This was my very first Deep Tissue Massage, and although in some places it was a little tinder she made it a very pleasant experience. She was very friendly, upbeat, and such a blessing to me. I suffer with sciatica, and had pulled my lower back a week beforehand. Please know when I left that massage.table I felt like I had a brand new lower back!

She even offered and demonstrated some stretching techniques for me to use! She was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! All of the staff were pleasant and very friendly to us. We were on a girl's trip so it was 5 of us, and each lady was very pleased with her service

I had a wonderful massage yesterday with Jenn. Relaxing, yet thorough. Jenn is very intuitive and careful. She addressed my concerns with problem areas and was sure to check in often to insure the pressure and stretches were not too much. I would highly recommend her! Thanks, Cary Massage!

This place was ok, but there are better options & more skilled therapists for the same price point in Cary. I did not like the emphasis on religious quotes and bible verses that were everywhere from the chalkboard on the way in the door to the pillows on the couch & artwork. It feels aggressively religious and not spa-relaxing. It doesn't help that it is a really old building with lots of creaking and loud banging doors outside. Felt like I was in someone's Grandma's house honestly.

The massage rooms themselves were nice and the tables were good. The therapist was nice and gave an average massage. Nothing stood out as "bad". The people at the desk and the therapist were nice. I just would not recommend this spa.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a Swedish massage. I came here because I absolutely needed a massage last month. I was extremely stressed and in need of some self care. This was the only place I could get an appt at within a reasonable timeframe. I had my massage with Paula. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she spent a lot of time getting those knots out (and there were a bunch). After the massage, she gave me some neck and back exercises to do at home.

Angie is such a gifted therapist. I had an outstanding prenatal massage and felt great relief the entire time and even days after. If you prefer a heavy-handed massage (pregnant or not!), Angie is your girl! Cary Massage is also very dedicated to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, in today's world, it's fairly difficult to find businesses that actually care about their paying customers. But I am so happy to say that this small business TRULY cares about their customers and their happiness. Thank you for valuing us, Cary Massage!

I have had three 60 minutes Deep Tissue massages here. I have also purchased two massage for my adult children. Each one was fantastic! I will definitely book my next massage here. No frills but awesome massage!

Had a huge kink in my neck. I ended up calling Cary massage and got it relatively quickly. My masseuse that I had today was a young lady named Becca, who was a 22 year old girl who was phenomenal! She explained all the things she does as well as the different add-ons that were offered. She was very personable and easy to talk to during the massage as well.

I ended up getting a deep tissue massage with a little bit of cupping. The muscles in my body felt a lot better and I Have a lot more ease moving my head left to right and the muscles feel a little bit more relaxed. I would highly recommend this young lady as she has a great touch and does a great job.

Honestly speaking it was above and beyond! I had booked for 90min. Although I reached almost half hour late, found myself very lucky to have "The Pro. Lady Veronica McMullen". After quick interrogation, she made sure that I get most of it. Her way of body assessment is on another level, I would say! Cherry on the top is her posture correction tip!

And I said earlier that "I was very lucky to have her" as her next available appointment is in late March. Off course! Thank you Veronica! And yes if you are in North Carolina, "Cary Massage" is highly recommended.

I had booked a 90min Swedish massage with Gloria. This was my first time here. The spa is very relaxing and welcoming. The front desk people were very nice. As someone mentioned before, they do have a lot of religious decor and things that kind of caught me off guard- like a bible on the table in the waiting room, but it didn't make me feel uncomfortable moreso like "hm, that's interesting." The massage was nice.

I felt very relaxed and it was a good deal. She really focused on my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable. My only complaint is (and why I docked a star) I was booked for 90min which was confirmed, but she only did 60min? I brought it to attention while checking out and they obviously did not charge me for the 90 min but I never received an explanation. So that was a little strange. I would return in the future and maybe try one of their facials or deep tissue massages. They accept spa finder gift cards as well.

Great experience from start to finish! Communication was easy setting up an appointment. The studio was very welcoming and clean. My massage therapist was great! She knew exactly what I needed and checked in with me to make sure the pressure was what I wanted. The music was relaxing and the space was quiet.

I started using Cary massage about six months ago, because I was experiencing extreme pain in my shoulders. My first session was glorious. The therapist worked my shoulder pain and talked with me about different things I could do to mediate the pain. The location is a little difficult to find it first, so give yourself a few extra minutes to look between the buildings. I rated Cary massage five stars because they are warm, welcoming, have Covid precautions in place, and treat their clients really well.

I booked a deep tissue couples massage for myself and my partner, and they were wonderful. Both of our massage therapists were very kind and welcoming and checked in to make sure we were always comfortable. One thing that I don't really see mentioned in these reviews is how much of a religious establishment this is. Before you even walk in, there is a big sign with a bible quote, and then inside there are lots of signs and wall hangings with other religious sayings.

It did make me and my partner feel a bit uncomfortable, as we were not expecting it. I wanted to give a heads up to others interested in this place just so you're aware of the vibe before you go.

