I have been going to blue for 4 years now. I came in curious for a facial and then started going back for lazer hair treatments. It has changed my life. Not having to shave or wax and the hair roots in my underarms are so faint now. I feel more confident and so much less stress! They are always very professional and the appointments are quick. There is validated parking in the back too. All in all a very positive experience!

Just want to share my experience I had with Samira at Blue Medi Spa. I came there really worried about results I'm going have as I got an appointment for fillers injections for lips and around aria. And what an amazing surprise I discovered! Samira was not only highly professional with her recommendations but had absolutely magical hands and the eyes of the artist.
She literally re sculpture my face erasing the aging signs. I couldn't believe in the immediate results I got as my lips and my face were looking so naturally and good. I'm sincerely recommending to come and experience for yourself the magic of professionals in Blue Spa

I have been a customer here for over 8 years and it's officially over. Every time I go to get Botox they switch me with someone else. I used to pay around $350 for my forehead and crows feet. Now they have doubled there price and tried to charge me $600. This price increase is absolutely ridiculous! The girl they had set my appointment with was next door getting Starbucks for about 20 min as I sat there waiting for her unprofessional work to be done. This place has changed so much, I will never go back!

I highly recommend Blue! The staff is super kind and on top of things. Getting an appointment is quick and easy. I was recently lasered by Samira and she was so nice and helpful. I was initially a bit nervous but the process was quick and relatively pain-free. Will definitely be going back for more! Thank you!

I can only give two people who administer botox a solid review. Customer Service on point. Samira and Anna. However, I have had issues in the past with other people who administered more botox without asking me(5+ units added, without my approval or without discussing with me, or just switched to disport without me really knowing until we were halfway through) But, I decided not to fully review those situations.
Even when these issues happened, the front desk was nonchalant about it. But, in one fowl swoop, and after not being inside the spa in quite some time I had the below slap me in the face. -Didnt alert me to the HUGE price jump per unit on botox. This is now the highest ive ever seen in Los Angeles. 15$ per unit. Would have been nice as a courtesy to let me know - almost 100$ jump to what im used to.
Not everyone just has extensive amounts of cash, and the ability to just not mention the price change to me is just so disrespectful and presumptuous. -Coupons they send constantly - all of a sudden the 10% off doesn't apply to the entire total? Apparently it applies to an area? Well, I only received botox in one area, my forhead, but they consider an area "300$" or something like that, maybe it was 30 units?

Again, I only had this on my forehead done, but seems like rules to keep from giving actual discount or honoring what their coupons say. You dont want to give discount, dont send so many coupons every week/day/hour. Your coupon that was emailed to me clearly states 10% off ANY SERVICE - simple, NO FINE PRINT. Wasn't honored.
This weird explaination or policy needs to be clearly stated on your emails. Not this bait and switch nonsense from your front desk. This type of business dealing is so far away from "customer service" oriented. Blows my mind. (see photo of email below) - They incorrectly scheduled my appointment. Which lead me to push my next appointment back. - They incorrectly charged me at close out - Over charged.
I was so irritated by the end of this I just wanted to leave. They ended up adding extra to my account which I wont use anyway. Honestly, I've constantly been let down by this place. I love blue med spa (been coming for two years) and got a new injector today! Her name is Samira and she gave me a really in depth consult for my TMJ so I went ahead and got Botox injections in my masseter to alleviate some of the pain :) I also had her give me restalyne injections in my lip and make them more symmetrical. I'm very happy with my experience today and cannot wait to come back

Been a client of BlueMedi since 2017. I've had the same treatment done during every single visit, 20units of Botox injected into the forehead area. During my last visit I come to find out at the front desk while I'm paying that what I received wasn't Botox, but Xeonim, a product that I've never heard of. Expressed my concern and disbelief, paid and left the spa.
Although I was told it's a similar product and some prefer it over Botox, I cannot even begin to describe the feeling of being injected with something I did not consent to. I would expect that there is attention paid to patients records right before their visit, or at the very minimum mention of injection of a different product. I've been using blue Medi spa for as long as I can remember. But on this particular visit, the technician I worked with went out of her way. Her name was Audrey, and I will be a lifetime customer working with her. Not only did she make the visit comfortable, but she had a sense of humor and was very kind. She went above and beyond in her service, and these days, that says a lot.

