From the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with courtesy and professionalism, but once your message starts you are transported straight to HEAVN. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I take my elderly mother here for a pedicure every few weeks. It's cheaper than seeing a podiatrist for nail trimming, and lots more fun! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I've booked massages with them twice, many months in advance and every time they have called me and I have to reschedule for months later. My boyfriend and I got couples massages for Christmas I get a call TODAY that both of us can't come in because one of the therapists called off. So we would've had to wait til June (I booked these back in December) or we could just go separate but one of us has to wait til April. If you are lucky enough to get in the massages are great but I won't waste my time anymore trying to book with them.

This was my first ever massage so I don't have much to compare it to, but I enjoyed my experience! We did a couples massage - he had Holly, and I had Josie. Both of us felt very relaxed during and after the massage! I fell asleep during my massage because I was so comfortable and relaxed! The website said we could request hot towels so I did at the time of making my appointment, but we did not receive them during the treatment. that was the only downside!

Always a professional experience at Natural Remedies Spa. Staff is courteous, helpful, and customer-focused. My massage therapist is excellent.

I havent even been in yet and I'm apprehensive about my facial and massage coming up! I wanted to add a blow dry and pedicure and even though I booked a whole month and a half ahead of time they could not accomodate my requests. They've contacted me 3 times to confirm. I am a massage therapist my self, and am really selective in what I call a good massage.

I will say, if I'm not satisfied, IM NOT PAYING. The reviews I read are scaring me. Dirty, noisy, unprofessional, unorganized. I'm going to give it a try ONLY because my husband got it for a bithday gift and I don't want to seem ungreatful. I'm on guard! I will re post after the appointment. UPDATE: I went in today and here is my official review.

My massage was a hot stone massage. I had to ask for more pressure. The room was cold so I asked for the temp to be turned up, instead, she just put another blanket on me which does nothing for the exposed body part being worked on. While working on my legs she only went to my mid- thigh. as an LMT and cosmotologist myself I know what is par excellence and what is sub par. Muscles should be worked origin to insertion, THE COMPLETE muscle. THIS was not done so. to me.

It was an incomplete massage she didn't even touch my glutes in what was to be a full body massage. I was NOT relaxed from this treatment, I felt cold and aggitated. The deep cleansing facial seemed to cut corners. NO steam only hot towels, This room was cold as well as the estiticians hands. I have fibromyalgia and cold is horrible for me. For $175, I'd go elsewhere/ In the treatment rooms were swiffer sweepers and cleaning stuff which needs to be in a cleaning closet not out for clients to see.

Also a spa should have a place to shower they do NOT. I won't be back even if they offered me free services to continue frequenting this business. It's a one shot deal and Natural Remidies Spa FAILS!

The experience always feels personal. The atmosphere of the massage rooms is calming yet professional. Both of the masseuses I have had were very skilled. I appreciate their professionalism and quiet demeanor when I am trying to relax.

Holly did an excellent pedicure! My feet felt silky smooth and her artwork was awesome! Can't wait for another. The other staff members were super nice and welcoming.

This spa is super cute and clean. I've only been in for massage, but they offer a ton of other services I'd be interested in trying at some point. They seem to do a really good job and seem to stay busy! I went in recently for a deep tissue massage by Paul and it was one of the better massages I've had! I've also been in for a Swedish massage and it was super relaxing. I really like this spot and will definitely be back again.

The service and professionalism was excellent. Got a massage from Cassie and she not only did an excellent job, but was very professional and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this establishment if your in the Mid Ohio Valley and need some natural healing.

I got a manicure and pedicure recently and I really enjoyed it. I felt really pampered when I was done. The staff was very professional and friendly.

This was my first time coming and really, first time to a spa as well. Place was clean and relaxing, staff was very accommodating and sweet, they had great deals for the spring. I got the 2 hour massage special for $80, included: half hour hydro massage, hour sedish massage(I had Sherri), half hour of either sauna or parafin dip(I got the dip for my feet). The services were great! Then in the end they gave me a new customer coupon with several discounts for future visits. I'll be coming back. I highly recommend this place!

I went in for a pedicure and the room was small and cluttered. I had to put my jacket on the floor because there was no where else to hang it and the technician didn't offer any other solution. It was close to closing time and the person doing my pedicure seemed rushed and more worried about getting the trash out than the pedicure she was doing.

She barely used the pumice stone and my feet are still rough and dry. My nails were cut/ filed uneven. The polish she used was all over my skin as she didn't take her time and my nails were even painted uneven. My half hour pedicure lasted about 20 mins. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had.

Recently had hot stone massage which was more like a warm stone rub. Facials were great but the atmosphere could be improved greatly. While I was getting my facial I focused on the broken dirty light above me and the music playing outside the room was pop while piano music was on the speakers and sound machine playing in the room. I found that super annoying.

The girls that did our facial and nails was great no complaints there. Come on Natural Remedies clean the place up do some upgrades. A spa in my mind should be luxurious, considering the prices.

Disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the massage chairs were nice but my nails never set! I waited 1.5 hrs after my pedicure to put shoes on (switching from flip flops to flats) and my big toes smudged immediately! There was nail polish on the inside of my shoes, that should not happen if the nails were done correctly! Overall Disappointed and upset that I now have to fix it myself.

Disappointed in the service I received today. I paid for an hour massage and it only lasted 45 minutes. The atmosphere is sub-par as you can hear people in the hallway. I would not recommend this place to others.