I love this place! Great staff all around, the best masseuses and easy scheduling. Always leave feeling amazing! I usually see Betty for deep tissue and have had so much improvement in my back since I started.

I've been getting monthly massages for a couple of years now. I've had long term issues with pain in my back, hips, and knees. My therapist not only gives me immediate relief but has helped me identify root causes and make real progress to being pain free! I mostly see Betty and highly recommend her to anyone looking to deal the issues causing you pain!

After two to three weeks of worsening back pain, I finally decided to get a massage. The lobby area and all facilities were clean and tastefully decorated. The ladies at the front and the massage therapist were all pleasant. The massage started on time and was quite relaxing. The day after my massage, my pain decreased significantly to the point of being barely noticeable.

I looked online to try to book another appointment with the same massage therapist, but she appears booked on the weekends for the next few weeks! There do appear to be others available, though. Will have to plan ahead going forward!

I have been going to Cary Massage for several years (it's the only place I'd go to in Raleigh/Cary). I have recently been going once a month for prenatal massages with Angie and OMG! If you want the best, deepest, but most relaxing massage, she's your gal. She really focuses on working out those spots of tension and she's just the sweetest. We're moving and I'm so going to miss Cary Massage, but if I'm ever back in town, I'll most likely be scheduling a massage again!

My favorite massage place with top notch therapists. I love that you don't have to buy a membership and can come when you want. Always professional and reliable and rejuvenating.

This was my first time at Cary Massage. It's a bit of a hidden location but found it without being late for my appointment. I was given a gift certificate and used part of it for a Swedish massage. My masseuse did a great job! There were small tip envelopes in the room for cash but I'm sure you could also leave a tip when you check out. I have a return appointment for a facial and looking forward to it!

I had an appointment on Nov 23rd at 930 and showed up and she tells me she doesn't have me scheduled, good thing I keep my appointment card, she told me she doesn't know why it was canceled, this place is run no better then massage envy, , I will never be back and will encourage others to do the same, its amazing the times we are in and this is the customer service they give! pathetic!

A wonderful place to get a massage. Clean. Quiet. Professional. I had a deep tissue massage from Becca, and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Cary Massage. Can't wait to go back.

My 60-minute Swedish massage with Jen was just right. She was sensitive to my one area of concern and made a recommendation for my next massage. She was friendly and pleasant, talking just the right amount of time and tone. Check-in and check-out staff are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere at Cary Massage is calm and relaxing.

Cary Massage is my "go to" spot for relaxation. Rooms are always clean and sanitized. I appreciate their use of air purifiers in the midst of a pandemic. I have a long standing relationship with this establishment. My therapist, Anna, did a phenomenal job. She is pleasant, skillful, always professional and knows how to pinpoint areas that need special attention. I highly recommend Cary Massage.

I have always had wonderful experiences at Cary Massage. The staff is professional and caring. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing with soft music piped into the rooms to enhance the experience. My recent massage was with Sally and she was really great and took into account the areas I had that needed special attention. I highly recommend Cary Massage. This place is such a hidden gem Everything about this place is stellar. Came in today (last minute.and they made arrangements for me to get it ) in pain & not feeling the best. The therapist listened to my. needs & did her best to help & even offered advice to help me after the appointment. The environment is so relaxing & small business Christian owned makes it even better.

My massage therapist was perfect. Linda was very experienced and reassuring to me, since I told her this was only the 3rd massage I've had in my lifetime. My only complaint was about the unnecessary Christian imagery planted throughout the business. In the small dark lobby, there are two chairs that face what appears as a shrine to an old leather-bound bible.

It lies open, in the center of a buffet table, illuminated by a single lamp. In the waiting room to the right of the lobby, on the way to the bathroom where I was told I must wash my hands (COVID-19 protocol), there is a large canvas on the wall that is covered in writing about God's promises or plans for his people, with biblical references.

I do not find these things relaxing or welcoming in any way. I see them as divisive and unwelcoming. I would like to see the massage therapist again, but I feel uncomfortable giving money to a business that makes me feel so alienated.

As an ex collegiate athlete, i have had many deep tissue massages at this location to help my body heal from previous injuries and current issues from workouts/everyday life. The staff is very nice and easy to book an appointment with. Very clean with experienced therapists that tailor to your needs.

Our therapist was awesome, best we've had yet. She was able to pinpoint the location that has been giving us trouble, and the exact muscle, which nobody has been able to find yet. And gave us some helpful insight into the problem area. The only downside was the building was a bit tricky to find, and a weird spot. But the massage was great and everyone was helpful and friendly :

The massage itself was fine. I didn't have an issue with it. She made sure check in and ask if the pressure was to my liking. And she also communicated to me that I could request a change in pressure. However, I have personal reasons for not returning. - When I walked in, I spoke to the front desk attendant. Her response. "Last name." I'm used to some sort of greeting/friendliness when I go to massage parlors or spas. - I used a Groupon so I pulled it up during checkout and she told me I was good to go.