I am so grateful for being able to find an amazing location like Blue Medi Spa. I have been going for more than a year. Whenever I step through the doors I feel welcomed. Never have I felt judged. Everyone has been kind. I have been coming for laser hair removal procedures. I have noticed the vast difference from when I started up until today. My self esteem has improved so much.

Really poor management. They say they want to make you happy but they don't mean it. Anna screwed my jawline filler up. I don't recommend her and they wouldn't fix it or give a partial refund. I don't find joy in complaining but Im incredibly unhappy, Ive been a client there for over 12 years and will never walk in their door again. They are great at arguing and gaslighting. Some of their desk girls are really sweet.

Audrey, Annie and the entire team are beyond AMAZING! I have been going here since 2014 and have only ever had the best experience. I get lipo injections and botox very regularly and they always fit me in last minute, are so sweet when I walk in, and my services are incredible. The staff is super knowledgeable, never pushy, my botox is always on point, the injections give me tons of energy and keep me healthy, and the price point is very reasonable. Would rec to anyone Xo

Over the pandemic, the few things I'd done for my 58-year-old face had now faded to nothing. As you can see from the photo on the left, even with all my facial muscles completely relaxed ( i swear this was my resting face), the pandemic stress lines in my forehead made me look angry. I went in and had a morpheus treatment, which even 4 weeks later, did nothing to improve my angry looking lines.
So I went back and got botox in my forehead, and wow- what a difference. I don't look angry anymore! Also, my eyelids were so heavy that I was subconsciously raising them all day in order to work on my computer, and it was giving me a headache. No more headaches since I got the botox (actually I think it was Dysport). Big shout out to Anna and Adam for their help. I'm very happy.

Just had my first appt at Blue, and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left, I was treated with nothing but friendliness. Carla at the front desk was great! She helped book my appointment over the phone, and when I walked in, was super friendly and helpful. I saw Anna, and she is so knowledgeable and patient! Explained what my options were and why she prefers to use certain products.
She was not pushy at all and understood wanting to maintain and natural and youthful look. The facility was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. I will certainly be back again and looking forward to my next visit!

Horrible service, nurses who have no idea what they are doing. I have known people who have gone and each time always unhappy-- also the receptionists don't know how to explain their services, when I called and asked about a facial receptionist claimed nothing I said or was looking for would even exist there after a session. That is just humorous a complete joke. Who or what place would even say that after a customer request for skin care? Never go here, they are unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing.

This place is just a money making machine. They are over priced, extremely unprofessional and rude. I went there for mirco-needling. I got an infection. I tried to call and email but no one returns calls. I've been to 4 dermatologist to fix my skin. And the people at Blu Medi Spa won't take responsibility or even care about their mistakes or unhygienic practices.
Stay away from this place. I would post photos of the damage they did to my face but it's too embarrassing. And charging $450 to dissolve filler is an absolute scam. They should be ashamed.

This has to be the worse spa, I called to make my appointment at 4:30pm and it was confirmed. At 4:20 and 4:25 I get back to back calls to see where I was and I'm literally 5 mins away. I get there at 4:32 and was asked to fill out 12 pages, all for just trying to get a facial. I waited until 5:25 and one of the reps comes and offers me 15% since I waited that long. This is extremely unpleasant and while waiting I keep seeing people walking in and getting helped right away.

I haven't posted a review in awhile but I felt the need to due to the amazing experience I had at this medi spa. I usually don't like to try new places but a friend of mine recommended me and I have no regrets. I had a hydra facial and my skin feels so refreshed. From the time that I walked into the facility, I felt so welcome. I am looking forward to coming back again.

I went to Blue Med Spa to get Dyspot for my forehead. Two days after I had 2 distinct lines coming down from my forehead to my eyebrow. I have gotten dysport before (about every nine months) this was definitely from Blue Medi Spa. I called and spoke to an assistant manager and they indicated it is sleep lines. I completely disagree and will not be going to this place again. Please be forewarned.

Terrible! They treat you like a number, and could care less about what treatments you get or how you look after. I got Xeomin in my forehead and after 4 days I noticed my eye brows and eyes were extra heavy and droopy. I've had Xeomin before and that's obviously not the effect I want. They clearly injected the wrong place. I've also had a hydro facial here and both times the esthetician had an attitude and clearly didn't care. Highly recommend you do not go here. It's also ridiculously over priced.

