This was my second time here and I had a deep tissue massage with Nicholas. This massage was fantastic, highly recommend.

Phenomenal massage experience. Nicholas is highly skilled and a true asset to BodyCentre. He coached me through every aspect of my experience even aligning his breathing with mine to heighten the benefits. He shared personal pain management tips to which I am grateful. In his words 'Do unto others' 'I want to give you the massage I would want for myself'. Thank you Nicholas, you are a warm, caring, and passionate person. BodyCentre, I will definitely be back.

Nicholas is the best deep tissue massage therapist that I've experienced. He is extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He asks for feedback on the pressure he is delivering and walks you through the muscle groups he is working on. As a larger dude, I've never truly experienced a deep tissue massage like Nicholas is capable of providing. Best deep tissue massage focusing on areas of need, and will definitely go back to continue working on areas that need treatment.

I love this day spa and have been coming here for years. The owner Kelly bakes the most delicious treats that make the perfect ending to any treatment! I brought my mom here this morning for a massage and she loved it. I had the best therapist, Nicholas; he is not only knowledgeable but so sweet and really listens to what you want him to work on. I'm also a massage therapist and am very picky, definitely one of the best massages I've ever had. Thank you Nicholas, I'll be back for a 90 minute next time.

Felina gave me one of the best professional massages I've ever had! She really focuses on those muscle points that a lot of masseuses don't do. Cannot wait to bring my partner to my new fave day spa!

I came in for a lymphatic massage with Gina. Bloated and my stomach was sticking out 2 to three inches. I never thought anything could be done but it was a miracle! I don't find many places that I absolutely love, but this one definitely tops the charts. I loved the service, it was very excellent. But most importantly, I enjoyed the experience I had there. I'd hang there just to chat it up with the employees, they are so nice and inviting.

I hosted a bachelorette Spa Party for 7 people here and it was so wonderful! Everything from the start of our brunch to the end of our spa session was amazing and it was such great experience. Kelley and her husband showed the best hospitality and their staff offered the service we needed to feel pampered and relaxed! Thank you everyone for helping me celebrate the Bride to Be!

Had a microdermabrasion facial with Mariam and it was amazing. Skin was GLOWING afterwards. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I love this spa. If you are looking for an incredible facial look no further. I highly recommend Jenna. I have gotten the HydraFacial numerous times from her and she is amazing. You can tell she loves what she does because she is one of the best estheticians I have come across! As a blonde I have no eye brows and it has been a struggle to find someone who makes me love my eye brows. Jenna is the only person I want to shape and tint my eyebrows.

Today was my 2nd visit to BodyCentre Day Spa and I can't recommend it enough! Nicholas was my massage therapist today and it was one of the best, most relaxing massages I've ever had. I loved the CBD lotion used on my neck and back and will definitely be enjoying this service again. Icing on the cake, a delicious freshly baked goodie on the way out! Where has this place been all my life?

I had my first lymphatic drainage message from Nicholas and it was perfect. I have lingering swelling after an operation and I saw visible improvement after my message. I plan on booking a few more to help my body heal better/quicker.

I've been a regular at bodycentre day spa for a year, and this review is dedicated to Gina and Chris for there incredible deep tissue massages and thoroughness! Chris - he has a super calming presence that will put you right at ease! He applies the right amount of pressure to get the knots out and spends time on the focus areas. He will always do the full time on the massage and is super professional! Gina - she got knots out that I didn't know I had!

I came to her with some forearm pain from a bad computer set up, but each time, she left me feeling loose and refreshed. Don't forget to ask for a baked good at the end of your appointment!

This place is amazing! From the owners Kelly and her husband to the estheticians amd massage therapists. They are a power couple and so personable! Thanks for making my mom's 60th birthday extra special! My family definitely had a wonderful time and will return!

I came here to get a lymphatic massage after surgery. They got me in no problem. They take credit cards and allow you to add the tip as well. I had Nick and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable on wellness and explained everything to me as he went. It was a very comfortable experience and highly recommend if you come to this spa, ask for Nick he rocks!

Incredible staff and service. They make you feel cared for and super professional. Love coming here after a long run for a massage and leaving with a home made cookie or cake.

I randomly found this place while looking up lymphatic drainage massages and it was the best decision I ever made. I had severe sepsis back in December which has left me with post sepsis syndrome. I've been having to go to so many doctors appointments because of it. Mostly to monitor my enlarged spleen. I felt miserable. But I came here and gave it a try!

