Our mission is to help everyone who visits our St. Pete massage practice to live pain free. Alternative Therapy Center is owned and operated by Gina Hubany, a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. Gina only hires massage therapists who know how to effectively treat a clients pain with expert level therapeutic massage techniques.
The therapists that perform this massage have been trained in highly specific modalities. To include structural integration, RAPID Adhesion Release Therapy, advanced muscle testing techniques, trigger point therapy & specific Medical Massage protocols. If you are experiencing pain that others have failed to identify and successfully treat.
Not all of these benefits have been scientifically proven. However, if you are interested in a massage to relieve pain due to injury or address specific concerns, consider getting a deep tissue massage. At certain times during the massage, you may feel some discomfort or even some pain as the massage therapist works on muscles that are tender.

I was in so much pain and called for an appointment. I was so lucky that Gina called me right back and I got an appointment with Amy for that evening. She was so gentle and so careful and was determined to help me feel better. She definitely made me feel better. I finally got some sleep that night which I hadn't got in the two prior nights. Wow, what a great find. Professional, deep if you want.and very good. My first time in was so happy I have booked my second visit. I have a high stress job and this is my relief.the owner was so confident in her staff they said if the massage was not to my liking it.the next was free.no need for that. I happily paid.

My husband and I have been customers at Alternative Therapy Center for over ten years and we couldn't give enough praise and acknowledgement to Gina and her staff for all the times they have taken care of our aching bodies! I've recently had foot surgery and Gina did a lymph flush and also did some piezowave therapy on my foot and my recovery has been so much quicker thanks to her knowledge and expertise.

I seriously pulled my back out this week. I am doing so much better today. The massage last night worked wonders. My back feels amazingly better. Carrie at Alternative Therapy Center on 9th st did a great job. I've been going to Gina Hubany and her team there for years when I'm broken, Gina fixes me. I should probably get over there for more preventative maintenance not just when something hurts lol