Front desk older lady Carla is extremely rude and unprofessional. When being rung up she rang me up wrong twice and when I caught it she played dumb in me catching her overcharging me twice. I was never told prices and when I asked her it would be nice to know prices before hand. She replied u can look online. so rude. When I was in the back I did ask them and they said the prices are given up in the front. It's a cat & mouse game - literally.!
I will not return. Overpriced /. Bad front service and they are not friendly in the front. Managerment needs to do better. & check your receipt so you don't get scammed here. I get dysport every 9 months for my forehead. 2 days after visiting Blue Medi Spa and receiving dysport I had 2 defined lines running from my forehead to my eyebrow. Called and spoke with the assistant manager who claimed her team thinks they are sleep marks. Please go elsewhere. I dont want anyone else to experience this after a treatment. Thanks!

My girlfriend has been beginning me to go get a chemical peel for months now. She finally made me an appt at this place. I was super hesitant because it seems like something only woman do. Its been a week after my chemical peel and I couldnt be happier that I did it. The best part about it was how cool the staff was in regards to making it not awkward for me.
They are super chill and nice and professional at the same time. Priscilla was the girl that did the Peel on me. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect in the days to come and how to properly take care of my skin. That was super important to me because had I now knew I would freak out. LOVE THIS PLACE! Love every treatment I have done here but especially the emscsulpt for my abs and glutes! The best thing about this place is that its so clean and they are so professional taking all the safety precautions for covid. The person that did my treatment this last time was Priscilla. She was so nice and good energy. She gave me advice also for my skin. she seemed extremely knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back and have a treatment done for my face. Thanks Blue Medi Spa!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value My acne scars have improved so much! Priscilla put me on a clinical routine that really works with my skin. I got a chemical peel last week, and overall I had an okay experience. I was apprehensive because I was unsure if I would be done peeling by the time I had an event but the esthetician (she might have been a nurse actually, can't remember) helped elevate any anxiety. The peel itself was fine, and the peeling afterwards was uncomfortable but not painful.
My issues lie with the fact that I was up charged for a kit I didn't know was not included. The peel itself was $295, and it includes a kit. I had no idea that the kit she then told me I was going to use after the fact would be an additional $100, so when I got to the front to pay I was confused when it was an additional $100 more. I didn't know what to even say in the moment, and I should have said something.
They make it sound like it was included or mandatory but if that's true why sneak in an up charge? Aftercare was also confusing, since I now have two kits I need to use, with differing aftercare instructions. Generally I would do the peel again but I'm on the fence about going back to blue medi because I feel so annoyed about being up charged. Edit: the business commented that the $99 aftercare kit is optional, however it wasn't clear in the appointment that it was, she did not tell me a price, or tell me it was optional or suggested. If your employees don't make it clear that it is optional, how would I know that it was an optional fee?

Annie was very persistent in getting me to come back after my previous experience. She reached out more than once. I can't express how important that is for me. I was bummed about having to stop going here. My family and friends have been coming here since they opened eons ago. But I went in today and MJ took amazing care of me. I came to Blue Medi Spa for a Brazilian laser hair removal treatment. I have done two treatments already at another spa in Florida, and Blue felt like the best choice in LA for continued treatments. let me say I was not wrong! Everyone from the front desk, to nurse practitioner, and the nurse who treated me were all exceptionally kind and helpful.
The nurse practitioner took a thorough history from me and ensured I knew potentially harmful medications to me based on my allergy list before letting the nurse begin treatment. My nurse was very sweet and talked me through the whole process - I never numb and she was very kind even when I flinched here and there. The environment was clean, the ambiance was relaxing, and I will definitely be coming back! There was absolutely nothing this team could have done better in my experience. 5 out of 5!

I I recently went in again to see my favorite aesthetician at Blue, Priscilla. This time I went in for a endermologie on my legs. Prisilla once again made my visit extremely painless and I already have seen results! She made the appointment super relaxing and is extremely knowledgeable about the treatment which always put me at ease. can't wait to go back and see her again for all of my treatments! Also, a big shout out the the two front desk receptionists, Melissa and Karla who are always super friendly and accommodating to get me in!

I visited Blue Medi Spa this morning for laser hair removal, and got the best treatment imaginable. I received my session from one of the nurses -Sandi, and was very pleased. She is very professional with a delicate hand, and I will book all of my future appointments with her. She explained to me all the possible side effects, and proper after care regarding the laser, and answered all of my questions without skipping a beat! Oh and when I was done and on my way out I stopped to use the bathroom, and WOW! Cleanest bathroom Ive ever used. like ever. Go Blue Medi Spa!