It has been the only thing that has helped me. I saw my hematologist for a follow up today and she couldn't believe that I didn't have any swelling and pain anymore. I told her I came to this place and she asked me for the name, address and phone number because she wants to send a bunch of her patients here. They have a cute dog that I petted while waiting in the waiting room, they have a bunch of products for sale and the best part is they have baked goods (the day I came it was freshly baked banana cake) my doctor suggested I come here monthly until my post sepsis syndrome is fully gone. This Day Spa is one in a million. I say this because we can all find a place to get a GREAT facial and/or massage, but how often to you find a business that treats everyone as a special VIP guest. The customer service from the owners and their team is OUTSTANDING! I initially scheduled an appointment with this business because of the reviews. I had a bridal party gathering of 3 people that including facials and massages for us all.

I also ordered the magnificent breakfast. They treated my party as if we were all friends. Not only was the food and the spa services great, but everyone was so personable and kind. Because of this experience, I scheduled the following week for my mother and her friend to receive spa services for her birthday. My mom said she felt like a queen after going to BodyCentre.

The owners were so gracious they provided an impromptu birthday celebration with cake for my 71-year old mother. She stated she didn't realize how tense she was until her massage was completed and it was the best facial she'd ever had. This establishment is a must for your Day Spa needs.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber is a full-in tank, top of the line. Prices are exceptionally reasonable and a break a six sessions. Used it for for killing cancer cells in malignant Ocular Melanoma four years ago. Recently had omicron and also COVID in 2020 with pneumonia affecting running time so started the 'Superhuman' protocol (also exceptionally affordable) and am just amazed at results. Oxygen was 94 (low side of normal) starting out and now 99/100 all the time.

First run today felt easy and breathing great signed up for 10k again. Mark and Kelly, owners and hands-on operators, have built a cutting-edge body hacking studio and both still compete in bodybuilding. Discounts to law enforcement. Love this place.

This place is amazing. I've been looking into getting a lymphatic drainage massage for a while and this spa had great reviews. I had my massage today with Sonia and she is fantastic! I asked her so many questions and she is so incredibly knowledgeable. Mark was so nice when I came in. I haven't had a chance to try all their services, but I'll definitely be back. The best part of this spa has to be Buddy. He is the sweetest, most chill dog. He kept me company while I was filling out my paperwork.

This day spa is gorgeous and approachable. Lots of locals come here. All of the massage therapist are talented and really care about making a difference. The estheticians are multi-talented and will evaluate the changes that are desired. There are a ton of super cool bio-hacking machines for the body which are an excellent option for rehabilitation and health improvements. The bonus of it all, fresh baked goods are complimentary to all the clients. And Buddy, the wiener dog, is pet therapy himself. I highly recommend this spa!

My friend and I were on a girls mini staycation. Called around noon for availability for a facial and massage. Lucky for us we got in that evening. We had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We loved meeting their friendly dog Buddy. I got a facial with Jenna and I have to say that it was one of the best facials I've had in a very long time.

She definitely has great technique. Thank you Jenna! I will be coming back since I don't live too far. To top it off we were offered a homemade slice of cake before we left. Omg it was delicious!

I found this little gem through Classpass. Honestly, i was just trying to use up some credits and it happened today I was driving from LA back to orange county and decided to book something off the 405. As luck would have it, I saw some fun offerings (BEMER therapy, in body scan, and other therapies that help w/sports performance & recovery) available.

When I got there, I was pleasantly suprised - the place is super cute and welcoming. There is a little dog named Buddy who is the sweetest pup and mascot. There are so many interesting supplements, skin care, CBD and other items for sale. Every staff member as well as the owner is happy to talk to you about the stuff they sell. Also, this place is PREMIUM.

I appreciated the fresh water (filtered). And I was so excited to see their little gym, which has (from what I could see when I walked by) an impressive array of high quality equipment. The owner is Kelly, and she is so great. She is an athlete and can help you also with whatever fitness goals you might have. I'm so glad I found this place! It's another small business that I am adding to my list of favorite places in the OC.

I booked three appointments for myself, my mom and my sister. The online portal was easy to navigate but it was more convenient just to call in and ask questions during the booking as well. They were super communicative before even arriving and even more hospitable when we arrived. Mark and their entire staff were friendly and helpful during the whole process.

My mom and sister really enjoyed their European facial and I had an awesome deep tissue massage. Evie gave me some good after care instructions and we're heading back this week for another fun day at the spa!

They were able to see me on a weekday around noon without an appointment after a minimal wait (maybe 10 minutes). Pretty sure the esthetician, Marley, pushed her lunch break to fit me in. She was fantastic! Very professional, thorough, and current on trends/skin care developments. The staff are very welcoming, creating a stress-free environment and maintaining a spotless venue. Definitely would return next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Love the new location along with all of the new services! Fresh bakes cookies and treats daily, cucumber water and herbal teas. The new gym, personal training, stage prep for competitions and all of the other services in the spa. Always clean and welcoming! Corporate catering for special occasions is off the hook!
