What should I expect? How should I prepare? On the day of your massage, make sure to bathe and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to complete an intake form (if you haven't already completed the online intake form that is automatically sent when you book your appointment), to discuss your symptoms and treatment goals, and to have time to relax before your massage begins. Please turn off cell phones and other digital devices upon entering. You should also remove your jewelry, as it can interfere with a massage.

I have been getting massage services for 25 years. This is the best I have ever visited. I have now been with them for years and will not leave as long as I have a choice. I believe that I have seen all of their staff and have never had a bad experience. It is clean, quiet and professional. The prices are reasonable and the results are great. Emphatically recommend this business.

Raleigh Barrett is knowledgeable and informative and goes the extra mile to see what you need and to help educate. He is professional and makes you feel comfortable in a soothing environment. I am so happy to see alternative approaches for holistic healing in Lafayette being a choice at Innerwaves. My only complaint is they need more Reiki practitioners! Highly recommend!

Maximiliano is AMAZING! One of the best massages I have EVER received and by far THE BEST FOOT MASSAGE ever! Please go see him, request him, ask about him! Kim was my therapist for a prenatal massage today. I've been experiencing aches and pains in my back as my pregnancy progresses and Kim easily found the tightness in my back and focused our time on my exact pain points.
