STRETCH SESSION This 30-min tune-up, and/or maintenance is perfect for the every-day athlete, weekend warrior and anyone with tense, restricted muscles & joints. Accomplished Muscular Therapist, athlete, busy mom and former marathon runner, Cindy Strong LMT uses assisted stretching techniques to relieve muscle and joint stiffness, increase range-of-motion & get you moving again!
Your Massage at NBW will always be tailored to your body's specific needs. Our Massage Therapists are expert at blending a variety of massage types into your treatment. Most of our massages incorporate Swedish, relaxation, moderate and deep tissue massage. Make sure to let your therapist know where you feel tension or pain and your massage preferences.
As different as injuries are, so are the methods that can be used to treat them. At Natural Body Works, we take the time to talk with you about your injury, its cause and of course any symptoms you are experiencing. We develop a treatment plan based on this assessment which will include the most effective combination of body work modalities for your unique condition.
Pre-event Sports Massage is designed to enhance your athletic performance. This treatment increases blood and nutrient flow to muscle tissue, frees restrictions in muscles and joints, helps to ensure your stamina by increasing oxygenation of muscle tissue, and presents an opportunity to identity areas of the body which may be prone to future injury.

This experience was incredible. Jim is extremely knowledgeable about various modalities of healing, which created a holistic approach to his work in my opinion. I absolutely loved learning about myofascial relief/breathing and find it very assuring that Jim can educate his patients. I really appreciate the healing approach facilitated here and highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
