Rejuvenation Spa

I've been to Mandi twice now & she never disappoints! Her facials magically make me look & feel 10 yrs younger. Thank you, Mandi! I can't wait to come back.

Let me begin by saying I went to this salon for almost 7 years from the time they opened in this location. I had the same hair person & scheduled my appointments a year in advance, yes a year, every Friday at 2:00pm. I never missed an appointment. When the pandemic hit & they had to close for 3 months, upon my return I not only tipped my usually ( $40 or $50 each time for a $66 new growth ) I also gave my hair person the three months worth of tips she had missed because it wasn't her fault we had a pandemic & they were forced to close.

I tell you all of this because this review is important in that you really get shown your worth sometimes after being a loyal client. I left in Sept 2021 for a few reasons. My person wouldn't do anything different with my hair, she always had a different attitude that I later heard many clients put up with, she was not flexible and would not do my hair every 3 weeks instead of 4.

She talked about her opinion of my hair & would not compromise her professional opinion. Okay I kind of got that & I don't like change so I put up with her moods, the same treatment with no change in what I might want, etc. I felt that I was also not getting the great special treatment I had been getting in the beginning. Did I mention that every holiday I also gave her an extra $100 on top of the usual tip?

I NEVER got a travel size anything, I never got any special services. My husband and I also did pedicures there throughout the years. When I finally decided I had enough I found a wonderful hair stylist! But what really gets me & why I wanted to write this IS because I NEVER heard from the salon. No one called to ask why I left. Why would a loyal client leave after so many years.

Service Is not the same and attitude there is not nice. Don't waste your time or money because they don't appreciate you. This is an honest review from a very long time client.

I just had an hour and a half partial hot stone massage with Michael, and it was incredible. My shoulders are more relaxed than they've been in years. I work on a farm so I do a lot of heavy lifting and repetitive movements, and he was able to actually get my muscles to do something other than be hard as a rock. All of the stars. Definitely going to be back! Thank you Michael!

I have been going to Rejuvenation Spa since 2008 and today I had a terrible experience with a hairstylist name Cindi. She was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Her posture was slacking and her demeanor wasn't genuine nor compassionate. She made me feel like a burden when I was only 5 minutes late and made me feel rushed. I have been there for more than a decade and NEVER in my LIFE have I had a bad experience there until today.

She shampoo'd and conditioner'd my hair in less than five minutes and I still felt residue on the bottom of my hair after. I expressed my concerns to her and her response was "oh I had to do it quick because I don't have time". I felt very UNCOMFORTABLE and was mistreated. I DON'T RECOMMEND HER IF YOU HAVE LONG OR THICK HAIR! I recommend her if you have very short thin brittle hair and it only takes 10 minutes to get it cut. I'm going to give "Rejuvenation Spa" 2 stars since I have been going there since 2008, but I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated this morning.

Christina is an excellent masseuse. I can't book anything less than a 90min massage now because it's much needed and so relaxing.

As a first time customer at Rejuvenation Spa, I was beyond pleased with my experience. My hair dresser Alma was both knowledgeable and accommodating. She gave my rather dull hair some life again! Alma also gave me some great advice on hair care and products, but wasn't pushy in any way (which is always greatly appreciated)! It was a 12/10 experience, and I would highly recommend booking an appointment to anyone looking for a "treat yourself" experience, for an affordable price!

One of the most reliable salons with wide variety of services. Had hair as well as body, facial, and massage services - all great. They take customer safety seriously while still providing a relaxing environment. Btw - the coffee they serve is incredible. They carry big range of the Aveda products too. It's convenient when you run out. They have multiple levels of stylists and service cost ranges according to experience. What I love is they are collaborative; in more than one occasion I have seen senior stylists guide and help others. Free and easy parking up front.

Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially the spa area. Every stylist does everything they can to get you exactly what you are wanting. And if you don't know what you want, they make the best recommendations (and trust them!). I have seen Sydney and Mandy there the most and they are great. Looking forward to my next visit. Also, the products they use are amazing but unfortunately too expensive for me to buy regularly.

I have been going to Rejuvenation for years and Tara is THE BEST for blondes. She always knows exactly how to cut and style my hair. I'm a natural blonde and new to coloring my hair and Tara never pushes to do more coloring than I need. Excellent service and excellent products, WORTH EVERY PENNY! My hair always feels brand new after leaving Rejuvenation. Also, please be respectful about wearing your mask, you DON'T know who can and cannot get vaccinated due to immune compromises

Love love love rejuvenation salon. I've been going for years. Janet is incredible and is actually the only person my 4 year old let's touch his hair! Shes the only person I'll go to and be like, do whatever you'd like and I trust her explicitly! I always walk out feeling like an actual human instead of a tired mama .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality I made a hair color appointment and rearranged my entire work day to accommodate it. When I showed up, they told me that had made a mistake and my appointment was no longer available. The best they could offer, an extremely unhappy customer, was to rebook at a later date. First-time customer, haircut. Ashley gave me a scalp and shoulder massage and took a lot of weight out of my thick hair with the razor. She also did a great job explaining each product she used on me and gave me a Welcome Packet at the end. I couldn't be happier with my haircut for the hot summer ahead!

Always a great experience. Tina has the best group of stylists with whom I have ever worked. Lizzy is my long time hair professional. Have worked with her at both the West and East side locations. I love this salon! Everyone who works here is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Sarah is my go to Stylist. I get tons of compliments on my hair! Sarah helped my hair look awesome as I transitioned from colored hair to my natural gray hair. It can be an awkward transition, but she made my hair look great and I was less self conscious of myself.

I love Aveda products and have been a loyal user of the brand for over 12 years. If you buy the products regularly, I highly suggest you become a Pure Privilege member. I've received birthday gifts as well as a lot of product through point redemption. It's only $10 one time (as long as you use it once every two years) and it pays for itself quickly! If you are looking for knowledgeable stylists with great continuing education, Rejuvenation is your place! BOTH locations are great!

I came here for eyelash extensions and they did such a good job! The receptionist were super nice (Amanda)! Will definitely be coming back; everyone was very nice & helpful :)

I just got back from the salon and am absolutely balling over how terribly my hair was botched. I have spent years trying to grow my hair out and went in for a trim this afternoon to snip the little split-ends on the end away. My hair stylist barely went through a consultation with me where I said I wanted about half an inch off all around. half way through the cut I looked in the mirror and noticed SIX INCHES OF HAIR ON THE GROUND!

No exaggeration! I immediately told her to stop and asked what she was doing and she said "cutting your layers"! (I don't even have layers!) I had specifically told her I wanted all the same length off and started tearing up over the hair on the floor and she said she'd stop and try to fix it. She did the best she could to cover up what she'd already done but my hair looks absolutely ridiculous now.

I have choppy layers in the back and a normal trim up front. I can't even imagine how long it will take me to grow back what she cut. As if the appointment wasn't bad enough I was charged full price for a cut even though she didn't wash or style it AND she knew that she had completely destroyed my hair. I am never returning and would definitely recommend that people look for another salon when considering this one.

I have been going to Caleigh for my hair color for a while and love her ability to encourage me to try new things. I've gone from a boring brown single tone to a color which includes subtle high lights. I get loads of compliments, thanks to Caleigh's work. She also does my pedicures while having my hair color set (love the massage chair)--really relaxing & fun. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, very friendly and professional staff. My esthetician Arleta was professional and kind. She helped break down the ingredients in the products she used on my skin, because I have allergies and sensitivity to different items. The only suggestion I'd make is warming up the the ambiance of the spa area, so it is a bit quieter, and maybe slightly darker in the back commons areas (waiting room, etc)? Other than that, I'll be looking at more services from this location in the future!
