Disappointed with my second experience here. The first time the tech took great care to detail and doubled my layers to ensure that it would last and not start chipping too soon. This most recent experience you could tell the tech was feeling rushed to get to another client. She sealed my dip with clear gel instead of just using the top coating and wouldn't even answer my question when I asked if they were out of the top coating.

The nails aren't fully sealed either and end are bumpy because she was rushing to finish. She even put cuticle oil all cover my fingers instead of the cuticles and didn't offer lotion to finish. Total time spent about 40 minutes. In the photo you can see some of the other never ness of the gel top coat causing crinkling.

All staff was extremely nice and welcoming. 1 drink (mimosa, wine, or beer) came with our basic spa pedicures. My only complaint about my pedicure was that she only massaged my legs/feet for a literal 5 seconds, not even rubbing in the lotion. When I started my manicure she picked at my cuticles and nails for 20 minutes, which is fair, I hadn't had a manicure in months.

Same as my pedicure I didn't get a hand massage just 1 swipe of lotion. I was okay with everything mainly until I left and realized my one nail had been picked at so much it was bleeding and was burning. This morning- the day after- I woke up and my entire finger tip is swollen and extremely painful. I couldn't even scrub my scalp in the shower because the pain. I know my nail tech didn't do it on purpose but I knew she was doing too much by the amount of time that went by before she even started painting my nails.

This review is about TH Nails London Bridge, but I will give a little backstory. I had been going to Nails Plus Landstown Commons for the past few months, but I have become frustrated with the lack of skills. They are very nice people, but are not skilled on healthy nails; and what is trending. Today I tried someone new at TH Nails London Bridge requesting ombre nails. My nail Tech's name was Lily. She did an excellent job, and I am a perfectionist. I have a new nail tech.

Started out great. I was appreciative that they opened earlier than posted time and agreed to take me for a pedicure. I chose my color, the nice man from the front desk set me up with warm water for my feet to soak in while I waited for the tech, and a free mimosa! This is the only reason I'm giving a 1 star. I'd even go as far as half a star if I could.

The tech came shortly thereafter and started. This isn't my first pedicure, and it did feel like she was rushing. I watched at she cut my nails with a nail cutter, but didn't file them smooth. She sort of pushed my cuticles and cleaned them off, but I noticed she didn't do it for each toe. She started painting my nails and I noticed that it wasn't really smooth.

I let this all slide, giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she knew better and was going to pull out the stops at the end. All of the sudden, my flip flops were going on and she was taking my credit card. I got into my car and looked at the work. Horrible. If I wanted nail polish THROWN onto my nails, I could've asked my 5 year old stepdaughter, instead of going to a "professional." I couldn't even go back inside to complain because I had to get home to my 2 year old and my 1 month old.

It's so sad that this is the first time in a REALLY long while that I was able to get away for a second to get some self care in, and this is what happened. I felt so guilty leaving my husband with my kids too.if I knew this is what was going to happen, I would've totally skipped the terrible feeling of guilt just to get this half-@$$ pedicure that wasn't even worth it. I would not recommend and I would not go back. By the way, the tech's name is Lisa.

My preschool daughter and I had the best experience here! I came to this business specially for the kids salon area. We walked in with no appointment and it was our lucky day because they were able to begin her manicure pedicure with no wait. Lily did her service and was great with her-Very gentle and kind. All the "extras" they do for kids are really nice too. I was very happy with the experience and will return again.

Needed to get my nails filled and shortened at a last minute. My nail tech was nice and did her job. Unfortunately their sanitization was pretty standard for the nail salons around here. No tools sterilized, just taken out of drawers, same files and drill bits used on multiple clients, etc. She wasn't doing anything different than the other technicians either so I believe it's just the salon's common practices.

I will have to continue my search for a salon that follows disinfection, sanitization and sterilization regulations. I feel like it isn't too much to ask for a salon to follow the laws put in place for their cleanliness.

Took my daughter here as a surprise day out. We both got a manicure and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly nice. You can book appointments online if you hate making phone calls like me. I will definitely be coming back.

Generally have had a great experience here but my recent visit was marred by the language barrier. My nails were in bad shape and it was recommended I receive extensions with a dipped polish manicure. I didn't know the order of the procedure and asked/ mentioned several times prior to and throughout the manicure that I was to get extensions but never received them.

My nails ended up looking great (though short) and the tech was apologetic when the miscommunication was discussed but I realized later that I paid for a more expensive procedure ( dipped vs gel manicure) because of the extension suggestion. I will go back because overall they've been great but if you're not sure what you want or what you think you're getting, make sure it is well understood all around.

I needed last minute gel nails for a wedding. I flew in from out of state. Thankfully there was an early morning appointment available and they got me in. The appointment was super quick and my nails looked great.

Had an amazing experience today at TH Nails on London Bridge. They gave me exactly what I asked for and made sure that I was satisfied prior to leaving the establishment. The Mimosas were on point and I have definitely found my new Nails spot! Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicures

This place is SO amazing. Thai did such a meticulous job on my nails and toes, massage was so wonderful and the techs here clearly have extensive knowledge on nail care. I learned more there than I ever had and I've been getting manis and pedis for years. My new salon! (Also, free dranks)

So usually I go here and I leave family happy. well today I made an appointment for a pedicure and I wanted my toes extended some. as I've done countless times and I told them I've done this before many times. and he just kept telling me it'll get caught on your socks. IDGAF I don't wear socks I wear sandals 9 months of the year down here! so. he asked another girl to come do it and she refused. wtf! I still spent $68 on a pedicure I HATED leaving with. not happy whatsoever! why ask another girl to do it and tell me okay, like agreeing to what i wanted, to not do it.

I'm very happy with my experience here and I can't wait to come back. The nail tech. gave me a wonderful and relaxing pedicure and manicure and glass of wine! I didn't feel at all rushed which was a relief. I liked how the woman (I wish I caught her name) kept having me check my nails to see if I was satisfied. I look forward to taking my daughters here for their youth manicures and treating my mom to a pedicure here!

Really happy with my experience at TH Nails in London Bridge! We got our nails done by Jacky and Lynn. Jacky did a fabulous job shaping and cleaning up my nails/cuticles. Both ladies were attentive. Highly recommend.

They were so sweet to my little girl for her first "pedicure". My daughter is 2 and she wouldn't sit still very long at all so we didn't do the entire pedicure. But Tai (I'm probably spelling her name wrong) was amazing and painted them super fast and bc we were only there for a few minutes, she didn't even charge me. I insisted bc I wanted to tip her but she wouldn't let me. Seriously, the nicest people I have ever met and they do a fantastic job. Thank you Tai! We will definitely be going back!

We are from out of state and visited here today so our 4 year old and 2 year old could get princess manicures. this place was AMAZING! they were so kind and gentle with my girls & they even got a necklace and popsicle before we left. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Every time I come here I'm always blown away by the excellent service and experience of the technicians. I took my daughter today for her 6th birthday. Everyone absolutely doted on her and made her feel like a princess. it was *the best*

My favorite nail shop, the level of service and attention to detail I receive is great! And they serve drinks as well, it's like going to a high end salon in terms of nail service and you don't get the same atmosphere but you also don't have to pay the same price as a fancy salon. I love Andrea she always takes a lot of time with my nails to make sure they are perfect and I get so many compliments.
