I have seen Kim twice and brought my daughter to see Stevie once. Both are awesome stylists. Stevie is sweet and non-judgmental, but Kim makes me feel very uncomfortable. I'm fat. I'm good with that. When I went to my last appointment, I was wearing a shirt that says, "Beautiful Isn't a Size". Kim greeted me coldly, looked at my shirt and gave me a mocking smirk.

She barely talked to me. We sat in silence as she did my highlights. When I went under the dryer, 2 employees came back there, looked at me, started laughing, and ran off. I was the only one back there. I felt so humiliated and judged. While Kim does a beautiful job, I will not support a fat phobic business. Grow up, ladies. We're not in high school anymore. How dare you judge anyone by how they look! Shame on you. I actually cried on my way home, and that is NOT how treating yourself to the salon should feel.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Got a full set of acrylic nails by Jordan Hand that fell off in a day. When I answered a question about their business on Facebook telling that experience, a manager I assume called me a liar on there and then got me banned from the group when I responded with a picture. Unprofessional aholes

Tiffany H. did an amazing job cutting and coloring my pixie! I have thick, almost black hair and she was able to bleach my hair blonde enough to get the purple I wanted without damaging it to the point it wouldn't hold color. I'm also pretty picky about how I like my pixie cut, but she did a fantastic job with my cut too. If you want to try a pixie cut or if you have really dark hair and you want to go lighter, request Tiffany. She'll hook you up!

I was able to make my appointment in the morning. They got me in made me feel at home. I went upstairs first and then downstairs for my gel nail polish. (Goes with my dress.) Loved the service. Service: Body Waxing

Called to schedule a pedicure expecting to have to wait a day or two before I could get in. They got me in the very next morning. Place was clean and very relaxing. I'm a ticklish person and this was the best pedicure I've ever had. Pressure wasn't hard or too soft. I LOVED the entire experience and I'll be back for my future nail needs

I can't write enough great things about Christina! First off she's an amazing person and to top that off I received the BEST pedicure I've ever had! It has been over 2 weeks including a week I spent at the beach and I've never had polish last through a sandy beach trip. and they still look like I had an appointment yesterday Christina you are amazing I can't wait to book another appt when I visit again

Shannon C. has cut, foiled, styled my hair, waxed and colored my eyebrows for at least 20 years as well as my late mother. I wouldn't go anywhere else for these services. Shannon is the only person who understands how to style my thick, curly hair and thus always making it beautiful. She is an artist. Nailissimo is fabulous, friendly and clean salon with very upbeat staff who are always smiling. 5+ stars! I highly recommend this very reputable salon that had been in business for many years.

I went here for a trim and ombre touchup! It's always a little nerve-racking trying a new place, but I couldn't be happier with the results! Kim did my hair and couldn't have done a more perfect job; she also said she'd recommend anyone who worked there. The color is gorgeous! I will absolutely be back.

I have been going to Shelby to have my nails done for a few years now and she is amazing! Her artwork is incredible and she is always so fun and welcoming. The rest of the ladies that I have interacted with at the salon have been great as well and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

They were able to squeeze me in for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived from out of town well overdue for a pedicure. Professional and competent nail techs with quiet semi-private rooms and standard pedicure chairs and tubs that were sanitized. The tech was polite and let me relax quietly. Good selection of polish and scrubs. My one complaint is that the massage was too light for my taste.

I got my hair colored / highlighted it took 6 hrs and I hated it! I paid $150 and was NOT worth the time or $. I had molly do it. She agreed to fix it but when I went back for my appt she went out the back door or wherever and was not available. I waited 1/2 hr and nobody could find her. Very unprofessional! Will NEVER go back!

The best in town! I have gone to Misti Fixx for years, she is the very best. All of the ladies are wonderful. Teresa does an awesome job. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, I love it here.

Gossipy, catty. This place made me feel like everyone was talking about me, staring. Just not warm and inviting. They call themselves a spa but the pedicure chairs are all in a room so you sit with strangers. Just not a good experience here. I won't be back.

Fabulous ladies that make you look and feel your best! I don't treat myself to spa services as often as I'd like, but when I do, I go to Nail-Issimo because the staff and services are first class every time! Best salon in town!

My 9 year old daughter and I had pedicures while we were in town visiting friends. They fit us in even though they were technically closing and did a great job. I didn't take advantage, but having a City Brew inside would surely bring me back.

Excellent salon for all services.! City Brew in house available until 2:30 pm. Have been lucky to get a pedi, mani wash and, style on short notice. Lee did my wash and style yesterday and my hair looked great!

Ashley did my spa pedicure, and Jackie cut/styled my hair. They each did a fabulous job. ($55 is a bit steep for a spa pedicure, though - compared to what I've paid elsewhere in the nation.) The fumes when I first walked in, too, were overwhelming - I do believe I had an asthmatic fit. But at least I didn't die!
