Bien Soigne began in 1997 with a mission to offer quality salon and spa services in an upscale and inviting setting. Our expertly trained staff is dedicated to providing personal attention to each client.
We continue to attract and build a staff committed to professionalism, on-going education, and building a trusted relationship with each client. Our staff rivals professionals in the cosmopolitan areas of Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. By attending regular training sessions and events, our team continues to build their knowledge and expertise in the latest trends and techniques in hair, esthetics, and body treatments.
Our new facilities, including our long-awaited Himalayan Salt Cave, are now open at 350 North Broadway in Salem, New Hampshire. Our Salon, Day Spa, and Salt Cave offer a relaxing, upscale retreat which is friendly, stress-free, and beautiful. Our treatment rooms are designed for total relaxation with soothing lighting, music, and aroma-therapy elements.

Today I had the pleasure of having a prenatal massage with Sonya. This was one of the best massages I have ever received. I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and decided to book a massage as a way to relax and pamper myself before becoming a mom. Sonya was so accommodating and knowledgeable. She ensured my comfort and relaxation by providing bolsters to get me in the best position to truly let go and relax.
She used sound healing bowls throughout the massage, which was truly transcending. Sonya also made me feel so comfortable and safe and the whole experience was fabulous. I left today's massage feeling blissful and like I was on cloud 9. On top of that- the whole salon staff was so kind and welcoming. I loved my pedicure with Sue. She was so lovely to talk to and helped me pick out a beautiful color for my toes. I can't wait to visit the spa again soon!

I am new to the area and was so happy when I found Sharleen! She is a great hair dresser and I always leave pleased with the results. She cares about quality and not destroying your hair. She has good flexibility in days and times and has great communication when I've reached out about color ideas. She is professional, talented, and I highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely and relaxing experience with my mom It's incredibly calming and you just slip into a meditative state while in the Salt Cave. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and explained everything about the salt cave and it's benefits. Definitely recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or a loved one
