJ Wendel for $680 a procedure. When I found out Bella Medical Spa was cheaper at $450, included active duty military discount, as well as being open on weekends, I was sold. However, the experience was definately more painful and my face was a very deep Red for 2 days, unlike my experience at Dr. JJ Wendel. Bella is a beautiful space, has friendly staff, but if it is your first time doing PRP and don't mind spending the money, I'd reccomend trying elsewhere b/c it was super painful at this location and I'd like to say I handle pain well.

Let me start by saying that I have wanted lip injections for YEARS but have always talked myself out of it due to a fear of pain. A coworker was bragging about Bella Med Spa and urged me to bite the bullet and I am so glad I did! I went yesterday for a consultation with Kay and was so pleased with the facility, staff, information, and Kay's pleasant manner that I went ahead and got my lips done right then!

The entire procedure was almost painless. I didn't wince once! I am SO pleased! I will definitely be back for more filler and other services from Bella. This place is truly a jewel and Kay is the best!

I've been going here for a couple of years now and I have always had a great experience. My appointments were always with Lauren and she always did amazing work. And she is such a sweet person too. This place is amazing. Teresa has been my massage therapist for 5 years. She works miricles! About 4 years ago, I thought I was going to have to have surgery on my shoulder. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep at night, it went on for weeks. I went to get a massage and the next day it was gone. I am a firm believer in massage therapy. So now I try my best to get one once a month. It s not only very relaxing, its a stress reliever and I truly believe it saved me from surgery

Very unhappy with this place big waste of money and time. no result and not worth it at all. So upset they are like used car sales men, full of excuses! Please dont let them rip you off too.

Absolutely love this place! The place has a tasteful layout and soothing aura, very clean and professional right off the bat. The services are very much worth the investment; if you're looking for an inexpensive, cheap business, this spa is not for you. I've always had a positive experience coming here for the past three years. The ladies are very nice and knowledgeable, and always remember me by name.

I have had some skin cosmetic services done here numerous times, and I feel comfortable enough where I can voice my concerns over my skin and talk about the procedures. I am military. Have had tattoo removals, laser hair removals, massages, peels, all done here. Also purchased some products sold in-store. Have attended one Bella Spa event. Everything has been excellent!

I have had lots of really good experiences with Bella Medical Spa! My appointments are always right on time, usually can get in a tad early. Absolutely love spray tans by Estelle! I always have a great summer glow, I get lots of compliments on my "tan"! Looks super natural and never streaky or blotchy. I have also had laser hair removal with Lauren.

I was not too happy with this place at all. I had a microdermabrasion done and for the price I paid I did not get what I paid for. When I asked the lady about why the procedure was so short she said that she did the microdermabrasion without the machine because she was old school. I feel like this place is a rip off!