I had ask her could I use my card to leave a tip. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. That seemed a bit odd to me. Basically, I just didn't get good/friendly vibes from the front desk. And there are many places in the Raleigh area with quality massage therapists that have more parking spaces so I don't see myself returning.

Got a great deal on a sports massage after having some lower back and hip pain. Patricia was very helpful at identifying where the pain was coming from and offering some stretches and exercises to help keep it at bay. Will be back!

Ruthie is more than a masseuse. She understood my muscles in a way that I felt so cared for like a physician. I never had the trigger point massage, which I booked for 60 minutes just by reading the massage name. Ruthie told me all about it in a mini-lesson and felt confident with continuing with the massage since it felt like what I needed - to work on locations with tensions and finding its trail with slow and focal pressure.

I felt all my trigger points and was so surprised with how well she knew where they were with her touch. I feel relaxed and even look forward to the sore days up ahead. It is a more expensive massage place than others, but they provide really thoughtful care from the moment of check-in to check-out. Think of this as a luxurious treatment for a stubborn pain. There's no pressure to sign up for anything and to simply just relax for what you already signed up for. I highly recommend you booking an appointment with Ruthie if this is your first time.

I have been coming to this place for the last 4 years. The first try was when my husband gave me a birthday gift, which was a gift certificate from Cary Massage, I went and I felt great after deep tissue massage. The owner, Nicole is very kind, she takes care of her customers if I have any complaint or not feeling satisfied with the service. Nikesha is always the best for deep tissue massage. I have been to many massage place but nothing like this place. Everyone is wonderful and nice!

Worst experience I have ever had at any massage establishment. After multiple confirmation emails and phone calls, I drove over an hour to get to this pathetic place to be told once I walked in the door that there was no one to actually do my massage due to someone "not feeling well". Not one person bothered to call me or inform me that my appointment was being cancelled. I would never return here.

My boyfriend and I got our first professional full-body massages here for a great price! Cary Massage offers much better deals than others in the area. We opted for the Swedish hot stone couples massage, which was very relaxing and a great experience. We weren't sure what to expect with the hot stones, but they turned out to be a great addition, as they added an extra warmth to the massage.

The location is kept dim for ambiance and the room felt a bit cramped with both of us in there, but the massage beds were clean and comfortable. Our masseuses applied just the right amount of pressure and asked what our problem spots were so they could pay extra attention to them. I would definitely come back!

Jeanie is amazing! I originally went to Cary Massage because my husband gave me a gift certificate, and I was fortunate enough to be scheduled with Jeanie. After my first visit, I've been a regular customer. The customer service, atmosphere, etc. is great. Very clean, relaxing and soothing. All that said, Jeanie is what makes it for. me. Not only does she provide a wonderful massage, but she takes the time to work on any problem areas I may have and gives me tips for how to maintain/relieve those areas at home.

She's super smart and knowledgable (when I have an issue, she's able to explain exactly what's causing it) and knows what she's doing. I can't say enough great things about her. My sessions with her are always relaxing and relieving - she's wonderful!

This massage group is phenomenal, probably the best I've tried in the triangle. The receptionists are always so calm and kind, along with the masseuse Chanda. I got a 60 minute Swedish Massage, which was fabulous. Chanda asked me multiple times if I was content and comfortable, and was extremely accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and smells great! I will definitely return.

Went for a couples massage with my mom and it was honestly the best place I have been to for a massage! My masseuse did an amazing job and accommodated every request I had to personalize the massage. I told her about some areas in my back and shoulder area where I wanted her to focus on and she did a great job remembering that. She asked me about my health and throughout the massage she kept asking if I was comfortable and if pressure was fine.

She is new to Cary Massage so there was a promo for 50% off. The staff is so incredibly nice and there's a relaxation room you can hang out in before and after the massage. They give complimentary cookies and water as well. Overall a great experience and great prices. I don't think I'll ever find a place like this. A wonderful hidden gem with the best staff you could ever ask for!

From the moment I walked into the inviting warmly lit waiting room after a white knuckle drive through torrential rains, I was relaxed. But never did I think that a single 90 minute massage could work away the high stress of 3 months of moving states. Thank you Jessica Johnson. You managed to do it. I don't think I've been so relaxed in my life in a very long time. Highly recommend Cary Massage, and Jessica if you are looking for the ultimate in unwinding from high stress.

Awesome spot! I have been to this shop 3 weeks in a row, and have had only good experiences. The masseurs are very knowledgable and helpful. As far I can tell the Jesus portrait has been taken down. I actually enjoy the hymns that are played in the waiting room, as they're piano only. If aren't familiar with hymns, I can't imagine you'd find the music offensive.

As far as directions- as long as you can read an address, it's easy to find. Even in the dark, I had no trouble at all locating the building. I will continue to support this establishment, as well as recommend it to others.
