Posting this for someone else. Do not give these people your business. They will charge you more than advertised and their staff is incompetent. They are deceptive, purposely or not, about what they're actually doing to your hair. They won't give you the right color if you're getting it dyed. They use products that will ruin your hair. Some workers will literally rip some of your hair out trying to brush it.
Just woefully incompetent and a terrible business overall. I can't speak for their massages but based on this absolutely terrible experience, these people deserve to go out of business.

My daughter bought me a hundred dollar gift card for Christmas. Turns out it is only good for services. She bought me the card to be used for anything that I would like. They did not tell her that you could not purchase products. What kind of business sells gift cards and then proceeds to tell you how you can use it. No, thanks. I won't be back.

This spa does not have great business practices. I had a last minute emergency and I tried to reschedule my appointment (I understand a fee for last minute cancellations) but they tried to charge me the entire amount of my massage. I really wanted to move the massage to a later date and they were not helpful whatsoever, all they wanted was the money.
So they just lost a customer. I wish I could review the place but I can't because of their greedy business practices. From now on I'm going to spa belle la vie, they won't charge you if you have an emergency or have to cancel last minute. I really can't with this place

I purchased an $80 gift certificate for my husband and he chose to have a manicure and pedicure. I was extremely disappointed by the results. not only were his hand and toe nails not filed smoothly, there was still dirt under his toe nails! What kind of manicure/pedicure is THAT? I would not recommend these services from this spa.
