It is the Omaha School of Massage Therapy's mission to consistently pursue academic excellence by exposing our students to a balanced massage therapy education that meets the needs of area employers. The Omaha School of Massage Therapy has been a staple in massage education for the past 25+ years in Omaha. OSMT was founded in 1989 and has seen numerous changes over the years, but the core principle of creating awareness regarding massage therapy's health benefits has remained constant.
We strive to ensure that our graduates master the skills needed for a long profession in massage therapy while also understanding the importance of giving back to their community.

Made an appointment for 2.received a phone call cancelling one of the 2 appointments 30 minutes prior to the appointment times. Said that there was nobody else available as the licensed therapist was sick(mind you it was Valentines day). Explained that I had driven 2 hours and was told well we can reschedule you for another day. This was supposed to be the start of a date day. Pretty well ruined the day and ended up cancelling my appointment also to avoid my boyfriend sitting there for an hour waiting on me.

Have tried to contact the facility multiple times to schedule a mother/daughter massage for the week of my wedding. I either do not get ahold of someone and have left multiple voicemails that were not followed up or I am told to wait and call back to make an appointment. However, after calling back several times, now the day is no longer available for a same time massage. Very unsatisfied and highly unprofessional.

This place is an absolute joke. I have received multiple emails to confirm an appointment that I have had made for a month. I've responded and confirmed every single time. The day before my appointment (my appointment is on October 31st) I get a phone call saying the massage therapist has called in "sick" (I'm sure that has nothing to do with it being Halloween ) When they called I was informed that they had no one else that could do it that day and they would have to reschedule the appointment. Really?
The appointment has been booked for a month because Saturdays are nearly impossible to get an appointment. This is now the second time that I have had them cancel a Saturday appointment. I feel that if their students can't be reliable for these appointments they should make the decision to not offer appointments on Saturdays. I will not be trying to schedule any other appointments at this establishment and I will advise everyone I know to steer clear, unless of course you like your time being wasted.

Therapist talked nonstop through session. I needed a full body deep tissue massage which was explained during consultation. She only focused on my lower back, SI joint. This was a licensed therapist! I was so disappointed when I left, waited until the next day to give feedback ensuring the accuracy of my processing. The owner simply apologized and so did I. This was the second time and last time patronizing this business.
